Hi, I recently moved to a new country & bought a new laptop. I singed out of my ffirefox account from my previous device. I installed firefox in the new device and signed in with my old email id, but I couldnt find any of my previous history,bookmarks or passwords saved.

Please help me retain my info.

When I try to access the Kelley Blue Book site (WWW.kbb.com) I get the following message:

Hello, I closed Firefox program as ussualy with my tabs opened and ofc auto reopen closed tabs on. But after I opened Firefox, there was only one tab from Firefox talking about some great new updates.. Anyways can I get back my opened tabs?

I am visually impaired and would really appreciate help many thanks. On my firefox toolbar i have a bookmarks menu icon and when i click on it all my bookmarks appear and i want to change them all to bold font and need help on how to do that thanks?

I can no longer stay logged into websites even if the "Remember Me" box is checked. The problem is intermittent. For a few hours everything works OK and then I am logged out of all websites at once. This problem started right after a Windows 11 update. I talked to Microsoft Support and they had no solution. I rolled the OS back to before the problem started and it is still occurring. Firefox Version 110.0. I have set up and logged into some of the sites using Edge to see if it is a Windows problem or only Firefox. It's getting really frustrating.

I am having an issue with loading my website (https://www.rocketmodapk.com ) on the Mozilla Firefox browser. Whenever I try to access the website, I get an error message saying “the connection was reset”. I have tried multiple different browsers, but the same issue happens with Firefox.

I have made sure that I have the latest version of Firefox installed, and that all my plugins are up to date. I have also cleared my browser's cache and cookies, but the issue is still occurring.

I would really appreciate any help in resolving this issue.

While I was trying to sync the Firefox logins saved into my Firefox account to my a new iPhone Firefox installation:

1. I've noticed the logins contained the URLs only (i.e. - the account and password were empty)
2. then I logged out from the firefox sync
3. removed all the local logins (they were not containing any credentials) - while sync was not configured anymore
4. Logged back in with sync, but this time while the almost all the logins got wiped out from my firefox account, including from the logged in and working devices.

Is it possible to restore these logins? This happened few weeks ago and the firefox versions were:

• windows 109
• iOS - latest version as of around two weeks ago as the firefox was getting installed from the Apple AppStore.

Hello, I have a problem, where many bookmarks from my old device are synchronized to my current Firefox browsers (on PCs) even when old device is removed months ago. What worse, when sync is performed, it duplicates tabs, now in "Bookmarks menu" I have albost 2000 bookmarks what are duplicates od ~20/30 ofer month. If Firefox do sync now on 2nd PC, I will get again 2000 and plus something bookmarks. Deleting it gives nothing. It comes back again and again. Normal Bookmarks tabalso gets old tabs and duplicates.

I had a computer that over night died and the store said it would be better just to buy a new tower. I have an external drive and can access my old hard drive. My Administrator copied the Mozilla file from power tools for me but I don't know how to import the bookmarks or even on where to access them. Please help!!!

So I accidentally imported data from Chrome, which I had forgotten was signed in on my girlfriend's account. It has imported all of her histories, saved passwords and logins (hundreds) and bookmarks.

I did not previously have firefox sync, or any form of back up (lesson learnt) of my own saved data on the browser.

Is there any way of undoing the import without having to go through and manually delete everything?

After the recent update the scrolling function withe the help of mouse wheel is not working. what kind of an update is this? please fix this issue as soon as possible. thanks

I dont know how to explain so good in English, but at the update, I have many problem. We here in Denmark use something call mitid, this dont work. And when I want start side (google) stay white, it start up dark. I know how to do, but now I cant any more, there are other side, I have problem like that too.. I will be sad if I have to start use other, as Firefox. Will to problems get fixst or ??

I had signed into my account at micosoft.com/family/safety setting to disable parental controls, that i had set by mistake, as no one under age uses the computer. Plus I was refused to use Firefox as my browser. Following the web site instruction I was unable to disable family setting and return to Firefox, had to use microsoftedge instead. microsoft.com help system suggested "Just Answers.com" which I contacted they said they could solve the problem but had to pay $2.00 fee which was refundable after solving the problem, so I gave them my credit card info (my mistake) then after the fix instructions were sent, I was informed I had a membership with Just Answers.com for $79 CA and would be renewed montly at that price. I then cancelled sucessfully this membership but still had to pay $79 for a $2.00 answer.
