Hello,

I'm running Firefox 113.0.1 on windows 11 22H2. Every time I want to stream HBOMAX or sometimes any other streaming service. I get a error. I'll attached a screenshot of the error code. Can you please help?

Dear Support people, Firefox now not opening several sites (which open when I cut and paste url into MS Edge). This has become increasingly inconvenient. I have put the respective sites urls in the "Exceptions" files for both cookies and pop-ups. This has sometimes helped, but is not working at all now. I've been with FF for years, but am thinking of switching to another browser now. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help!

I have seen multiple copies of this question, some unanswered, some with the same "answer". All the questions are closed so I cannot reply to them. The "answer" does not work.

I have the "Show tabs from other devices" sidebar. I also can access from "Open application menu" > email address > list of synced tabs. Both methods show me the device name and all of my synced tabs. Neither method has an "open all tabs" option. If I right click my device name nothing happens. If I right click a tab, it opens that one tab. I don't know how many tabs I have on my Android. I have enough tabs that it only shows the infinity symbol instead of the number. It has shown the infinity symbol for a long time and I've opened many more tabs since. It could be hundreds or even thousands of tabs. I have 224 tabs on my laptop. I want to open all 224 laptop tabs plus all however many Android tabs on my laptop at the same time. I'm aware this will cause significant lag on my laptop. I'm not looking for a solution for that or people telling me not to do that. I want to know how to open all of my synced tabs at once on my laptop, without having to click through one by one.

Good Day All - Previously I had installed a extension for my homepage. I had to reinstall my operating system and now that I'm reinstalling firefox I can't find the extension I was using previously. Is there any way in Firefox to see the history of the extensions tied to my account ?

So my FF interface language is German but I do write a lot off stuff in English so I installed a bilingual dictionary. I have no clue how to enable it though. In "languages" the default German language is enabled. In "dictionaries" my new dict is enabled. When I right click underlined text in English it offers me either German OR English but not the bilingual dictionary. When I click "add dictionary" I get to the page where I found that bilingual dictionary in the first place. This is very confusing behavior.

My firefox is presenting some malfunction on many features that are not working as they should. I tried to updated to it the last version to solve. It did not work. So I tried to restore it. which should work as I dont think its problems has to do with cookies or saved personal info. It did not work as well. So here some of the problems:

1- My firefox's home page is suppose to show my most visted sites. But it shows only empty/blank space. (image ) 2- I cant add any extension to my toolbar. They simply dont appear when I try to edit it. 3- I cant remove/edit any favorites (changes are not applied). 4- Some extension are just not working. for no reason. Betterttv for example. (Tried to reinstall, reset permission. ). they were working normally before. 5- autofill are not working. Does not show the options.

All this does not make any sense to me. As I've tried to solve restoring the firefox. Only cookies, passwords and personal info should have being kept and I dont think they are the cause of all this. I dont wanna to fully clean reinstall it as there are many logins, passwords and other info saved that I dont even remember. In additon it does not make any sense to me at all.

i cant move the tabs around in the task bar. my firefox version is up to date, but yesterday-ish my laptop forcibly updated itself. its still on windows ten, but thats the only thing i can think of other than installing a kidpix four emulator that may have caused the problem

After an update from mozilla my credit union statements would not open or save. They do open on MIcrosoft Edge. There are other sites that open pdfs correctly with Firefox. The Credit Union IT said The government is requiring them to be more secure and they recommend I change browsers which I do not want to. There is no apparent error code or message. Just searching for a solution.

Try disabling ad blockers and other extensions, enabling javascript, using a different web browser or turning off your VPN.

Firefox automatically updated and now tabs sync, which I absolutely hate and want to implode the Earth because this even exists. I go to the options to turn off the stupid pointless sync and oh wait it doesn't turn off. The box is not checked. Tabs still sync and display a worthless icon on my taskbar because apparently Mozilla thinks I'm such an idiot I need AN EXTRA FRICKING ICON to tell me I have open tabs in my browser.

So how do I actually turn this trashbag "feature" off if it's not by deselecting it in the "Sync" panel, since that doesn't work?

I am writing to you because the subject is driving me crazy and I don't know what to do anymore.

The same laptop, with the same firefox (113.0.1 snap) at work works fine... and at home it has an exhasperating lag.

Any ideas?

It happens to me with all the computers at home (with ubuntu, linux mint...) but (and here comes what kills me) if I browse with Chromium, everything flies.

I've tried by wifi against an access point that acts as a repeater, direct against the router and wired to the router and the result is always the same: Firefox slow as the bad guy's horse... and Chrome light as a cloud.

I have disabled all plugins, browsed in anonymous mode, reset firefox... and no way... every time it loads a page it takes 5 to 20 seconds of blank page.

I am a firefox user since its tender beginnings, but this lag is going to give me an ulcer and I am militant, but health comes first.

Keeps freezing. Keep getting "not responding" message. Typically I can have several tabs open on two screens but now after using Firefox for a while I start having issues. Really just want my favorite browser back.

Video playing on firefox on my second monitor appears overexposed, as in, lights are extremely light and darks are extremely dark. I am not sure when this issue began.

I know it is not a calibration issue with my monitor because all other content looks as it normally does. I also know it is specifically an issue with firefox and not web video in general because if I open the same videos on chrome they look as expected. This only happens on my second monitor, if I drag the window to my laptop monitor, it looks normal again.

My current setup is an acer Nitro 5 laptop (i5-10300H, RTX 3050 laptop with game-ready drivers) hooked up to a samsung monitor (I belive 32" odyssey g5? I am not sure) through HDMI.

I've updated my graphics drivers, to no avail. I am going to try reverting the latest update on firefox, though I am unsure if it is related at all, I will update the thread if it corrects the issue. I don't really know what else to try if it fails, I appreciate any suggestions.

Other than the problem being firefox dependant, I suppose it could have to do with a firefox-GPU interaction, as my laptop's integrated monitor is driven by the CPU graphics while the external monitor is driven by the GPU. I don't know how to address this or if it's even possible.
