Hi Guys thank you for your time and effort that you voluntary offer to support Mozilla Firefox. I have been a lifelong user of Firefox. I have during this process lost 4 x laptops (over a span of 20 years) - reformatted the current one twice. My mistake - I neglected to backup Firefox.

I cannot and do remember what my primary Firefox account was. Their are bookmarks and saved passwords on it that I desperately need. Can you please help what what to do?

I have subscribed to new a [edited] @gmail.com primary account to to use Firefox again. I help with serial numbers, brand of the laptops that I have used in the past.

I have received an email from FireFox my account has been breached. Recommends I change my password. if I change it, will it eliminate ALL of my saved passwords for other sites? That would be a huge problem since I have so many, and a lot are for medical offices. How would I change my password? Please be very patient with me - and send very detailed instructions since I am not technology savvy. Thank you in advance for your reply.

When we select one of the context menu to copy the Image URL, for example, when you re reading in the page below, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_paintings_by_Pierre-Auguste_Renoir;

and selecting one thumbnail like as I attatched, we expect Firefox returns like URL below. https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/2/26/Swing-Renoir.jpeg/200px-Swing-Renoir.jpeg

But actually, Firefox sometimes returns like this "blob" url. blob:https://en.wikipedia.org/e7b597f6-ea69-4cc2-aa37-07cad9e66a7d

This is not what I expected and desired. Do you have any idea of the cause and solution for this situation?

When I try to logon to Dropbox I get this message: "Your browser appears to be blocking dropboxcaptcha.com, which is required for authentication. To resolve this issue, please update any anti-virus or ad-blocking software settings to allow connections to dropboxcaptcha.com."

My daughters setup has been fine for over a year using Office365 for her classes. Today she reported she cannot open any of the files. Behavior is we can sign in fine, see all the files listed, looks good. However we click a file, and the title up top says "Working..." and the history tab will flood with about 10 attempts on a sharepoint site, then give a sign in error asking to sign in again. This will fail each time. I tried basic steps, cleared cookies, no dice. Only ublock was in use, without issue previously, but disabled and removed and it still did it. I even loaded up a new blank profile, nothing added, same behavior. I tried on my PC's firefox and it does work correctly. Both are v 110.0.1. Any suggestions to what I've tried? I would expect no extensions and new profile would resolve it. For now it works via chrome , but we're a firefox family.

My computer crashed and I lost my Firefox browser settings, history, bookmarks, etc. Had to reinstall the the whole thing. I suppose there may have been a way to get everything back, but I didn't have access to that info at the time. I transferred my bookmarks from my other browsers to Firefox, but they just show up in a folder. Is there any way to transfer all of it so that everything shows on one list, without moving each one line by line?

if anyone can help me get the how do you want to open up this file page it would be really great because i'm trying to download unity 2019 and it won't let me because it keeps downloading as a firefox file

Hi everyone, I've recently reinstalled Firefox on two new computers and have had the same problem for each: My extension/add-on icons have disappeared from my toolbar. I've tried adding them back, but they don't appear in the options (see screenshot 1 & 2). My navigation is not set on "always private". Here's what I've done so far: 1. Checked if others have had my problem. 2. Uninstalled and reinstalled all my add-ons. 3. Set the view settings to default. 4. Reinstall Firefox. I'm having the same problem on both computers. Somehow I seem to have lost everything from my Yahoo pages. Sent, Archive, Deleted are all empty. There should be a mass of stuff in there. I was looking through Settings and may have accidentally clicked on something I shouldn't have. I was not intending to change anything. I guess I can't recover anything but I want to get it back as it was so whatever happens from now is saved in the right place.

What do I need to do to achieve this? You just can't guess the mass of stuff that has disappeared. A lot of it irreplaceable. Thanks in advance. Mike

I have been unable to see any linked in page for a while now. Clicking on a link from a message email opens a page which just displays LINKEDIN.

If I copy/paste the link into a private window I can get in, but not with a normal window. I've ran CCcleaner but nothing changes, cleaned everything!

the links work in other browsers in normal mode, why not firefox?

I am somewhat new and ready to leave. Firefox help is very disappointing. That said, does anyone have a clue why the Firefox browser takes literally minutes to execute a search and most times I do search it goes straight a google captcha that I have to do 5-6 times to proceed. I do have a vpn but it is routed through the US. Also, zero problems with Chrome, Edge, and Brave. I am assuming it's a setting or is Firefox just trash?

why cant i remove this side bar for my computer period ! bookmarks side keeps popping up on my screen im aboutr to put my fist thru this 42 inch screen i hate side bars and this damm thing keeps popping up ! [removed] hate this piece of annying [removed] !
