I have tried everything I know (I think) but Firefox won't allow me to stay logged in. How do I accomplish this??? I have researched online and still have not been able to accomplish this.... Google Chrome is no problem.... I stay logged in to it, but not so with Firefox... Help!!!!

When I try to access a few common sites, such as Lowes.com and Totalwine.com, I get the following message:

An Error has occured We apologize for the inconvenience, but the requested url is invalid. It may be a result of using special characters that are not accepted at this time. Thank you for your patience.

If I really need to access the site I can open Google Chrome and they will open with no problem.

How do I fix this issue? BTW Firefox just loaded the latest update and the problem still exists.

OS: Windows 10 Firefox Version 100.0 Starting this afternoon...

Firefox crashes (completely shuts down) every time I try to print to "Save to PDF" with the Firefox browser page open. I can print a browser page to my local printer, but not to "Save to PDF", even if it is in Troubleshoot Mode and even after Firefox has been refreshed.

Everything on my system is current and updated.

This issue is new.

Any ideas, or other suggestions.

Simply put, I have used the website:

For MANY years, and now your system wont let it load. I have spent over an hour going through the endless links in your "help" system with no help at all.

This site is not loading and the lock with the red line wont let me disable the darn thing.

If I have to choose between Firefox and being able to access what sites I want, then Firefox will lose the battle.

I have tried all your little "help" suggestions and none work. I have been a faithful Firefox customer for about 12 years, but the end of that era is quickly coming to a close.

For your sake, I hope this is something you can fix easily because that website has thousands of loyal customers that are having the same issue with you that I am now.

Passwords disappeared from sync account

For some reason my passwords went missing locally and when I went to sync them my account would not connect and the saved password was missing. So I went through the password reset process to sign into my sync account and when I resigned into it to sync, there was no passwords on the account.

Is there any backup performed by mozilla or any other way to get like a backup of the online account passwords somehow. My local logins.json files are corrupt so I cant use them.

This is extremely disappointing if they cant be retrieved.

When I try to upload a file to a website it cancels after about 8-10% completed. I was able to upload the same file to the same website in Microsoft Edge without any issues. I checked my Firefox update history and I see that it updated to 100.00 yesterday 5/3/22.

I am currently using Firefox v. 100.0 (64-bit) on Windows 10 Home v. 21H2. Recently, I have been unable to get package tracking information from the website fedex.com, nor can I log into my FedEx account. When trying to track a package, the FedEx site displays the following message: "Unfortunately we are unable to retrieve your tracking results at this time. Please try again later." Likewise, when trying to log in, the site shows this message: "We are having trouble establishing a connection. Please refresh the page." Repeated attempts in both cases have failed. In the past, the fedex.com site has functioned flawlessly with Firefox. Moreover, I do not experience either of these problems with Google Chrome.

Please advise.

When i open up https://login.comptia.org i can see the website and it loads then it prompts me to login, but when i click the login button the website goes blank and turns all white and i refresh the website and it stays white. I have cleared all cookies and cache, and i have also refreshed firefox.

Whenever I get this message; I just go to Chrome and it works fine.

I have several issues when using Western journal that work fine if I use Chrome browser. Like answering question of the day, I have to reload the page to see the results. Chrome updates right after I select answer. About ready to switch back to Chrome and I Really don't want too!

I use Firefox on a Mac (Big Sur OS), and all of a sudden when I updated to the latest Firefox version -- each time I click on Firefox it opens in a new window other than the one I'm working on which is **really** annoying! What can I do to prevent this? Is there some adjustment in preferences I'm not aware of? Please help!!

Google Chrome is closed and ive checked task manager to make sure that its not open in the background.

I choose my main account from google chrome and choose to import passwords and bookmarks and it says that it successfully imported it but my passwords and bookmarks are not showing up on mozilla.

Hello. With version 100.0 came multi-language spellchecking. I would like to know how exactly does it work, please.

For instance, if I enable both English and French, will it simply virtually add the two dictionaries and use the resulting combined list of words? Or will it try to understand if a paragraph or sentence is English and mark non-English words in that paragraph/sentence as incorrect even if they are French?

I am obviously asking this because there is no detailed information at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-use-firefox-spell-checker.
