Hi,

I LOVE FireFox, so I use it daily. After since the latest update, my Moz bar is all covered. I tried deleting and reinstalling it, as well as re-downloaded FF, but nothing helps. Here's how my menu bar looks like now: http://screencast.com/t/NBjJ5FDvxQ How can I fix it?

When I forwarded messages on my old computer using gmail my entire address book appeared and I could check off the all of the required names. On my new computer only "to' is displayed, meaning I have send to one person at a time.

I need to process PDF files with different apps frequently. I need to open PDF's off one part of a site in one program and download the PDF's off another part of the site to a specific directory. I need to do this several hundred times a day and so any kind of manual switching is impractical, every click counts, and so I dont want any extras. My current solution is to use Chrome for downloading and Firefox for opening the pdf in a program. I don't like chrome nor do I trust google, I would prefer to only use Firefox. I also already use the inlineDisposition 2 add-on so firefox can correctly identify the files as pdf's. Is there a plugin that can help me accomplish this?

I am receiving junk mail from the following address:flashlights tactical Military herminacagliostroep1715@hotmail.c. When I click on the unsubscribe feature at the bottom I get the following error message that the site is not secure: hyperurl.co uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is only valid for the following names: *.smarturl.it, smarturl.it Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN

As a result of this message I am not able to unsubscribe from this junk mail and I continue to am receive them daily. It is my hope that you will address this issue on a general level as it is a tactic these companies are using to effectively disallow individuals using their right to refuse junk mail

Prior to todays update I did have a personal tool bar which allowed me to have immediate access to sever or eight internet sites. This tool bar is no longer available. Please advise.

None of AT&T web pages will load. All I get is a white page unless I go to View and switch to "No Style" for page style, then it is in linear form. Green padlock is showing to left in address bar and it was all working till yesterday. Shows fine in Safari. What's up?

My security password box comes up hundreds of times during a session- not just at the beginning. Every time I click on something it comes up. After I click the red x it goes away, but another page appears in my tray (with the firefox icon). I spend more time clicking out of all these than I do actually enjoying anything on the internet. I would like to cancel the whole security password thing, but don't remember what my original password was. I haven't put my password in the box for a long time- I just simply x out of the box.

I use the Amazon plugin to add items to wish lists. The old Amazon add on was perfect. I tried the new one a few weeks ago, and it didn't work. So I uninstalled it. Today, I tried again, and it still doesn't work. It shows a "2" on the button icon, as if it has linked with my account and has messages. When I click it, a gray box appears, the circular arrow spins, and nothing ever loads. Please help!

This morning firefox is suddenly not allowing me to right click anywhere in the window. I have tried opening it in safe mode with all the plugins disabled and it still would not work. I have updated everything, including the browser itself. I also tried restarting the computer, and still nothing.

All other sites are ok, however, it's about 1 week that I can't get on that site.

I checked iidrn.com and it's not down.

I will do a "Save Image As" and it is always saving as a .jpeg not .JPG and 400x400 instead of 200x200 and I don't know if it is something in Windows I need to adjust or in FF. Also, it saves to "My Computer" and I have to drag it to "My Pictures" so when I do a Browse I can upload.

Is it in my settings that these pictures are 400 and .jpeg not 200 and .jpg or is there nothing I can do if a picture to be saved is already set with this way.

It's getting worse....even when playing online chess it stalls therefore I lose or the game is aborted. Mozilla are not offering solutions as per usual. Too many ads.

I want to delete the saved login names from my browser. Also, I do not want to save login names in my Firefox browser going forward.
