Coming from Chrome for a very long time to firefox I am used to clicking an embedded audio opening a new tab with a "playthrough" feature. When I have tried this with Firefox it automatically downloads or skips this preview capability.

Just enquiring if anyone else is experiencing problems upload things through Firefox Nightly. I first noticed it around a week ago. I was using ChatGPT and uploading images, drag and drop, and I could get one or two to work, after that, the uploading buffer wheel would freeze. Completley clearing the cache would fox the issue, but it would reappear after one or two uploads again. Same issue, uploading to Grok. Today I tried uploading a couple of images to the The Movie Database, and again, same issue. If I switch to Chrome, no problems. If I use Edge, No problems. Funnily enough, when the issue presented today and I tried to post here, I got locked on the Fastly Client Challenge and had to use Chrome to post here. (I don't know if thats related, but squirrely either way) I have reported the issue on Bugzilla, but just wanted to know if anyone else has this issue. Thanks in Advance. Oz.

Firefox is my browser, but I also have Windows Office 365. Every time I open my my gmail account or anything else I have to reset Firefox as my browser. Windows keeps trying to change my browser. I use and have many documents on Office 365 so I don't want to delete it. How can I stop that from happening. I can't disable the Microsoft browser.

When using the official Firefox AI sidebar integration configured with Gemini, the user authentication status is not persistently maintained. Every time the sidebar is minimized/closed, or when switching within the sidebar interface (such as clicking away to view Chat History and returning), the session state is destroyed. The sidebar immediately defaults back to a generic splash page prompting the user to "Sign In" again, effectively breaking the seamless chat experience.

Firefox is not browsing on my laptop...to be fair neither is Microsoft edge so I'm not blaming Firefox but it's happened during the day totally out of the blue. I am linked to the internet but no pages will load. The firewall says Firefox is allowed through. I can't run troubleshooting because I can't link to the internet! Very annoying.

Is there another way to reopen my recently closed tabs which happened yesterday. When I hit the HISTORY button, the arrow I tried to open ( 'recently closed tabs' ) was not accessible (grey). Or did I accidentally hit a wrong button without noticing it, and how can I reverse it if I did? Thanks in advance.

After updating Firefox to a newer version, some websites that previously worked on the older version started displaying **"Page Not Secure"** and **"Page Expired"** errors, preventing them from loading correctly.

Please help, it looks like my passwords are not synced anymore on any Mozilla I use. I sue a Mozilla portable at home and a classic desktop on my office. The synchronyzation works for bookmarks, browse history and download history but not a single password is imported on my sessions ! My files are present : see screenshot01 so my passwords are here. High contrast setting only support 2 colors(unvisited links and visited links) as a consequence it does not support radio buttons(switches that move to left and right to turn on features). the buttons are invisible and waste hours of the users time.

The AI overviews that I am used to seeing at the top when I ask a question have disappeared. I think it has something to do with the AI controls but I can't figure out how to turn that option back on in Windows 10 Firefox. The only video I found refers to Windows 11 and the screens don't match. Is this feature still available and if so how do I enable it?

For some reason the program has stopped saving my passwords, all of my bookmarks are still listed but they are disabled. No autofill. When I manually put in a username and password the program drop down asks me if I want to save it, I reply yes, but it doesn't happen.

When using a tab inside a collapsed tab group, if "open link in new tab" option is used, the tab group expands unprompted. As a result I have to keep collapsing the tab group again and again and again, slowing down the browsing experience. Is there a fix for it?

Encountered it after the last update. When opening a new tab with a video on YouTube, a message appears that "Adblock plus" and "malwarebytes guard" slow down the browser, while the tab freezes, and even after closing it, it is impossible to open a new tab with a video (empty tabs open). Restarting the browser does not help, only restarting the computer. At the same time, I want to note that I am in Russia, where YouTube is launched only when VPN and similar means of circumventing locks are enabled (I use zapret).
