Whenever I exit an opened image or post in linkedin and ig, my mouse highlights all elements until I click again. This happens on both my desktop and macbook. Never had this issue on chrome.

I have 40MPS dsl. My download speed significantly reduced (17-20MPS) with the latest 110.0.1 version. I traced the problem over the last week to Firefox. I thought I resolved it by deleting one of my 3 add-ons. Speed significantly increase after that. The next morning, it was slow again. I hibernate my computer over night. I closed Firefox and it speeded back up. I re-opened Firefox and the speed remains high so far, but 3-4 MPS slower than with Firefox closed. I do notice that Firefox is a very large memory hog. I also have a newer (6 months) laptop running Win11.

Please let me know if I am receiving scam emails. Next need is : I do not know how to do the needed details to verify me question, your suggestions provide more questions because I do not know if I am being sent to where my identity can be captured by the scammers. Than you in advance Lloyd

After I restart my computer and I open firefox, then fullscreen a youtube video there is always a transparent thick line around the top and left edge of the screen which shows whatever is behind it (e.g. my wallpaper). If I go out of fullscreen and back into it, then it's fixed but I have to do this every time I start firefox.

I've been using Firefox for many years and I love it.

After Firefox 110 update came out, I can't fully use it. When computer resumes from hibernation, it happens to freeze sometimes when I have many tabs open. And it doesn't unfreeze, I have to close it by ending its task. It gives no crash report too.

I've tried removing extensions, reinstalling the Firefox. Nothing helped.

I'm using Ryzen 4500U APU, with Windows 11 and all its security features enabled.

When watching youtube or even doing a little task with only one tab the cpu usage from a specific firefox process goes upto 90%. And I have did everything that was given in the following troubleshoot method "https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-uses-too-much-memory-or-cpu-resources" but still the same result. I tried with troubleshoot mode on with disabling all extensions but the cpu usage was still high. I have also checked with firefox's own task manager tool but there wasn't a single process that was using full cpu. I'll be attaching all screenshots below.

I finally called Social Security after months of not being able to access my account on their website. The answer was, "It's your browser." Sure enough, when I (shudder) loaded Bing, I got signed right in. What are we doing that this government website doesn't like ... is there a Firefox workaround? Thank you!

‘Intuit Mint (and TurboTax) stopped working on my Firefox 3.10.23. Mint log in returns the endless blue circle but doesn't time out after four minutes. No error message, no crash. Same desktop: Mint signs in fine when using Edge browser.’ Cleared Firefox Cache, cookies, etc; makes no difference for Firefox, my browser of choice. Any suggestions?

I've seen this question asked in other ways but the answer never seems to be a solution to my issue. I just bought a new computer, Windows 11. I downloaded Firefox, I have the menu bar active at the top of the Firefox browser so I'm seeing, FILE EDIT HISTORY BOOKMARKS TOOLS HELP. If I bookmark a webpage, in the past I was always able to left click on BOOKMARKS and a drop down list of all my bookmarks would appear. Now, that is not happening. THIS IS THE REASON I USE FIREFOX! Chrome and Edge both make it a pain in the neck to access bookmarks. I want this ability back, why aren't my bookmarks showing up when I left click on bookmarks like it always has?

This problem has recently emerged. On some site, when I open a side screen (e.g. select a particular flight on expedia) the scroll bar on the screen that shows up isn't accessible. That means I can't get to the bottom of that screen to continue making a selection. There are two scroll bars on the right side. One controls that page in back and works fine. I think the other (which is much fainter and thinner) is supposed to control the side screen, abut can't be accessed. Is this some sort of a setting issue that I can adjust?

started a week ago-attaching audio &/or pdf files in yahoo email they are marked as draft when they are not and can not send. When i switch to Chrome browser & attach to my yahoo email NO problem.

Have search the web & all settings in Firefox browser but still no answer to this problem

He is using Firefox 110.0.1 on a MacOS 12.6.3 and is not using VPN or any other security software. There are other individuals in Germany who are experiencing the same problem. Unfortunately, neither myself nor the individuals at the SailThru page are able to replicate his issue.

He successfully filled out the form using Edge on Windows 10 and Chrome on macOS and it worked fine for him. Is there a patch available for this kind of issue?

At first we thought it was a reCAPTCHA issue, but SailThru entails invisible reCAPCHA meaning that the majority of users don't actually see the pop-up window which requires them to interact. This is expected behavior, and it's not possible to configure the interaction pop-up to show for every user. So it not reCAPTCHA at fault, but something we think on the Firefox end. Please provide any feedback you think necessary to fix this issue for users in Germany. Thank you!

bold textLinux Instance runnning in AWS locks up with firefox version higher than 78. Cyberark does use Xming aplication brokering. I logon to linux instance and type firefox and the page will lockup and I can't type anything in the browser. I have tried different options listed under your support page and ran many search related X11 slowness with firefox and nothing fixes the issue. Is there a bug with a specific version of Xming when using firefox? I have tried shutting down any McAfee services and the following options. Uncheck hardware acceleration about:config gfx.webrender.all set to true, browser.session.restore_on_demand to false, browser.session.restore_tabs_lazily to false and the browser does not lock, but once enter the web page it locks up.

Example when I use Red Hat Satellite , it locks up and had to kill the firefox process . When I add the options above I can get into the web page like satellite, logon etc. but then it locks. I need fire fox to work on a cloud instance that does use Xming since that is what CyberArk has. The python script that use gui doesn't work.

I have lately been unable to sign in on the Bing.com website. There was never any issues till about 4 days ago with it.

Everytime I click signin. It just refreshses the page and nothing has happened.

I did install this firefox extension that lets me use Bing Chat on Firefox browser. It's a legit extension as far as I can tell, and hasn't loaded anything malicious in my browser.

Hopefully you can spread some light on this, or perhaps others have experienced something similar in the past?

In this latest update (Firefox 111.0 for windows) the notifications are different and compared to the previous versions. I preferred Firefox over Chromium browsers because of the fact that previous firefox notifications were simple, instant and multiple notifications from the same source could stack one over the other. It's important for my work. I'm obliged to revert back the previous persion due to this change, the notifications now show up as windows toast in the 111 version, and don't stack one over the other.

I've added example of previous notifications and the current one. 2 notifications at a time but they aren't stacking in the new version.
