volume and sound will not work since latest updates 102.00. you tube videos and others will not play sound. Only found solution to uninstall and reinstall but still after some week same error occur.

Went to https://wisc.jobs/Pages/Welcome.aspx to apply for a job. When applying from Indeed to the State of Wisconsin, Firefox goes into a loop whereas the other browsers do not. Trying to click the button to apply for a job only works in other browsers.

My current Theme is Dark Fox. But, previously my backgrounds and menus were all white and easy to read. Now for some reason they're black and difficult for me to deal with.

How do I reset to white and sync them on all my devices?

This problem started around version 97 (i had a break from computer and went back at v 97) but older versions still had that problem after i revert to it. i did:

• turned hardware acceleration and recommended settings off
• cleared cache and profile few times
• offline and safe mode
• restarting and reinstalling for few times
• installing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022 (vc_redist.x64.exe).

still hangs up.

it sometimes opens after i restarted,what can cause this?

Several FACEBOOK games show OVER MAGNIFIED when going into full screen. Some examples are SPADES PLUS and JUNE's JOURNEY. The problem started about 3 weeks ago. The only "workaround" I can find is to try to hit F11 and / or control - . It might take a dozen or so attempts to finally get it to show correctly. The problem does not exist in OPERA or CHROME. ( These browsers have their own unique problems, such as extreme slow response in Spades Plus ).. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox several times to no avail. I am using a LAPTOP with WIN 7 OS. All has worked well up until about 3 weeks ago.

I am very disturbed to find out when attempting to log onto the account/ bill payment page of the water utility Pennsylvania American Water - I got a message page that they now only allow access using Google Chrome - nothing else. This presumably all the other American Water Company utilities throughout the USA.

I dont want to install Google Chrome - even my phone is largely de-googled and used Firefox for Android.

Can someone at a high level in Firefox development perhaps contact American Water about this?

Every time I time I select to go to another page i have popup with links Allow, Trust, etc. It happened when in Setting, Privacy & Security I went from Standard to Strict. When I got that popup I switched back to /Standard, but the popup still comes up. The Block pop-up windows, but again with no results. I am thinking about reinstalling , but I could loose all new folders and links in them

Fox V 102.0.1- No sound on Firefox and I changed nothing. You tube etc mute! Same url plays fine on MS Bing & Chrome. OS W7 stable.no precursor symptoms / issues. Tried Uninstall Reinstall & refresh nada. Most odd indeed & welcome thoughts...

I installed an older ESR version on a used laptop I got a few weeks ago. Everything's working fine, except the following issue with Bookmarks:

On my Bookmarks Library page I keep two columns, Name and Added (because on some folders I have many bookmarks and I track them by the date added). When I move any bookmarks to another folder, the "added" date becomes the date and time I moved them(!). Also, when I change the bookmark "name", it also changes the "added" to the date I changed it(!). Basically Added is acting like Last Modified.

Any ideas what's going on? I've never had this issue before.

I have installed moiziklle on a new device all my bookmarks have disappeared, can you recover them from my account because they do not appear on all devices and I did not make a backup manually, I tried to restore but it does not help, I do not have an html copy either please help me

Hi, I am removing SSD C drive win 7 64bit pro and installing new SSD hen installing win 10 64 bit pro. I then will install Firefox latest. I need to have it show all my bookmarks and other settings i have given it over the years. Impossible to recreate them all. I google how to do so, I locate the Profiles folder which has a VERY LONG non sensicle name unlike 'my profile'. I copy paste it to an external usb HDD into a folder called f, and still it says:- Source Path Too Long. The source file names are larger than is supported by the file system,try moving to a location which has a shorter path name, or try renaming to shorter names.

folder f is as short as one can do ! This profile folder already resides on C drive, how become the PC was happy with what was inside added to its silly long name ? My bookmarks are a few words long else you cannot read them, I dont have any LONG ones at all. Firefox must itself be generating names longer in the process and to mess with those will kill function and I DONT WANT ERRORS. I cant shorten what are short names. I have much longer names of files sitting several folders deep on my PC not a problem when moving about the folders.

IT IS CRUCIAL I GET THIS FOLDER INTO MY NEW PC. Perhaps I will have to plug in the old SSD and copy straight to the new C drive, it should not complain as the path will be the same length, but copying out to root level folder called f is a shorter path, and it fails.

HELP !
