Hi, I cant log in to any plusnet pages, this is not just Firefox other browsers do the same. I get a message Secure connection failed. All other websites seem ok. Even private browsing is OK but no PLUSNET. I use Firefox 100 and search with Duck Duck Go. Please help as Plusnet can't. Many thanks I.M.

I keep trying to add Honey extension using Firefox. It shows that I have downloaded the extension, but it is not working. I know I am doing something wrong, but I don't know what it is. Thank you!

Using Mac OS 12.4 and Firefox 101.0.1. After launching Firefox, a second icon appears in the "recently used" apps section of the Mac OS dock (see attached screen shot). The icon stays there and goes away, and then comes back, and then goes away, etc. This continues on and on until Firefox is closed.

Why is this happening? Never acted this way before the latest updates.

I enjoy listening to https://ici.radio-canada.ca/ohdio online with Windows 10. Since the latest version of Firefox was installed, the audio no longer plays; nothing happens when I click the hyperlinks on the page. The audio plays in Edge and Chrome. I've turned off Enhanced Tracking protection, and the pop-up blocker is off. Any help much appreciated!

New computer, running Windows 11, McAfee LiveSafe came with for 30 day trial. I use Firefox, have since 1997. Just added Mozilla VPN. Old computer ran Xubuntu. Windows 11 needs antivirus because it's Windows. So. How compatible are McAfee LiveSafe and Firefox with Mozilla VPN? What suggestion, if any, does Mozilla have for an antivirus program that will work well for Windows 11 but not mess with Firefox and Mozilla VPN? Thank you.

There is No PC Firefox search microphone icon in address bar and No PC Firefox search microphone icon in google search. I can tap Settings. Scroll to the Privacy and Security section and tap on Site permissions. Next, tap on Microphone. However, there is no search microphone icon on Firefox address bar or in google search to click on. I chose the option to open pdf files (for example) on Firefox. But Firefox first downloads them to my "download" directory and only than opens it with Acrobat. My "download" directory now is full with garbage files that I need to delete manually. Is there any good option how to disable this "feature"? I would prefer not to see all the garbage files at all.

I changed "browser.download.improvements_to_download_panel" to false. Doesn't work.

Since an update several days ago I am unable to link to sites or email addresses I receive in emails. Serious time waster. Also in some accounts I have had for years they don't recognize my password any longer when I try to log in via a link from an email.

I was using lightspeed POS and routinely get a dialogue box asking me if i am sure i want to do something. in an effort to save .05 seconds, i selected do not let this website ask me again. this unfortunately broke a site function of doing the thing that requires confirmation and im sure broke countless other functions that rely on that confirmation. how do i undo?

Ive cleared cookies and site data, thinking it was sort of a cookie thing and it would reset, but no avail.

I'm downloading a lot of images, and every time I do so a popup box appears showing the most recent five downloads and a button to show all downloads, It covers some of the icons I use for downloading images which is frustrating. If I right click on any of the downloads one of the options is to Clear Preview Panel, so I assumed it was called Preview Panel, but help does not know about that and I can't find how to stop it coming up (it used not to until I did something, I don't know what) It's driving me crazy.

I would like to change the order of Search Bar suggestions, if possible, because I find the "Firefox Suggest" section's results more relevant to what I usually look for.

Specifically, as shown in the image I attach, when I type, I get some suggestions, and then I can see the "Firefox Suggest" section. Is it possible to change the order and place it above the suggestions?
