How do I update Firefox? Or is this system out of date? I run OS X Yosemite 10.10.5

I received an email from mozilla, dated 02/23/24 subject: Don't stop the sync Up grade firefox password by March 31st.

I'm dumb about how to do this.......My deceased wife did all of using the Mac. The unit has version 78...Has anyone got time to guide me thru this??

Can you please instruct me how to upgrade my firefox browser Nr.78.15.0esr on my apple laptop OS X Yosemite version 10.10.5. I need to be able to use this very laptop for internet usage. Please tell me what other firefox browser could be uploaded in case the latest version cannot be uploaded on my current laptop. I am awating your answer asap. Thank you for your help!
