PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR how do I get rid of this error that keeps popping up when I attempt to launch Amazon.com I have never had this happen before..... it just started about a week ago.

I get this error messsage:

<We are unable to complete your request. Our system is currently unavailable.Please try again later.>

when i try to log on to my USAA bank accounts.

Tech support at the bank worked with me for an hour. We changed password, cleared the cache for the bank's apps, restarted Firefox, restarted the computer, all to no avail. I declined to try Google, simply because i don't trust it. Tech support person said another bank customer had had same problem and just changed browsers, which i don't want to do.

Firefox. LinuxMint 21.3 Cinnamon 6.0.4 , Google Mail Compose, Pressing and holding the arrow key moves the cursor one character at a time. Google Chrome works fine.

I recall turning off this garbage at some point. Now it's hardwired without a way to turn it off in Search settings!!

Is there anything I can do to turn it off?

So, I tried to download a video from my YouTube Premium Account. According to the youtube webpage, that video was downloaded to my iMac. My FF 124.0.1 settings are set up to download to the Desktop. I am running Mac OS Sonoma 14.4.1

Yet the file is not there. I tried searching on the Support page for FF. Lots of articles but no real help. Tons of info about how to tweak the download but Nothing about Where that download ended up. I did give Permission in Settings for youtube.com to download to my iMac, but again, I can't find the file. In the Storage section, it shows 37.5 MB, so it should be on my iMac, right?

How is it possible for youtube.com to show that I downloaded the file but I can't find it?

I am totally at a loss. Never had anything like this happen before. Prior downloads have Always shown up on the Desktop.

Any thoughts? Thanks for your time.

Hi!

FIrefox view I think has a lot of potential. Especially with the release of Ai. It could be a fantastic home page type setup.

Currently though, I would like to use it as a tab manager.

Is there a way to access it via keyboard? If not, can it please receive a keybinding? It seems like a very very small thing to add.

I would like to use my browser in a different way.

I have attached images of what slowly occurs when I don't clear my cookies, websites start to slowly and slowly load less and less until they eventually completely break and wont load and I have to clear my cookies, resign into everything. and rinse and repeat every few days or a week, I also attached an image of what the purchase screen is supposed to look like. Hi, I am using Linux Zorin and have updated to a later OS but cannot reinstall my stored files because, "/home/garry/.mozilla/firefox/0czvkt76.default-release/lock". Which has confused me, I have used a Deja Dup backup which uses Duplicity files as per the Zorin programme. Duplicate files are stored in a WD ext hard drive. What can I do to recover my files pls? This URL below will return a XML file in Edge/chrome but not in Firefox. I use Joomla as a CMS and it's extensions to display a RSS feed worked fine in both browsers until a couple of months ago. I've tried with a vanilla Mozilla/FF with all extensions disabled but still will not return the XML file

The Amazon.co.uk search plugin was working but now its not and when i try to click "add search engine" a box pops up with

another post suggested checking the about:config browser.search.region mine says "GB" which would be correct for .co.uk

All other search plugins work fine. Any suggestions?

I am having issues with Firefox crashing at various times though out the day. It always starts out fine, but at some point it just stops responding and I have to close the browser and reopen it. This happens at least once a day and it does it on different units (my LG Laptop, Dell Desktops (2 different units-1 at work and 1 at home), Surface Pro 9, my Dell laptop), so I know it is not the unit, it is something in Firefox! My Dell laptop runs Windows 10, all the others run Windows 11. Please look into this and provide a patch. Thank you!
