Am running on linux with KDE. When I press the software shutdown button in KDE, and reboot, the tabs in firefox remain, even though I disabled that from happening in settings.

All of a sudden when I open a link from an email it opens on Edge instead of Firefox, even though Firefox is my default browser. Can you please tell me where I can change the automatic setting? Thank you, Maria

I just saw on line a notice about mozilla monitor and I tried the free scan. I was alarmed. My quesiton is if you have more than one email associated with you ID information, does mozilla monitor cover those different email addresses?

Hi, I have recently update my Win system with everything including Firefox. And now when I open new tab there is the same Firefox icon like always, but when I it is loading new page then its new X. When it is done with loading it changes to OK icon of the dedicated page. Is this X normal? Thank you

MS Windows 11 just updated (02/14/24) and now Firefox keeps giving me the 'Firefox is already running, but is not responding. The old Firefox process must be closed to open a new window.

 <Close Firefox>  <Cancel>.  Task Manager is showing three Firefox activities at the same time.  This problem is only on my Admin user account.   The two other local account run Firefox fine.  Any help, suggestions directions?

since some Firefox versions the setting "browser.fixup.alternate.suffix" no longer works. I found that all "browser.fixup.alternate" entries do not work anymore. After searching the web I found an answer that the fixup.alternate options don't work when the protocol is https. So, because today nearly all Websites use https, this options are completely without function. In my case I want to add the default TLD ".de" if I do not enter the TLD. Is there any place (except source code, of course) to configure this behavior for https, too?

For about a month, every attempt to purchase on www.mercadolibre.com reports a crash, It says DAH, your site crashed. I try to restore all tabs and nothing happens.

When browsing in Firefox and I'm trying to select buttons to click, Firefox often now shows me a menu instead of allowing me to click. I have to migrate away from the button elsewhere on the page a few times and then get back to the button. Sometimes that works. Sometimes it doesn't. Why is it doing this now?

I had Wavve.co app installed on my laptop. Was using it but started to have problems (ie, the app slowing and then not working at all). Firefox showed me a message that said something to the effect that this page was slowing down the browser, did I want to "Stop Page"?

So I clicked "Stop Page", but now even after doing a reset to a date PRIOR to installing the app, I still cannot access the app on this laptop. Will I now need to switch to another browser to continue working with Wavve? Is there ANY way to UNDO that action? Suggestions?

Wishing to view my own html file in my Ubuntu Linux system I pressed the Alt key which I thought would give me a "File" menu. I could not see one. How do I get it?

I use windows 10 Pro as the main synching device to synch Firefox to my iPhone ver. 14 and ninth generation iPad. Neether the iPhone or iPad will synch. Seems like the changing of the guard in management has screwed things up that were working a few days ago.

bold textWhen I click onto Firefox, it opens a tab that says Invalid URL. If I click onto the + next to it, it opens up into the firefox browser. What can I do about the original tab??

I don't know in which version exactly it happened but a few weeks earlier i was able to edit cookies like we can on all other browsers, but today suddenly i cannot.

I expected it to be a simple double-click and i can edit the cookie key name or value but it doesn't let me edit, it opens the detailed view about that cookie. I looked EVERYWHERE and could NOT find any way to edit the cookies for hours and this is really frustrating as a dev. This is important to troubleshoot many kinds of bugs when I am developing an app.

I am no tech expert.....I have not Idea of the problem..I have used these email programs for years with no problems for years. Any help would be greatfuly appriciated.

Po przeinstalowaniu systemu i wgraniu Mozilli mam problem z otwieraniem plików. Brakuje mi możliwości jak ze zdjęcia, które jest z instrukcji jak to robić. Przykładowo pliki .pdf zapisuj się i otwieraj od razu, wszystko fajnie. Ale już pliki .msg czy .eml nie chc otworzyć się automatycznie w Outlook'u i nie widzę nigdzie opcji zaznaczenia "zawsze otwieraj podobne pliki" czy jak to tam szło dokładnie. Bardzo proszę o pomoc gdyż bardzo mocno utrudnia to pracę i użytkowanie przegladarki.
