After opening my History and clicking on Clear recent history the Authy app will no longer open, thus I cannot access the crypto exchanges that are set up with Authy authentication. Previously I had cleared recent history several times without any problems.

How can I restore the Twillo Authy app?

Since yesterday, I have not been able to reply to any whatsapp chat on Firefox with an emoji. When I click on the one I want to use nothing happens. All worked fine until Saturday morning, just wondering if anyone alse had this issue?

It's happened on 3 different computers, so it must be a Firefox or whatsapp issue.

I have not had any problems printing PDFs from Firefox until changing last week to Win 11 and Firefox 110. Now there is a pause of nearly half a minute between each sheet when printing multi-page PDF files. This is not a problem with the URLs (the files are local), and not a general printer problem since the same files print fine with Adobe Reader. I'm not sure what has changed (size of some cache?), but any way of going back to the previous smooth printing would be very much appreciated.

I'm having a problem with the Google Calendar website. For a few days, during normal use, the website has stopped loading. Only certain parts are shown and the loading bar goes on and on.

I've already tried clearing the cache etc. On Chrome and other browsers the site works as usual. Can you help me?

hello guys.i would like you to explain to me in simple words because i am no programmer how to make push clicks notifications to stay on forever in firefox just like the other browsers i use like opera or chrome, and not dissappear after a few seconds(after they appear in the down right screen section).thank you.is there a key i must push in my keyboard to make them reappear?i mean the ones i lost?

For some days, hyperlinks in documents in apps in the MS Office 365, don't open in Firefox anymore. My company is using the Office 365 environment. I have defined Firefox as my default browser. But when clicking on hyperlinks in word, or in a email, I get an error message saying that "Your organization's policies are preventing us from completing this action for you. For more info, please contact your help desk." My help desk defined Edge :( as default, and it seems to work. He said Microsoft has released a new version (of office or Edge?) that prevents other browsers to open links. Is this correct? Will Firefox catch up and become able to open links from Office 365 again soon?

Issue: I used to have whatsapp desktop installed and have uninstalled it recently as I no longer need it.

However, the whatsapp API called in Firefox browser keeps prompting this: "Allow this site to open whatsapp link with whatsapp?"

I have tried 1) Clear All History > Time to clear range: 'Everything' > Check all available check boxes > Click OK 2) Refreshing Firefox 3) Uninstall Firefox and installing it again

But the issue still persist after the above 3 steps.

Kindly advise on how can I prevent the prompt of the whatsapp API in Firefox browser.

Firefox automatically redirects to mobile mode. For example, www.youtube.com = m.youtube com. Microsoft Edge doesn't do that, it's fine. In mobile mode, there is no menu to switch to PC mode (YouTube menu). Firefox broken. Now I use Microsoft Edge because it works fine.

Hi, I can see this wired device on my Router UI and I have the IP. it is a Raspberry Pi 4 unit. I cannot however connect to it via Firefox searchbar on my PC or Mac. Please help.

Hi My PC running Windows 10 just installed Windows update KB5022834. On restarting the PC I have been unable to run Firefox, clicking the desktop icon, or even choosing run as Administrator does not help. I even downloaded the latest installer from Mozilla website. I ran the installer which appeared to be doing it's thing. Then it just went away and nothing happened. I have uninstalled that update which has fixed the problem. But I suppose it will happen again when Windows runs next update. How can I stop this update from ever installing? Will my PC be more vulnerable if this update is not able to be applied? Thank you.

Hi Guys. Hoping someone can help me....pc crashed after i installed more ram...so re started pc and noticed ive lost my passwords.Ive previously never used the sync/sign in...so can anyone help me retrieve my passwords please.

Yahoo email will not fully load and does not function in primary window as of the last 2 days. If I open Yahoo in the Private Browsing Window it works just fine. Not problematic in other browsers. Does not change with a restart. Thought you should know what's happening on my end. This also happened a few months ago but an update fixed it. Thanks for your attention. have a great day!!

Hi, I am trying to convert from MS Edge to Firefox as my main browser and I am having two problems.

Firefox will not import Favorites from Edge to Bookmarks in Firefox. I have tried several times using the Manage Bookmarks dialog box and then Import and Backup. Each time I have checked the Edge and Favorites import boxes and the next dialog box says favorites are imported but all that imports are the favorites from the Favorites Bar from Edge. When I click on the Show your Bookmarks (Star with Bracket underneath) there is no indication, except for the favorites from the Favorites Bar in Edge that any bookmarks have been imported from Edge. Please advise what I need to do to get these bookmarks imported from Edge to Firefox.

The other problem is when I bring up the login screen from my bank, the field for the password will not let me put the cursor in the box, therefore I cannot logon to my bank. When I bring up my bank logon page on Edge, there is no problem putting my password into the password field. The field is not grayed out in Firefox but it will not let me access this field with the cursor.

Please advise so I can fully transfer my browser over from Edge to Firefox. I am computer literate so I have followed all instructions. Thanks, Gary

How to fix this? It is a legitimate link and works on my android phone but, is a problem on my laptop with Firefox.

Also, why does Firefox say I have windows 8 when I have 10?
