Websites I access via Firefox constantly tell me I'm using a new device and each time I have to go through a time consuming verification process involving entering codes. I always check the box that says "don't ask to verify again" for this device, but that doesn't stop the every time I access a website verification process. I prefer Firefox to Safari.

There is one website that doesn't work well with Firefox so I use Safari only for it. Apple Care was able to walk me through a process to stop that website from not recognizing I'm using the same Apple computer I've used for 5 years and will continue to use for a few more years because it's a 256 gigabyte solid state drive with no "moving parts" that will last longer than if it was a regular desktop. But they can't help me solve the problem with Firefox which is not their product and recommended I contact Mozilla Firefox technical support for help.

There is one website that I have used many times over the last 15+ years to purchase items. Now when I go to that website, all I get is a 'blank white screen'. I want to access that site again. Thanks

Hi Collective Brains, Rebuilding my computer after a hack and can not seem to get the little house shaped (Home) button for Firefox back onto my address bar so when I open a new tab and google I can not go back home to Firefox without opening another new tab. Okay, so it's a bit nit-picky, but, hey, it's a bug I don't need right now. Can someone give me a hand, please and thank you Kate

I have been having some problems with mozilla firefox from some time.

Some web-sites do not open whilst I have no problems with opening them in any other browser. Other example: Google maps bei opening show always my home location, but whichever place I type in the search box, it does not show it at all. Any idea what can cause this trouble?

Sometimes I have like 40+ pages in 1 tab. If I want to go back to a specific page in the very beginning, I have to right-click the "back button" many times in order to do so.

So how to show more pages when I right-click the "back button"? Or is there any way to go back to the 1st page of the tab?

I was working on my 2023 14" MacBook Pro (M2 Pro, 16GB memory) and a window popped up stating I need to close an application due to me being out of memory. Then my computer froze and I was forced to do a hard reset.

Normally Firefox uses ~450MB however the window stated that Firefox was using 95.57GB of memory as indicated in the attached photo.

I have checked for crash logs and there are no reported crash events listed. And checking Activity monitor shows that Firefox is back to using its normal memory of ~450MB.

Can someone help provide some guidance on what happened and how I can prevent this from happening as I was forced to do a hard reset.

I installed the newest version of Firefox but when I start it, the startup page is different (see attached) than my previous page and it doesn't show display any of my bookmarks.(

This is my first time to write and ask a ?I will be grateful if anyone can help me solve it. I signed up for the Free Relay of email just to try it out. My primary email was there and I added my secondary email --them I noticed there was what looks like a strange email already there. In conjunction with this i got a warning from Firefox today that somebody from Romania had tried to change my password.

Any Ideas I would appreciate them.

Hi. When booking flights on my FF browser I cannot move onto the final booking page. You would nearly think that my prvacy settings are too high. I have to close FF down and move to another browser to complete.

Has anyone else encountered a similar problem?

Hey, this has been going on for a few days, but when I try to use twitter on desktop, there are no retweet/like/reply buttons. This problem doesn't exist on Chrome or the Mobile app. I can reply to things, but that's it. I also can't browse through my notifications without the page immediately displaying the "Something went wrong. Try reloading." message. I'm not sure what's causing this or if it's just me or what.
