I did an hardreset to my computer yesterday, today I logged in to my FireFox account and now all of my stuff (History, Passwords, Bookmarks) are from 2020. I don't have any backup, what do I do?

I have a NAS server, where I save all my data. When I type the local address 192.168.2.10:5001 I always get the warning That this is a malicious site. I havo enter I know the risk etc. which cost me time and is useless, since my NAS server is under my control.

I have tried to put the server address in several exceptions, but they disappear.

How to tell Firefox that my Nas srver is safe?

I was using Amazon just fine a few days ago. When I tried to open an amazon link yesterday, I got the message: Secure Connection Failed. I tried updating my browser and clearing my cache and cookies. Please fix

Firefox is not permitting videos from YouTube that other browsers easily play. This needs to be fixed. YouTube offers their Premium subscribers videos which can be played at a higher bitrate, which means even 1080p can play at a higher quality. When setting quality on a video, in addition to the 1080p, you can choose "1080p Advanced bitrate" as an option. Firefox has trouble playing these files, whereas Safari and other browsers don't have a problem with YouTube. Please fix this.

I use the Rapport Add-on to protect my personal info especially when doing on-line banking at the moment I have to use Chrome but I would rather stay with Firefox but you dont have this extension why?

I have been having problems with Firefox on my Desktop-PC for about a week now: I am almost always shown another tab with an error message (an new tab with allways the same content) in addition to the website that is regularly called up and also works:

It doesn't matter which regular website I call up - it also happens when I call up the Mozilla Firefox page.

It is as if my website call is executed twice: once normally and everything is displayed correctly. And once as an extra tab with an alleged page loading error where the connection has failed.

How can I prevent these additional tabs with the error message from constantly popping up and being displayed? I have not made any other settings and Firefox has always worked perfectly so far. It doesn't happen with Google Chrome, for example - so it's not my PC.

Can you help me?

I have attached images of what slowly occurs when I don't clear my cookies, websites start to slowly and slowly load less and less until they eventually completely break and wont load and I have to clear my cookies, resign into everything. and rinse and repeat every few days or a week, I also attached an image of what the purchase screen is supposed to look like. Hello everyone, a long time ago i changed my youtube name to something else and to this day it never updated on firefox. Yesterday i finally asked youtube support about it and they told me to check with mobile or other browsers and there it works fine, so only firefox is borking out on that one. Do you have an idea how i can solve that?

Whenever i sign into youtube and then close the window when i come back ive been signed out and have to sign in again. i have "delete cookies and site data when firefox is closed" off and dont know what else to do

since my last update (125.0.2 (64-bit)), an additional website always opens when I open a website in Firefox. This is called "Page load error" in the tab; the content of the page is as follows:

Error: Connection failed

An error occurred while connecting to 0.0.0.1.

   The website may be temporarily unavailable, please try again later.
   If you are also unable to access another website, please check the network/Internet connection.
   If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, please make sure that Firefox is allowed to access the Internet.

How can I prevent this additional page from opening?

My Firefox can only be shut down by TaskManager, or by clicking on the three horizontal bars and then dropping to exit.

So I can't close any single tab 'without closing them all', that's the real annoyance. I also can't close any individual windows I opened instead of a new tab, without closing all tabs and windows. Finally the classic windows ALT+F4 closure that's built into Windows doesn't close Firefox, and if it did I suspect ALT+F4 would close them all. Bottom line Firefox is seriously close-resistant.

What precipitated this was I allowed a previous Firefox update to download-install, and it tanked my performance, I figured your team would fix that issue, but in the meantime what I did was uninstall that version and reinstall the version I had been running before that update. Tilt! That action resulted in the close windows or tabs problem.

Summary: I am using the latest version now, but with it came this "can't close any individual tab without closing them all, and can only close even then except by Taskmanager or by clicking the 3 horizontal bars then dropping to Exit which also closes all Firefox tabs and Windows. This problem has surfaced before in this support, and none of the solutions worked, probably because I got to this place uniquely. I did read before submitting this.

Hey all, as of the past few days when I get the prompt to enter my password on Outlook.com (And microsoft.com) and hit 'sign in' the page just reloads and nothing happens. There is no failed login message, the page just reloads like I didn't hit sign in. I have disabled all of my extensions, cleared cookies and cache, ETP... with no luck.

Works fine on Chrome for android...

Ever since the latest update, the picture-in-picture function stopped working properly. If I activate it, the video will automatically go to full screen, and I need to press the full screen button multiple times to move it down to a small box. I am using Firefox on a Mac laptop.

I find it very difficult using Awsome screenshot, in fact I never use it, but used to use it, when it was on my tool bar, can I get it back there.

I cannot drag it from "customise tool bar" as it does not show there, it shows in my list of add ons, I have tried removing it, then reinstalling it.
