I have searched for this answer and can't find it, so I am hoping that it isn't here already and I just can't find it because of the way I am asking in the search box.......I would like to unsubscribe from an e-mail newsletter I am getting, but there is no "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the e-mail like there is on most of them I do receive. Is there a way in the Moz://a web site that this can be done? I am using a "mask" e-mail address and have done an unsubscribe with a different e-mail newsletter, but this one, I am not able to do just a simple "Unsubscribe".

Hi Firefox community, whenever I hit "space key" while I type, then it scrolls downwards which I annoys me. This happened at "Otranscribe" website where I was typing and this thing happened. Please tell me how can I stop the scrolling when hitting space key?

firefox is very slow, crash several times. i need to close and reopen.

it comes on average 2TB of Ram with 4-5 tabs open. version: 99.01 64 bit

I subscribe to the Times.co.uk but past few days am unable to navigate on the website eg if I press 'show more on the web page' nothing happens. `It does work however if I access using my Safari browser, so clearly not a 'Times' issue

I just installed Windows 10 and firefox and the video playback on those sites won't start. It works on youtube. Netflix and Curiosity stream works fine on Microsoft Edge but I want to use firefox. I did everithing of what Netflix sugested but videos won't play.

Firefox now needs to be clicked on twice before starting. In addition is not reopening previous windows and tabs on startup although this option selected in settings. Is this related to a new version? Thank you!

Follow the dialog at homelink.com to report an error with a garage door remote problem. Clicking on "Submit" gets a 404 error. I've had similar problems with other website dialogs, but usually the link is just ignored. For example rockler.com, when attempting to place an order - nothing happens. In both cases, switching to MS Edge works correctly.

When using Google Meet, you are given the option to share your screen — either the entire screen, or a specific Firefox window.

I've noticed, however, that no matter what Firefox window is used, if you access an extension that creates a pop-up dialog, such as the Container selection button from Conex, the uBlock origin settings popup for each webpage, or a password manager pop-up such as Bitwarden, those popups will appear on the shared window, even if you decide to do this from another Firefox window altogether.

This is a major security concern for me, as I've had circumstances where the password entry window for Bitwarden will appear on any window, even if I open the extension pop-up from a window not being shared to Google Meet. I'm not sure where to submit this issue, so I'm starting from the Mozilla support page and going from there. Would appreciate anyone's help on getting this issue resolved. Thank you.

In the previous version I could run streaming videos from Paramount Plus, in the latest version I cannot run them. I have no problems running them on Microsoft Edge.

How can I use Firefox?

Hi, I am trying to save my most important Bookmarks as Shortcuts in Firefox Homepage, but Firefox is not showing the icons of the shortcuts, instead it is showing as Letters of the site. Please refer the image that I have attached. Incase if the image in the attachment fails, use this link Do note that the icons in bookmarks bar are showing fine, but the problem is only in Homepage shortcuts. I am still stumped as to why Firefox crashes, IF and that's a big IF, my session is restored, why my tabs are blank but the website names are still on the tabs. Click to reload sometimes works, while other times it doesn't. Google, Facebook, Twitter, WordPress websites I am logged into and others will not load anymore for at least an hour. The only way to access them is to open a private window. What is happening to this browser that causes these sites to not load anymore? Any clearing the browser history/cache doesn't bring these sites back. They will only come back an hour after the crash. I've also cleared my ISP cache too (ipconfig/flushdns).

Wordle does not work properly on FireFox. It does not recognize characters that I enter as valid characters in the solution of the day. This occurs quite frequently.

With the new version (99) I can no longer automatically launch my Revue by Bluebeam application and instead forces me to download the link, which I can then click on to launch the Revue application. There is no choice in settings for the BFX extension to automatically launch my Bluebeam Revue application. The result is my computer is filling up with downloaded links for Bluebeam, which I then have to go in and delete on a continual basis. I do not have that problem in chrome, which someone said is why you guys made the change to switch from automatic launching like chrome did, however I do not have that problem in Chrome. What a shame I have to keep two different browsers

I have had a problem with Gmail since yesterday April 13, which was the same day my browser updated to 99.0.1. I'm using a Windows 10 machine.

Gmail is displaying the "Oops… the system encountered a problem (#001)" error message and will not load my inbox. Other websites in Firefox load fine (including other Google apps like Drive and Calendar), and Gmail works fine in other browsers.
