Hi, I have a custom build website, I do make changes consistently, But these changes aren't showing properly on firefox immediately. But on other browsers, these changes are shown immediately. Also the website few sections does not load well on this browser. I want to the website to load properly on every browser, as Mozilla has a good number of users too. here is my Salers website link so if you can check if there is a problem there. Or is there any problem at my end.

My home page is blank. I don't know which program updated but I am pretty upset. I had an internet experience I really enjoyed and now ... it's gone.

I use Norton security. I use Duck Duck Go as my search engine Firefox as my ISP

I think I have a decent grasp of all the programs but the way they function together is nuanced and I didn't really need to understand until now.

My old home page had DuckDuckGo as the search engine, my favorite websites pinned to the upper page and pocket articles below. Not sure how most of it came to be but I like it much better than the Yahoo.com page I had set up as my homepage. If I were to hit the home icon it would take me to Yahoo.com. If I opened another tab it would take me to Shangri-la. Help!

This problem is a combo of the site and the browser. The problem is that the body text is all jammed to the right side of the screen. I have tried clearing the Firefox cache, and sometimes that works, I have tried restarting in troubleshooting mode, but that does not change anything. Internet Explorer shows the same problem, but the Edge browser does not display the problem. I suspect the site is doing something funky that results in a problem on some pages for some browsers. That's really hard to troubleshoot!

I cannot view videos on Teachable anymore. I used to be able to on Firefox. I have updated to the most recent version. I don't know why this is happening, and I use Firefox as my default browser so I would really like to be able to continue using it when I want to access courses on Teachable. The videos load for me on Chrome, so I know it has to be something with the browser.

There is a pop up login box - user name and password - then log in. This has always worked until the 'upgrade' to v103.0.2 but now it just sits there. This is obviously something introduced in the new version so any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Since yesterday I've been having twitter act oddly on my on my main twitter account, but only using firefox. It keeps being on the 'try again' option window as if the wifi isn't working properly, whilst the Wifi is okay.

It keeps giving me the 'https://twitter.com/?failedScript=main' address too. And I can't think about what Script might be running into an issue. I have access normally on my android phone and google chrome. Doing a 'safe' restart didn't help either, and disabling my extension carried no result either.

I figure, since I can log in on other platforms this might not be a twitter issue, but well, I'm asking here to be sure.

Since your last update I can no longer view my credit card statements, it downloads a pdf file. If I go to download the pdf instead I receive four pdf files downloaded. The edge and brave browsers don't do this.

I am an employer and use Indeed website to hire staff. I can log into my Indeed web account and can access all webpages except the Jobs webpage, the most fundamental part of this exercise.

I contacted Indeed and phone rep said to use Google Chrome which worked easily.

I am a dedicated Firefox user and do not want to use Google Chrome. Please fix this access problem which forces an employer to use Chrome to hire his workers.

Firefox will not displace the home page of a Facebook group which I belong to. I can get there through my phone app, so the group seems to be functioning. I can access the group on an old I.E. browser, so it seems to be a browser problem. I can get to my other groups, just not this one. I get a FB message that there is technical trouble when I try to access that group. This has gone on for over 24 hours. My Firefox is up to date.

What changed with Firefox that the security certificates for IJR.com and westernjournal.com are no longer recognized as being valid? See the example response image that I am getting. I use Thunderbird as my email client. I am getting the results shown in the uploaded image whenever I click on a link to an article from the email displayed in Firefox. Up until today (6/16/2022), I never had this problem.

Every website is working, even other browsers are working. Edge. Chrome. And even a forked version of Chrome. Every god damn thing works with YouTube but not Firefox. Why?

I've tried everything. Disabling extensions, themes. I've even uninstalled Firefox. I even run troubleshoot. I even used iobit uninstaller to clear out the registry keys. Still, error is there.

I've even clear the DNS cache. I released the IP. I tried everything i could find. I even tried to roll back to old version. But still. Error is there.

Anything else before i leave the Firefox behind thinking it's a piece of crap?

Indigo Slate has created an interactive site for our client but on Firefox browsers on both Windows and Mac the interactive I i frames are non-responsive and often blurred out: https://exploresurface.com/#/en-us/touchscreen-display is one example of many on the site we have created. This issue does not occur with Chrome, Opera, or Microsoft Edge.

Do I need a Mozilla Support account to get direct help from Mozilla instead of posting a question to the community which didn't resolve my issue?

I'm receiving this error for multiple websites, Macy's is one of them that I can't consistently access. The error message in the subject line and different reference codes appear. I've attempted to use the solution provided in the Help but it doesn't work. This has been an ongoing issue for other websites as well so I have been forced to use Chrome or Edge, which are not my preference. Nothing in the Help or Contributor resolves the issue either. I see the resolution but it didn't work for me.

Please help me resolve this problem because it happens randomly to specific sites. I don't remember them all but I know Macys is consistently blocked.

Hello Team,

gmail page initially loads in firefox and then doesn't get updated at all. Upon trying to refresh it just gets stuck at Google workspace initialization section. After that under new tab, google.com also doesn't work. Please fix this.
