I'm using the latest version of firefox, at the moment i had a trouble. Text of timeline zone of my facebook hidden, first timeline unhide but other timeline hidden. I'm restart my firefox, remove and resync ... but this error continue. I'm try other browser as chrome, brave no error. How to fix it? I'm the fan of Firefox but user experience too bad with this error I'm upload some images screenshot with error and no error with chrome browser. ++

Hi Folks, I'm unable to connect to a device and my support folks are telling me that I must install Mozilla Firefox Version 24 in order to connect to the device.

I have no idea what my current version is but can you tell me how I can install Mozilla Firefox Version 24 for a short time so I can connect with my device?

I noticed that on Facebook there is not shown data and time on every post. Some posts show this info, the other don't. I cleared cookies, deleted Facebook from history but it didn't help. On Chrome everything is showing normally. I put Firefox in solving problems mode, with add-ons off, it didn't help too. Any solutions?

You keep saying you fixed this problem and obviously you didn't. Firefox will not let me sign into starbucks.com. Keeps saying sign-in unsuccessful. Site works perfectly with safari.

When I print to a PDF file, Firefox changes internal links (#go-there) to full external links (either https://the.website.tld/paper.html#go-there or file://home/me/paper.html#go-there).

This is obviously wrong, since the links are internal to the document.

How to I change this behavior?

After update to 113.0.2 I face a problem with the login-page of a bank. Windows 10 Pro 21H2 19044.2965 (64bit) The page I get you can see by enclosed screenshot. With the version 110.0.1 there is no problem to get access. The website owner assumed a pop-up blocker or VPN (not used) as a reason. Can you help? Kind regards, Michael

If I recall correctly, there was a Firefox update several weeks ago. Since that time, there have been at least three occasions where a URL I manually enter initially takes me to the intended site, but is interrupted immediately by a message, such as "Checking Browser." This quickly disappears and I notice the browser begins accessing other pages in rapid succession, until I closed the window (in the attached screenshot, the browser history is in reverse chronological order). Never experienced anything like that in my 28 years on the web. What might be going on? Thanks.

Hi, I am Unable to Refresh Firefox, to default setting.. I have did used the 'ReFresh' mode a number of time in past 10-15 years or so.. but, this time on This Computer (Win-11) I am Not able to Access the Firefox Menu Button (top right), Or,

the Drop-Down Menu on the HELP Button, to get to a 'REFRESH' Firefox screen/page, that will Start the Refresh Process..

ALSO, fwiw, my Right Mouse button will not Work, for Any process..

I have always been able find a Refresh Button, that will work Prior, though am Not able to at this Time.. "Copy and Paste' also will not Work..

I have Deleted 'Cookies and Temporary Files' several times, and, Also Rebooted PC 5 or 6 Times to No avail yet as well..

Am I doing something wrong, or What else can I do, (to possibly activate a "Refresh".. I know Bookmarks & History, Passwords, were SAVED.. in Past. Hopefully Will/Can Still be Possible.

i've facing this issue for weeks. i've completely abandoned windows server 2019 as daily os and installed windows 10 with latest patches. installed firefox and firefox developer as usual and did my same settings for years. but videos can't be played on reddit, twitter and linkedin. i tried to refresh browser, disabled addons (only ublock and enhancer for youtube is installed) to be sure. but still got nothing. in my laptop with same addons and same privacy & security settings could play videos.

Hello everyone.

I've been using Firefox for quite a few years now and I'm used to keep my pinned tabs open after closing and then opening a Firefox windows.

Yesterday I noticed that after closing the navigator with the "X" in the tool bar menu, as I usually do, the pinned tabs are not "recovered" when opening again.

This happened randomly without configuration changes involved and drivers/firefox are updated to the last version available.

Moreover, I've tested the same in my notebook and it works just fine, as it keeps the tabs open when a new window is open.

Is there any troubleshooting for this or do you have any idea what could have caused this to happen?

for the past several months, FF has just been hanging when I attempt to open a website. sometimes it sits there for hours and never connects yet if I open Chrome, I have instant access. I have troubleshot, deleted and reinstalled FF, used safe mode to diagnose the problem. I have done everything I can think of, I even clear all history daily...and NOTHING helps. Sometimes I have no problems for weeks, then all of a sudden, I can't access the internet but ONLY with FF. I'm ready to just delete everything and never use FF again, but I like it and have been using it for 6 years. Chrome works 100% of the time....FF is hit or miss lately and I'm about done with it.

Why was my ad blocker deleted after using it here for over 3 years? I pay for their services, yet you do not seem to care. Please resume the ad blocker to my account or refund me my money.

All of a sudden today, when I click my "Home" page, instead of my Home page I see this "Deceptive Site Ahead" warning. My "Home" page happens to be MY OWN ART WEBSITE, "richardkramerart.com", which I have had going for years !!! Please REMOVE the "Deceptive Site Ahead" warning. I assure you my website, "richardkramerart.com" is NOT A DANGEROUS site. I have designed it myself and have been using it for my artwork for many years. Your "Deceptive Site Ahead" warning is disruptive to myself and to anyone else who might try to access my art website. I cant find anything about, how to have audio from multiple tabs at the same time, What i mean example: I want one tab to play music, and second tab to to play audio with podcast or something similar. Could you help me with this, I would be grateful.
