When I try to search or use Firefox it is extremely slow and I get an error. I used microsoft edge and do not have this issue. I am ready to stop using Firefox and got back to Microsoft Edge.

Firefox crashes randomly with no crash report being generated. It seems to have started doing this about a month ago. Nothing in particular seems to trigger it, and all of my software is up to date. It just closes any and all tabs that are open, as if I exited out of the program entirely.

how do I work with attachments in unbuntu? it greys out when trying to upload any attachments in gmail and outlook. I am new and cant find unbuntu help on latest update.

Trying to access youtube shows the following message:

PSA:

The snap version of Firefox (as implemented in Ubuntu Desktop 22.04) will not open a Zoom meeting link.

The alternatives are: - Google Chrome, etc. - Borrow a Windows machine and log into your meeting there.

What a disaster.

I no longer have the option to watch BBC iPlayer as a picture in picture. The toggle switch has disappeared. I've tried hovering over various places on screen, but nothing appears. I've also tried right clicking to check it's not 'hidden', but it appears to have gone altogether.

I've checked and I have a least version 75 of Firefox (that BBC say I should have) and that the box is ticked in the browsing settings to enable P-in-P. Other streaming apps work (eg Discovery+ and YouTube etc).

Not sure is this is a Firefox issue or BBC iPlayer issue.

When I watch a video, mostly in Netflix, and go to the fullscreen mode, I see a url line on the bottom left corner of my screen. It doesn't go away when I click the screen. When I try to click over it it switches to the right bottom corner, which I find quite frustrating. Whenever, this happens I should refresh the page and hope that it solves my problem and most of the times it does. However, I still would be quite happy if I figured out what caused this problem and if there is anything I can do it to fix it for good.

I have a user who is using an imac late 2012. When the user installs firefox release version 100. Firefox will open but will not go to any websites. All other web browsers work just fine but for some reason Firefox will not sync and will not open websites.

Hi there! Well, another company told my business partner that their product does not like Firefox so we should use Chrome and maybe Edge. First, that is a crock, but seems to be a standard answer from anyone in the business world, sadly. I would not trust Edge or Chrome, especially those two, if they were the last platforms on earth. Is there a setting that we can use that will assist in using RSMeans Online Version so it will work more effectively? Whenever we get an error message or it just won't open, they blame it on Firefox.

I am trying to create a new Firefox account with it's own email to be separate from this Firefox account I am posting from. However, every time I try to follow the "sign up" buttons I get redirected to the login page where I enter what I want as the new account info and receive a "Primary email account required for sign in" The email I'm trying to use for my new account is NOT registered with Firefox and I am using a freshly installed version of the browser on a new PC so no extensions are interfering.

Can't get a login page to load on Synchrony Bank for Amazon Credit Card since update. Using Google Chrome to get into my account. Called Synchrony, they say it's Firefox since update. Can't call anyone at Firefox, no phone numbers available nor do they provide an email address, not right. How do I get someone at Firefox to fix this problem?

I tried printing in FIREFOX while using PDF and receipts from Amazon and HP. each time the fonts are HUGE, but not if I use Chrome or Edge. Tried your suggestions and that didn't help. I see another user has had the same exact issue with no avail. I'd really like to get this issued fixed. I like FIREFOX and want to use it whenever possible, but being unable to print makes it a problem. I would appreciate a real solution. Thank you in advance, Alan.

I can't seem to open certain links - especially in Gmail if I click on a link it won't open. Anything that requires me to upload from my computer - it won't bring up the dialog box. I can't download PDF's from Firefox. I then have to go to chrome to do the same thing without a problem.

This issue only started happening once I updated Firefox 3 weeks ago.

Every day I am interrupted by McAfee with daily notifications across my screen saying they have detected a virus and to sign up with them. I have NEVER been a customer of McAfee and would like these nuisances to stop. Is there a way I can ban them from my pc. Thank you.

Please turn off the download drop down menu that appears every time I do a download...if you cant do that then give your users the option of turning it off or on...
