I have had access to the following website through Firefox for many years – no problem. Today, it comes up with the error message and reference indicated below. Nothing I do – cache clearing and the like, makes any difference. Denied access. No other website has been altered in this way. Any thoughts – is this down to you?

Firefox not registering the "SUBMIT" button at bottom of the page to "submit" an application for student loan partial debt relief. Click on it and it never submits, even though the form is completed and no omissions are noted. Instantly works just fine on CHROME. My peers noted same issue. Changing back to Chrome due to this. Site is https://studentaid.gov/debt-relief/application

OS: Windows 10 FF version: 106.0.1
This is a new pc, about a week or two old, and I've noticed on a couple of different pages that places that should show a button or a checkbox are showing the html label instead.
Booted up the old pc (running FF version 105.0.3) to double-check and all pages are displaying just fine over there.
I have sync turned on, so both browsers are running the exact same plugins. And I did try disabling all the plugins on the new one just in case, and it made no difference.

I have an account that I am unable to log into or reset the password for. When I attempt to do either, I receive an error saying "Primary account email required for reset" which appears to be a database issue.
I believe that this could be fixed by populating the "Primary account email" field with the current contents of the username so I am finally able to log in with that account.
Is there any way I can get in touch with someone at Mozilla to get this issue fixed?

I tried contacting Mozilla Customer Service, but there is absolutely no way to do it. You customer service leaves much to be desired.
You updated your unstable system. It did the update, but now my saved passwords are missing. If your system deletes the passwords, what kind of safety do users of Firefox are guarantee? If this issue is not resolved, I will leave and delete your browser NEVER to use it again. In addition, I created a Firefox account long time ago to supposedly have my passwords secure. At this point all the passwords are missing. What security is your system providing?

With recent releases, I've started noticing that Firefox UI freezes seemingly randomly. When it does, the UI doesn't respond to interactions, and there's no visible change in the UI, either - for example, if I switch to a different tab after the UI froze, there's no visual sign of switch happening. However, if I were to alt-tab to another window, then then UI looks as if it had responded behind the scenes. I.e., the tab switch were somehow kept pending until at the point of alt-tab.
I've had this happened on two different machines, both running the latest version (106.0.1), but this was observed even with 105, I think.
FWIW, I'm on Linux; I've tried both with and without hardware acceleration. Unfortunately, I don't have consistent/sure reproducer; not have I observed any particular pattern of interaction that'd lead to this.
I was going to file a bug, but thought posting here before I do that.
After an automatic firefox update, all info/customization gone. Firefox files/profiles on my macbook have plenty of folders/files but they all say zero bytes.

Hello All -
Is the current version of FFX compatible with macOS 13 Ventura? If Ventura breaks FFX then I don't want to do the OS update until FFX works.
TIA!!!
I need help restoring my automatic usernames and passwords. I 'm afraid to do it myself because I screwed up a whole lot trying to do things by myself.

Firefox just stropped working for me. Would be unable to load any pages after 5-10 minutes until I restarted the browser. No other troubleshooting worked so I had to refresh firefox and now my firefox private network add on is gone. All my other add ons are still there but I can't re-download private network without paying a subscription, even though I have had it installed for years. How do I access that add on? I don't understand why I would need to pay for something I already had and only lost becasue firefox malfunctioned.
files wont export from progam opened with firefox but does if opened in chrome

In reader view mode the page https://www.cla.co.uk/what-is-copyright loses all the text of the What is copyright? section. I could not not find any documentation about the criteria for content being included in reader view mode or obvious place to report it for it to be fixed, so here I am.

Long ago, I would use Tab-Mix Plus but that functionality went away around FF57.
For most cases since then, Cntl-Shift-T works well.
But I found a use case where Cntl-Shift-T does not work. If one has an active form in progress in given tab, then opens another link on top of that, then closes the tab with Cntl-W or equivalent, then after the CS-T the form progress from the overlaid url is lost.
I use Cntl-W so freely that I can miss that I have accidentally closed tabs that I normally like to keep open. I sometimes don't notice till much later, too long for easy CS-T and I have to recreate from other resources. I have already removed the X-close buttons per tab.
Tab-Mix Plus would just prevent closing of protected tabs all-together and prevent both of these issues.
I have my own webapp framework, and my primary way to workaround this is use target=_blank liberally on local links. But that is an unnatural process in many ways with extra overhead of creating and destroying tabs rather that simply redirecting the current one.
Maybe there's another way around all of this?
how to download older versions of firefox?
How can I enlargen the font size on the Firefox browser menu bar ie File, Edit, View etc? Thank-you.
