I have the latest version of Firefox on my Mac with macOS Tahoe latest version.

I open a new Firefox web page, all is OK BUT suddenly without my interaction it “zooms” to an unusable size.

I tried to reload but, this makes no difference. The only solution is to open a new Firefox web page.

I went to the community support page and typed in the problem.

I then tried “Share Data” > this opened a new page.

I then discovered that my input on… https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/firefox/form ...had been erased. I had to start again.

Firefox is generally my favourite secure browser, but this issue needs to be fixed.

I am in a situation where I am a student at the university of Gothenburg. At the university the students have their own spaces at a cyberspace cloud storage facility. The place is called Canvas. In Canvas the students subject are lined up and information about each subject is also stored and other features about the students education. The place is only about university information and education. Yesterday, I tried to log in to my account into Canvas at the university of gothenburg, at Handelshögskolan on my computer. It was not a success. I tried to use the regular webbrowser for Apple, Safari, but it was not a problem there and I was able to login. I was also able to login to my account on my cellphone, which is logged in via an application downloaded from Appstore.

I do not wish to use Safari because it is not purposeful in the usage in the direction via education that i am looking to achieve.

How can you help me solve this please?

For the last two days, I have been ubable to access settings (X,). When I click the settings cog in th toolbar, thr toolbar grays out. I have also tried to access settings using the Hamburger Menu, clicking on settings, with the same result. I have clicked on Firefox in the menu tab, same result.

I have closed and restarted Firefox, with the same result.

Additionally, I can only close Firefox by force quitting. I don't know if the two are connected.

Hi, I've been trying to access academic articles through my university library online database. My browser often directs the shibboleth authentication to the sign-in page of my previous university, not to my current ones. An example is provided below: the first link gets automatically changed to the send one. How can I stop the browser from doing this, so that I can log in through my current university account? Dear Mozilla,

First of all I love the browser. 2nd I am trying to enable this setting "Secure Firefox passwords with device sign-in" for my Mac Os fleet.

I need to do this with the hepl of a phlist which i will upload on our MDM and that will be pushed to the Firefox browser.

I am writing to you because after many tries I could not find out wich settings on about:config directly implies this one. So i would kindly ask for some direction.

I haven't been able to find a keyboard shortcut for switching between FF windows. I'm using MacOS Tahoe. Is this in development, or is it there and I just haven't been able to find it.

Attempting to follow any number of Ubuntu 24 HOWTOs to connect the Firefox I installed from the ZorinOS App Store to the smart card reader and they are all failing miserably so far.

I've tried a few other pkcs11.so's on other paths and FireFox just immediately crashes. This one it at least says it can't add it. The module is owned by root and has 644 permissions so I think it should be readable. Brave Browser is working well with cert auth via CAC and I already have the machine fully set up with logging in via CAC, locking screen automatically when CAC is removed, etc etc so I know that at a base level the CAC is working well. Just can't seem to find the proper link glue.

This is NOT the snap version of Firefox either, I am pretty sure. sudo snap firefox commands say firefox isn't installed.

There’s no information on how to sign out of the AI bot itself. For example, if you use Copilot and sign in, then realize you used the wrong Copilot account, there’s no clear way to sign out and log in with a different account.

I have a Mac with Sequoia update but my Mac is not good with memory so when I have a new install version it will probably crash my Mac. How might I stop automatic installation by Firefox?

Several times today I have had messages not sent because of this error message: "Did Not Connect: Potential Security Issue". I am sending political messages and am concerned that Mozilla is blocking me. I have sent hundreds of similar messages over the years with no problem.

the theme i chose for firefox ("clear") is no longer here when i quit and reopen the next day - then it's "eye friendly" (brand new mac / tahoe) - i probably do something wrong but dont know what… thank you if you may help
