Hi,

I attend Berklee online and the learning environment has videos as well as empty spaces to write answers and text. Whenever I enter the empty space to write text, every press of the spacebar starts and stops multiple videos on that page.

Their strict advice is to use Chrome, but that is the last thing I want to do.

When I open firefox it opens on the "success" page it should open on my selected page Yahoo.com

this happened after I ran the "refresh firefox" option

Firefox (x64 en-US) is our primary browser on 2 different computers: a desktop and an HP laptop. Within days of each other, both Firefox browsers on the two computers began crashing whenever we tried to use them. There has been no error message. Nothing we have done has helped, though we have only tried to fix it on the desktop. We have uninstalled it and reinstalled it on the desktop. We have refreshed the reinstalled version. We have opened it in Troubleshoot mode and it still crashed within 15 seconds. Below are the 4 most recent crash reports from today's crashes:

When I run a virus or add remover like Malware-bytes it considers the application a "PUP: Legacy" item and counts it as an item to be quarantined or removed. The count of items like this are adding numerous hits that keep growing. How can i stop this from happening?

I was told I had to change my gmail account to whatever system you have now. I believe I have taken all the necessary steps, but would like to know how I access the emails I had on the old gmail account.

As of 21/11/2023, I can no longer use several chat services that had previously worked on Firefox, for example Santander bank and EDF. Plus, the POWR widget has stopped working on one of my favourite websites.... it used to pull in the charity's Facebook content but now all I see is the text and no imagery. I have a PC operating on Win 11. just recently upgraded to the latest version of Firefox and can't find my bookmarks. not finding the help areas very helpful. how do I get them back and installed on left side of screen as I did in old version?

I use Firefox for Mac. Often when I want to click on a link or complete an on-line form, a long list of unwanted suggestions pops up and orevents me doing this. Only by hitting Escape can I get control back.

By the way, I don't want any solution which involves clearing the cache, as I value that help.

I'm getting errors when trying to make online card payments with Firefox. Things like, Invalid card number, not being able to type number in box provided, (No Cursor). It works ok on some sites but not others. However, if I switch to the Edge browser all transactions work perfectly. This has been happening for some time (Windows 11). I'm thinking this could be a bug but not sure.

This happens with multiple sites, so it is a Firefox BUG issue.

1. 1 - When I go to login at "office.com/setup" I try to set up a new account because I don't recall my login.
2. 2 - I type in my login name, example: "email@domain.com"
3. 3 - Surprisingly it says choose another email, that one is in use.
4. 4 - SO, I go back out and try again only THIS time I try logging in with my email because it is ME, not a new person
5. 5 - Then it sends me to a NEW window to change my pwd.

I enter NEW pwd twice. It sends me back to the login page, I enter my new info and it sends me back to enter my NEWER password twice again. I fall for it and enter ANOTHER NEW PWD.

1. 6 - It sends me back out to login AGAIN, then it asks me to enter my NEW password twice again.
2. 7 - repeat #6 indefinitely

This has happened to me at my bank and Microsoft office download. These two companies are NOT related. But I am using Firefox both times. SUGGESTIONS??? My bank locked me out for too many attempts to get in. On and ON and ON and ON.

I use photopea.com for photo editing and stuff, but I accidentally clicked on the option to have that site not show a pop-up asking if I'm sure I want to leave the site and asking if I'm sure I want to close a project. Now I can't close projects at all.

Can someone tell me how I can re-enable it for the website?

I have firefox on both of my linux Ubuntu22.04 machines. As of yesterday, that little rounded arrow in the toolbar disappeared. I still have the forward and backward arrows and the home icon, but the refresh button is gone. It is still there on my other computer. Both have version 120.0.1 on them. Makes no sense to me.

I am trying to login in to my health insurance website but Firefox keeps giving me a message that it can not access the information at this time. This is not the first time or the first website that I have had issues with. Do i have to switch to Chrome or Edge?? Is there a setting that will allow me to access the insurance website?? I have used Firefox for years but the past few months it has caused me lots of problems trying to access my accounts on various websites.
