Hi!

I am getting messages that I am blocking ads for many of my internet requests. I had never received these before but all of a sudden I started to get them. I have tried a number of things but nothing works.

I am running Windows 11 and do not have any Ad blockers.

I use Mozilla Firefox browser on my work laptop, and have it Sync'd to my iphone. Yesterday my sister opened Firefox, logged me out, and logged herself in, to access some things. But instead of closing my profile (bookmarks, saved PWs, etc.) it MERGED hers with mine. Now, on our laptops and phones, we see each others bookmarks, saved PWs, etc. How can I unmerge them? Pls help!

Generally the video source either YT or twitch should only play/resume when that tab is in focus. however since the latest update its being doing it even when firefox is not focused and I am working on something else.

I log into my bank account. I can see and control my checking and savings pages normally. When I click on my credit card page all I get is a blank page with the message "Working on it" it worked fine but opened a little slow prior to 127.01 or 127.0. I'm not sure which version it started failing in. However, it all works fine in Brave as does YouTube. I don't want to switch browsers or have multiple browsers and I would prefer one that doesn't depend on Google but I also need to be able to depend on it. I am running win 11 on my new computer but my old computer and laptop are win 10 with Firefox 127.02 and my bank account sight works fine. The only problem is the YouTube problem and that's across all of my computers.

I was in the middle of watching the Phillies and the Braves play on Apple TV+ 7/5/24. While watching the game, the screen flashed a message I couldn't catch and that was the end of viewing Apple TV+. From that moment on all that was displayed was the original promotional page (attached) that seemed to have all it's links disabled. After playing with it for awhile with no success I switched to Chrome and the streaming ran okay. I then reinstalled a clean Firefox but I still have the same issue. A dead Apple TV+. I am baffled by this. Need help. Please see attachment. I am running Windows 11

Whenever I have Firefox open with certain games, the browser randomly freezes and ultimately crashes. But especially when I have videos running. The game itself does not crash and runs completely fine with no issues.

I have no idea what causes it, and I used to not have this issue at all before. However, I believe it was after I upgraded my computer, which should have no issues with the specs I have.

Toggling the left Shift key opens and closes the bookmarks tab on the left side of screen. Its very annoying when wanting typing capitals. Also the left Alt button opens the media player. Both these started doing so by themselves. The right buttons of these keys operate as normal. How to turn these off.

When Firefox opens up the address is typed in at top left in small print. The center bar is there, open, but if you click on it, while the cursor blinks, when you type in an address nothing appears as it does with Google Chrome which we have replaced with Firefox. My wife finds the top left print too small and wants me to go back to Google Chrome where she can read what she has entered. I cannot find anything, anywhere which will allow her to do this. We use Thunderbird and have made a few donations over the years. Hope you can help.

I have turned on the "Show a touch keyboard when necessary" option, but in my tests, all software and browsers (Chrome, edge, Steam, etc.) are able to call up the touch keyboard properly, except Firefox

I see this is a known bug but this bookmark sidebar has suddenly started to appear on my desktop when ever I open Firefox and there seems to be no understandable method to turn it off although there are several arcane techniques that require me to go to weird places and change the names of files. No indication of what the unintended consequences of that might be. Is this something you can fix? Will the next update. This is really frustrating. Help please. So to be sure, I do not consider the challenge of getting into the pants of a program to fix a bug to be fun, exciting, interesting, etc. This is a tool and my browser is acting up. That is a pain in the butt not an adventure.

I imported my bookmarks through an html backup but I dont see them on the bookmarks bar and when I sync my chrome browser data everything is all screwed up How can I import my chrome data minus bookmarks

I can't recover my bookmarks. I've used both available sites and it still isn't working. "Unable to process the backup file." And when I try to recover the HTML using the converter, it says; "JSON.parse: unexpected end of data at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data".

I don't know why or if it's related to Firefox, but For the last couple of weeks after logging into Instagram or Facebook or Disney+ or Paramount+ or X I get an email from them that says I logged in from a device I don't usually use. I have had the same device for several years. Getting those emails is annoying and also concerning. Can I fix this somehow? FYI I use Duck Duck Go via Firefox for my internet searches.

Whenever I log into my amazon account, a windows prompt pops up telling me to use "windows hello passkeys" so I can log into the website using my windows pin/fingerprint. I cannot find a way to stop this from popping up, and I do not want to be bothered by it. Is there a way to prevent this from showing? I can't find any solution online

I am not computer savy and I have tried every way I know to get to the following web site. Please help me. I put it in and it just says not logged in. I have tried changing passwords and that does not matter.
