Just recently when logged onto Hotcopper.com.au have been getting a message that reads "This page is slowing Firefox down. To speed up this browser, stop this page." There is a STOP button, that helps for a moment or two only. When I open the program with MS Edge, the problem does nor occur. I was going to remove the Firefox App but saw the repair option. Repairing did not stop the problem. Any suggestions? John I have a near new Acer laptop running Win 11.

I take guitar lessons on line and the audio for the lessons has suddenly defaulted to muted and I can't unmute it even with repeated attempts. The speaker icon is x-d out. I've rebooted, gone out and back in to the site and tried it on another browser where it worked fine. Firefox is my preferred. What can I do?

I use the est edition of firefox 115.15.0 64bit and after the last update i can't change resolution to any youtube video. Why is that happening and how i can fix it?

Using Firefox I cannot read my Messages on e-bay. I can only see the sender of the message and the first two or three words, but cannot open the message. However if I switch to a different browser I am able to read the complete, full message. Can you locate the problem for me?

Firefox is broken. Submit buttons are not working, & recaptcha doesn't work on some sites. All is well with other browsers.

I thought I had solved this by adding the website to the "safe" list - I really cannot say how frustrating this is if I am being locked out of even safe sites. - This is a browser issue (I'm not that naive).

There is no real response from Moacilla(Firefox) here apart from throwing the Rulebbok at me and saying "Read!". I can only do so much Tune ups" and shut downs and ensure drives are functional. Please advise on the Browser Cache situation, rspecially as BBC iPlayer is added to the "Safe List" and yet still throws up the 400 Bad Gateway error message - an early reply would be useful.

I tried setting every setting to English my region to Canada the browser opens in Turkish with a translate to English box. I go to a website and they are all in Turkish. How can I fix this???

Hi I am becoming extremely exasperated with your system. It always updates when I am in the middle of something important which then means the pc is so slow its nearly impossible to use. I have already added extra memory, so what else can I do to prevent this interuption? Thanks
