hi..please see attached image..I'm wondering if I did something to cause this. I think I clicked on the update FFN notification that regularly appears in the upper right-hand corner or my laptop screen. I then restarted the computer. then this error. I did the FF "refresh" and that seems (so far) to have fixed the problem, but it wiped my settings :( any suggestions or thoughts appreciate..thx Matt

I love Firefox Multi-Account Containers, but would really like to see one additional feature.

Directly below Open in New Container Tab I would like to have MOVE to new Container Tab (IE change the container for an existing tab). Currently I need to Open in New Container Tab and then delete the original tab. The existing configuration options are not sufficient, but should not be removed.

USE CASE: While surfing I may open a number of tabs related to a product or topic. I may then click on a link for a similar or different item (lets call it subject). At some point I may have a number of tabs open for 2 or more subjects. At this point I decide to move some to a new container to help me group the subjects. Currently this is 2 actions as opposed to 1.

Not sure if I am missing something. At this point none of the other add ins appear to, at least from their description, offer this function and I prefer to use as few add-ins as possible. I realize that I may need to relogin to the site to perform a purchase.

Unfortunately, I reinstalled some Mozilla browser extensions because they didn't work, and now I can't install any of the extensions, none!!!!!! And for all of them, I get this warning (Installation aborted because the add-on appears to be corrupt.)

Earlier this week I noted that since the upgrade to 102.0.1 certain sites that I use frequently, such as Gmail and y credit card company, always request TFA. I had added these sites to my exception list. In response to my question I received a couple of good suggestions, including adding Cookie Quick Manager and turning off enhanced tracking protection for those sites.

I also clicked on the box at these sites to remember my computer and not send a TFA request again. These actions worked for a couple of days but no more.

I understand what TFA is and why in some cases it is a good thing, but these are trusted sites and the continual requirement to get a code is more than a little annoying. So I'm looking for another option.

Also, I sent Google a question about why this isn't working in case it's something on their end.

I have always downloaded files including pdfs with Firefox with no issues.

However, today, any pdf file I download shows up in my download folder as a Chrome HTML Document which I cannot access.

Any ideas of how to fix and what might have caused this?

tab context menu is not visible to read but if i move the mouse pointer it is visible; how to set it permanently visible and readable; it was visible and readable earlier but suddenly for the past one month it is not visible and readable; I need your help in this regard as I am not proficient with computer operations

when I open a page it transfer to another page that is written:

Dear Firefox user, You are today’s lucky visitor for: July 24, 2022 Please complete this short survey and to say “Thank You” we’ll give you a chance to get an Apple iPhone 11 Pro!"

And I can't open the page that I want, and this sometimes happen and sometimes not, what should I do.

I am working on a project that entails saving various news stories. Since your last upgrade to 97.0.1 I have no problem with all other newspapers except for Washington Post. FF will not save them, so I am forced to click on the "progress of ongoing download" down pointing arrow and click again on the circular arrow to actually save the web page. This involves a loss of time doing a task that I should not be forced to perform. See the graphic image below to see what I'm talking about. Once I click on that circular arrow the web page will be saved as it should have to begin with. Since I normally save 30 to 40 Washington Post files every day, this adds up to a useless waste of my time. I'd appreciate it if you would look into this matter and issue a correction update so I can save Washington Post web pages without all the double stroking. Thank you.

Please god help me. I am trying to change my password and it tells me my old password is incorrect. I sign in using the only password I have with Firefox, and use the same one to try and change it, but it keeps giving me this error message. I'm about to put my face through the monitor.

All of a sudden no videos work on multiple sites. KVS video player codec. Not sure if this is what I have had or it is new. How can I troubleshoot or use another internal video player? Thanks!

I have had this email account forever and suddenly I'm given the message that I've tried too many times to sign in incorrectly. Well I haven't and now I need to get into my email. Why is this a problem and can I talk to someone to get help.

Since upgrading Firefox my bookmarks are now in a list of other things such as History, downloads and password etc. Previously my bookmarks were listed on the toolbar. How can I get them back on to the toolbar folks

Since the last FF update I've been having issues with the browser locking up and not responding. Last time it did this I opened the windows task manager and found 11 FF exes running when I only had 1 tab open and all them were using excessive amounts of RAM. I shut down 7 of the before the browser closed on the 8th one. Why is this happening and how can I stop it?
