Some months ago, I unfortunately typed a password in the username field of a local page (access to my Internet box, oh Noes).
Since then, it appears each time I remove the access data in the Firefox settings. When entering data again for a login without password enquiry, the password becomes invisible again, and vice-versa.
It is impossible to show the phenomenon using a screenshot, as the password immediately disappears.
Please look at the attached jpeg. I get this error everytime I open Firefox. Can you help stop this error.

Hi there, in my settings in firefox: there is a website that refuses to go away from the "Manage Data" section of the "Cookies and Site Data" section of my Firefox settings. I will select to remove all of the cookies ever, and even when I refresh the settings page, or close and restart the App, or turn my computer off and on again, it is still there. Strange! I would like assistance with this.
of note, I've checked w/ third party extensions that manage cookies, and that website doesn't show up when I manage cookies via said extension.
I have MacOS Big Sur, 11.7.10. I have the latest version of Firefox.

That was an understatement, as FF never continued and didn't fully open the site. I copied the URL to Chrome and it had no problem quickly opening the site. What do I need to fix in FF to make it happy again? What is this window called? When this window started popping up a couple of months ago, I noticed a couple of odd things happening on a website I go to. It would not let me pay them. It would look like it was going to then a white screen would pop up ans say" if you see this window then you ...........". I then have to pay on the phone or chrome. I have whitelisted the site but still does it.

Hi I have been using firefox on linux for a while without updating it. We are artsellers and I used to be able to log in and out of an artplatform without any problems. It's now been a few weeks since logging out is not possible any more on this platform which means that I am constantly logged in which I really do not want. The menu does not work anymore on this side whereas it works with other browers. I already contacted the platform. They cannot do anything about it themselves and asked me to contact your team. Periodically I delete my cookies and site data thus... Preferences/Privacy & Security/Cookies and Site Data/Clear Data. I used to use an add on for this but it stopped working.
Today it says I have "Temporary and cached files 1.3 MB". But it says that after Clear Data. It says it after I quit and restart Firefox. And I still says it after restart the computer. My Manage Data... and Manage Exceptions... boxes are empty. I have tried running Antivirus Zap Pro, which doesn't find anything sinister. How can I get rid of it... whatever it is? Can I access the folder and delete it manually?
