We had to update Windows 11 on this laptop.

Gmail.com loads as https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/ and is blank.

Please let us know how to resolve this. We need to access numerous Gmail accounts and cannot do anything with them currently.

Firefox will not download anything from any website. Any time I try to access pdf, jpeg or what ever all I get is "download failed". I always need to resort to Edge to get it, ready to be done with Firefox. Any suggestions for someone who is only mildly technical? I have tried opening in Firefox and Adobe, tried saving instead, nothing works

I want to add a custom Google search but there is no obvious way to do this. Firefox for Android will just let you enter the search URL and name it. Chrome also allows this.

On over half of all websites I've visited today have came back with the error "OCSP response is not yet valid" including one of Mozilla's own sites (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/) and they work fine in chrome so it's not the sites.

Since the last update, I can't scroll with up down arrows on laptop. Either is doesn't work at all or brings you to the bottom of the page. This happens on any website.

In Firefox loading the browser I can't scroll on many pages including my email program Private Email and my website. The right scroll bar doesn't show nor does the top of the page. I have cleared the cache, cookies and uninstalled Firefox and I still have the problem.

I have the right scroll bar in Chrome but not in Firefox. What's up? How do I fix it?

Some of the pages on Amazon.com now load the images and text in different places than normal and some are only partial pages. Anyone know how to fix it?

websites on Firefox think that I am in Austria. I am in Ayer, Ma and only read Vienna News at times. Amazon and other sites (pop-ups) think that I will pay in euros and read ads in german. How can I correct this?

I receive this error message for several sites that I know are secure (i.e., dvd.netflix.com): "The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified." How do I override this?

I want to enlarge the font in the menu bar WITHOUT enlarging/zooming all web content - JUST the menu bar. And I want to make the bookmark dropdown list single spaced with no padding. Can't find any solution to these issues.

Hi, I am using firefox browser to show some data on screen. The page include several ajax parts which are refreshing latest data every 5 seconds. I fond that the cache2/entries folder will generate one new file per request. Each file is not large but the amount is huge after I open the page for days. It finally crushed my Linux by following error"a start job is running for Create Volatile Files and Directories". Is there any configuration options can diable output cache to this folder? Any solution to limit the max number of cache files or to remove the cached files while keep Firefox opening? Thanks in advanced!

I have Win 11 pro, Computer is new.

I believe after installing a windows update this week KB5018427, There is no sound on Firefox. (was working fine before).

Other browser like Chrome and Opera are fine.

I have cleared cache, reset firefox and the usual troubleshooting (including if the tab is on mute).

All sound drivers are up to date.

Can anyone help?

I am trying to transition myself from Chrome to Firefox. Printing a current page using chrome, all one has to do is "right click" your mouse (that is on the desktop page) and choose "print". How do I print the current page using Firefox? Please advise, Bruce Sabatini
