I tried to download a copy of my personal website, Firefox says it has an invalid certificate because https was personally added. Website is with Bowker Identifiers. No problem opening at Bowker. Firefox would accept no form of the URL as being valid.

So then I signed into Mozilla to complain using my gmail account. It appears it is assumed I am opening a new Mozilla account because when I went to add a second email address for security purposes, it says the account already exists - it does! That was the account I accessed using Google to sign in!

Now I will not renew my authorhomepage website because if I cannot access it from my own account with Firefox, who can? Who accesses it regardless of the browser they are using? Very annoying because I will have lost a lot. Can you close out a user from accessing their own online stuff? Do I now have two Firefox account because I updated information?

Hello. I experience a problem that occurred 2 days ago. Firefox seems to ignore my preferences of opening previous windows and tabs, also it ignores pinned tabs. Some of websites disappear from the history (let's say i opened few windows to check if tabs will be saved by firefox, closed browser, opened it after few minutes: tabs are gone, history has only few of websites that were open. I tried to look for the problem by myself but failed. I will be grateful for your reply, thank you in advance.

Hello everyone, My browser opens with two small pop-ups that pops and closes immediately right before the actual firefox window shows up. I have noticed that some time ago and I'm pretty sure this wasn't happening before. I didn't do any updates or add on's (firefox or windows). What could be causing this? Could it be a virus infections? Windows Defender scanner doesn't find any threats. Thanks for any tips and help.

Hello! I have two FB accounts, one business and one personal. Since they started their new login procedure (trying to get access to your other devices), I can only log into my personal account on FF, because FB gives me other options besides logging in on another device, but on my business account, it doesn't. I work on my computer and refuse to give FB access to my phone because of all the annoying spam and notifications, and because I don't trust them.

I can only login to my business account on Chrome, and I don't trust it either. Is there a setting I need to change on FF to be allowed into this other account?

I've just recently switched over to Firefox with Manifest V4's blocking of ad blockers, and made an account here to sync between devices. I somehow mistyped my age during the account creation, though, and put in "13" instead of what I meant to. Will this affect any of my searching, and if so, is there a way to change it?

I am currently experiencing a technical issue with the Firefox browser that is impacting our workflow. After accessing a specific URL, we encounter a problematic page that we're unable to bypass. This is reminiscent of a past issue that was resolved by modifying certain configurations in Firefox's about:config page. Unfortunately, the previous fix is not effective this time. I have attached the error page with this ticket.

Can anyone tell how I can bypass this page?

All of my inbox e-mail have disappeared and when I go to "view", then click on "sort by" I notice my "received" link is disabled. Can someone please tell me what is going on here?

Greetings. I recently upgraded to Windows 11 and started using Firefox again. In order to be more secure and private I am reviewing all of my settings everywhere. I am concerned that the security certificates that are currently in my Firefox are safe, secure and current. I know the internet is worldwide and bad actors can from any country but when I see them from certain countries that does concern me. Is there a way to verify the certificates are good? Is there an harm in deleting certificates? Is there any suggestions of what countries, websites to stay away from concerning certificates? If the validity is expired should I delete it? I have a very annoying issue.

I am on the Firefox ESR version which is deployed via Intune. I am on the latest 115.9.0 and on Windows 11 22H2

After a certain period of time (never took note of it sadly) tabs start crashing and keep crashing. The only way to fix this issue is to terminate firefox via task manager and relaunch.

What is the best way to start investigating this and try to understand what is causing the tab crashes.

Is there a way to set the default view and sorting for file upload folder?

The default for me is, detailed view and sorted by date.

I wanted to change it to large icon and sort by name, so it's easier to upload images. but I have to change the setting for every individual folder, is there a way to just set it as default?

(Il n,y avait pas le separateur <autres marques pages>) Avant l'essai de reorganization, <autres marques pages> contenait la plupart des fiches, les marques pages normales (bouton >>je presume) contenait seulement une demi douzaine choisis au hazard. Apres l'installation des dossiers, <autres marque pages> contient seulement les dossiers, bouton >> toutes les fiches. Il est impossible de transferer de bouton >> jusqu'a <autres marque pages>, afin d'incluire les fiches dans un dossier.

I am trying to organize my bookmarks. 1)I press the delete button, the page comes back next time I open the computer 2)I create a file folder. In previous versions of Firefox ,there was no separator between bookmarks (button>> I assume) and <other bookmarks>, and one could transfer a file into a folder using control and the arrow. Before I tried to organize the bookmarks, <other bookmarks>for some reason contained nearly all my files, the button >> only a few chosen at hazard. Having created file folders, <other bookmarks> contains the folders, button >> all the files. It is impossible to transfer from button>> into the folders in <other bookmarks>.

I want to visit a unsecured web site (camping site). I notice these mom and pop websites are unsecured. How do I visit it. I'm a big boy and dint like to be told where i can visit. However, I don't mind a warning.
