at the very top of firefox browser are 3 rows...the highest row is the list of open tabs.....the middle row is the address bar itself with various icons....the lowest row which is the third row begins with 'import bookmarks' 'getting started' and then various website suggestions.

that 3rd row takes up space and has no useful functionality for me .....i've tried changing the settings but i can't alter it... is there a harmless way to eliminate that third row? thanks

Hello! About two weeks ago I opened up Firefox, and found that certain - well most - websites got switched to a very dark mode that broke the website. Websites like Joann had all the background as black and when searching I could only see what was brought up when I moused over the option. The Chell in the Rain website is completely black when part of the appeal is the artwork. Youtube? Black. Libby? Black. Accuweather? Black. Google Docs... that's actually fine.

I don't mind dark mode, but it's broken how several of these websites work.

I can no longer use roboform or eversync in the new extension button. this is a deal breaker and I have used firefox for the past 20 years or so. the problem is both these addons do not give me the option to pin to the toolbar. I need to do this to use their functions. Help!!!! I am using version 114

after Firefox updated all saved passwords and log ins are missing. I have checked and I only have one profile available. At a loss as to what to do to fix the problem. Help would be very gratefully received.

I have a vision problem and can only read if dark mode is on. I have dark mode on for firefox but when I go to a website from settings, the back ground is white and blinds me. help

i have this problem even though delete cookies and site data is off and remember history is on. it is very frustrating and i started using mozilla today. it was a disappointment for me from the beginning. if i can't solve this problem i will switch to other browsers.

I try to enter a new site & password with a long address. Manager truncates it to a simple dot com which brings up a "403 - Forbidden: Access is denied." error message. I have a bookmark that takes me to the correct login page, but Manager doesn't recognize it and won't suggest a login for it. For example: this page url is "https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/desktop/form" PassManager would truncate this to "https://support.mozilla.org" If I try to submit a new password, in the manager, it tells me there is already a site EVEN IF I HAVE DELETED THAT FAULTY SITE. This is a real problem and it happens on more than one site which makes the manager a limited feature. Unfortunately that makes my preference in using a Mozilla product (rather than Roboform etc) a distinct liability. Please give this some thought, thank you.

I would also like to see the manager remember the answers to secondary security questions on some websites login pages, if that were possible.

There is a huge space between the Home button and the URL bar. I tried running in Troubleshoot mode and it still appeared. I also verified that I don't have any disabled extensions.

Hello - Firefox to Safari bookmark syncing used to work seemlessly between pc and ipad. Noticed it's no longer working. I've done all the resetting/restarting/logging out/uninstalling/reinstalling recommended. It still won't sync. I ended up installing Firefox on the iPad to get the bookmarks from PC. That sync works (takes a while sometimes). But it will not ever update the IOS from the last time it worked (maybe 3 months ago). I can erase IOS bookmarks and reload from iCloud, but the files are months old.

Has this function just been removed?

I no longer have the bookmark icon available on the tool bar. ALL bookmarks have vanished. Tried using tips to restore with no success. Also have lost all saved passwords. Not getting anywhere to solving this

I want to remove any and all auto suggested search options from the search bars within whatever website I visit, such as the one shown below. This is not related to auto suggested options with Firefox's URL bar. This is for the search bar within websites.

I don't understand what happened in the last 10 minutes where both my pc and my laptop can no longer open youtube videos in a new tab by right-clicking. I haven't made any changes, I haven't downloaded anything or installed anything new. The last firefox update for both machines happened yesterday between 1 and 2 in the afternoon. 18 hours after an update, I just lose a basic feature? I'm able to right-click and open youtube vids in edge. So it has to be a firefox thing... Any ideas or suggestions?

I have a DSL router and can not talk to it. It does not support https protocols but when I put in the address 192.168.0.1/status.html it changes it to https:192.168.0.1/status.html. This is a laptop and I have talked to another route that uses https at the same address but at a different location. How do I stop it from doing this?
