I use the "search bar in toolbar" option of Firefox, and my default search engine for it is set to Google. I also have the "Provide search suggestions" option of Firefox checked. However, it appears the search suggestions presented to me on the Firefox "Google" search bar and the suggestions presented on www.google.com differ. I have set all my language and region settings to English in Google, and accordingly, typing in the search box in google.com lists suggestions in English. And yet the Firefox search bar keeps listing search suggestions in my local language (Turkish) first. I added two screenshots of the same query to depict the problem.

What do I need to make the search suggestions appear in English and not geolocation based?

I downloaded the VPN program and it worked Yesterday. Today the icon and the program have disappeared from my computer. How do I get it back? I've looked in the apps, and attempted to re-download it but nothing works. Please Help, Kathy

Top of Amazon page doesn't load properly after upgrading to 101.0. Nothing else has changed in my setup, all extensions were checked for updates and nothing updated.

Some time within the last day, an extension I use to turn direct image link pages white has stopped working. For context, I use the dark theme provided default by Firefox. I need it for almost all other pages. But when it comes to viewing images, almost all are intended to be viewed on a white background so up till now I used the extension "Image Background Color Picker" to force the page to be white. I never had an issue with this until today.

The extension is still functioning, I can see the lines of code its running on the page using inspect element. It has a feature that creates a checkered background instead of a flat color, which does also work if I turn that on. What I realized is that it seems like suddenly Firefox is using a flat .png as a background image for seemingly no reason? If it worked this way before, it did not interfere with extensions until now. When I disable this through the inspect feature the background underneath is white like intended. This is consistent even if I disable all relevant Add-ons. I've attached image examples of this, with no Add-Ons that should be effecting the page running.

How can I get this to go away? Is there a way to go into Firefox's config and disable it through there? I don't want to have to keep installing more and more Add-ons seeing as Firefox can barely handle the ones I do run. I'm unable to use an ad-blocker to block it because they can't detect the .png on their own, presumably because its a Firefox asset instead of a webpage element? I have no clue. I just want to fix this. I can't use the light theme due to eye strain so for now I'm stuck disabling this .png manually every time I open an image.

I have set up 11 custom devices that max the min and max sizes of bootstrap grid system (xs-min-360w, xs-max-575, etc) to aid me with checking my website on various screen sizes. Is there anyway to export this list or better still to synch them with my Firefox account so I don't lose these settings?

I am using Firefox Developer Edition (101.0b6 (64-bit)) on Ubuntu 20.04.

Can I please know the command to activate the swipe left gesture to go back in a site, please?? Right now it is set to- Browser:BackOrBackDuplicate.

It would be genuinenly helpful if you could tell me the command to activate the back and forward gestures.

I have bookmarked a site on my browser, and I need the bookmark to be stored in two different bookmark folders (I have one folder for working at home and one folder for working at the office). But every time I bookmark it in the second folder, the bookmark disappears from the first folder.

I use google meet a lot. I need to screen my screen very often. i have used other web browsers which let to share a singe tab in the meet, but in firefox, can only get the option for either a window or an entire screen which is very inconvenient. I hope to hear from you soon because i use firefox and its be a shame for me to switch to other web browsers completely for this issue. My email is vijay.rh@gmail.com

Firefox failed, recommended to uninstall and reinstall. Upon attempting uninstall, popup suggested refresh instead, and that all customizations, preferences, and bookmarks, etc. would be saved. That did not happen, All have disappeared or changed. Original shortcut will no longer work. Please help.

I'm trying to update my payment information for a monthly contribution I have been making and I can't find where to go to do that. I tried logging into Mozilla after Googling "Mozilla Contributions" and the links I got were for technical contributions. I have changed my bank so the money I was contributing won't be available from the old bank. I tried to log in with the information I keep in a spreadsheet but it couldn't find my user name and/or my email address. I would like to resume my contribution but I can't find or get into the right place. I am now legally blind, so trying to hunt down something like this is difficult because reading is very difficult with Macular Degeneration. Without some help, I'm going to simply let my donation laps. You need to make it easier to find where to go and better alternatives for logging in problems.

I have lost my tabs after accidentally clicking top right hand cross and now can't all my 30 tabs back, very frustrating! This the one that keeps coming back which is not the page I want.

How do I delete a single bookmark? The instructions in your help file do not work. I click on the blue star in the top right corner, hit "Delete bookmark," but the bookmark does not delete. I have tried shutting down Firefox and restarting after giving the delete command, but no dice. The bookmark seems immortal! Using Mac OS 10.13.6.

For the third time with a broken arm! I set up my home page and tabs for work, banking etc. Last 2 days after I have closed down the night before, all my tabs are gone. I can't spend half a day setting them all up again only to have them, disappear again. Please find my tabs and restore them so I can continue my work.

help needed to stop firefox from cancelling the consent (tick box) for providing my logins and password details automatically when required. the tick keeps being removed from my "Ask to save logins and passwords for websites" when I close firefox. How do I fix it please...

I just let FF update to v101.0, and now every picture or file I try to save fails. Nothing wrong with my connection, I can go to the same URL in Edge, Chrome, and save, but no longer in FF. The download shows, but has a retry symbol next to it, if selected it just fails again. I was literally just saving files before it update, and now every site fails to save.

About two weeks ago, Microsoft sent me a recommendation for using Bing extension. Thinking it was fine, I proceeded as an idiot to install. At the last moment, it stated it will be the homepage or some such thing, So, I hit "cancel". But, no sooner than clicking it, Bing installed itself. But, now when I start Firefox, it opens FOUR separate tabs every single time, including my email home page and Bing related pages, including the one that asks me if I uninstalled by mistake. I can never get rid of these tabs unless I close them one by one every time. I even tried refreshing Firefox by getting rid of all my add-ons. But, even that only worked for about literally 2seconds or less as Firefox restarted without Bing pages and, then, just like virus, all three pages loaded themselves again. I strongly dislike the color theme of my browser. The irredescent pink, orange, blue, etc of icons literally nauseates me and I can't get back to my original color theme. I also have a black screen, instead of the white one I prefer and images appear solarized, rather than natural, even in skyping with family.
