I'm trying to sign in to a site that uses "Sign in with Google" but it's not working. I click the button, the page loads, but then the sign in with Google button comes right back. I've cleared cookies and cache and restarted my browser, disabled pop-up blocker, and tried in a private browsing session but its always the same thing

On some websites like Wikipedia and Nitter, the numbers and certain characters (like "quote marks") don't match the other characters. They are in a serif font and so much smaller that they are practically unreadable. I've selected "Allow pages to choose their own fonts" in settings and restarted FF but nothing has changed. This problem does not exist in other profiles but I don't want to have to switch profiles. How can I fix this? Screenshots attached.

I am running Windows 11 Build 25151 on a Lenovo X1 Carbon Gen 7. With the last several Builds when selecting an option from a pop-up the FireFox window just stops for up to several minutes, no error message. In other cases cannot select an option necessary continue. In several cases the continue button at the bottom of the popup is not available. I am running FireFox 102.0.1 (64 bit). In most cases, copy address from FF to Microsoft Edge, edge is able to continue.


Not sure if a FireFox or Windows problem.

After the last Firefox update, i am trying to open youtube.com in my Firefox browser but it's not letting me to do it. Every time i open it shows an error and says that the error is from YOUTUBE and FIREFOX or I can do nothing about it. But the funny part is its working on other browsers like chrome.

using Firefox 102.0.1 (64-bit) on a 2010 Mac High Sierra 10.13.6. Clicking on boxes in web forms do not show choice made, both in my medical mychart app, as well as the USPS web app. What gives? I'm running version 102 of Firefox on Windows 11 Home version 21H2 OS build 22000.739 and can no longer log into my investment account at ally.com. Right after I key in my username and password, I get the following error. I can use Microsoft Edge and Brave browsers to successfully log in to my account but I only use Firefox.

The last time I successfully signed into my Ally Invest account using Firefox was probably a few weeks ago but I'm not sure of the date. I have attached a picture of the error I receive from Ally.

I have a subscription to ancestry.com. However, I've noticed several Firefox updates ago that I can no longer write a story and add it to an ancestor's media gallery. When I do, I keep getting this:

Access Denied Error 21

What happened? This request was blocked by security rules.

Your IP: (gives my IP addy) Incident ID: (gives a different incident ID each time I try it and get the error message).


WHAT IS this? And how can I resolve it? I have completely deleted my browser history, cookies, cache, everything and it doesn't make a difference. I'm still getting this message but ONLY in Firefox. Not in other browsers. I use Firefox to do most of my genealogical research, but this may have to change if I can't get it to work with ancestry.com. I've also alerted them to the problem, but so far they haven't come up with a solution, other than to delete cookies/cache/history, which I have done. It can't be my computer or it would do it on all three browsers I have installed - Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox. But it doesn't. Only in Firefox. It has to be something in the browser settings. Anyone have a clue?

Recent issue, last few days. Unable to access Microsoft One Drive online without first having to Refresh Firefox each time. It is then accessible for a short period of time before the address link again breaks down into an incomplete address that does not open One Drive. I've repeated this process a number of times and each and every time the only means of access to One Drive is by Refreshing Firefox. Access to One Drive is fine on other browsers. I've cleared the cache, and run Firefox in Troubleshoot mode, but the only thing that works, and does so consistently, is to first Refresh Firefox. It will then go to the correct address for One Drive for a short period of time, before again breaking down into an incomplete forwarding address. I prefer using Firefox, but regular access to One Drive, without all these unnecessary steps, is a requirement

I may need different browser. I 'm sick of "We are having trouble finding that web site" and I have to go Edge which has no trouble at all finding the site. Something is seriously out of whack, Reinstalling does not solve the problem. Any suggestions?

I think it may be time after all the years I have used Firefox to move to a different browser. I continually get "We are having trouble finding that web site" and I am forced to go the Edge which has no trouble at all finding the site. Something is seriously out of whack, Reinstalling does not solve the problem. Any suggestions?

I tried to access my Amazon Music account with Firefox v102. I received a message from Amazon that says "Update Firefox - We have upgraded and this browser version is no longer supported. Please update your browser or download our desktop player." when I try to access. I've deleted all cookies and history. I've tried with no add-ons (safe mode). Nothing seems to help. I'm running Windows 10 (64bit) build 19044 on a Thinkpad with 16GB RAM and 1TB SSD.

Amazon music works fine with any chromium browser. Is this another big-tech effort to clear out their competitors? I'm not going to download any application from these big-tech overloards!

Problems with Instagram

Up until some time last week, Instagram was working fine for me on the PC. I could pull up pages and scroll through the pictures and videos just fine....and I still can. However, I used to be able to click on a picture and the picture would sort of pop forward and I could see all the comments and there were direction arrows on either side so I could move to the next or last image. That is no longer the case. If I want to see the image a bit bigger, or read or add comments, I have to right click on the image and open in a new tab. The new tab will show the image and comments but there are no arrows to move to next or last image. Not sure what has happened. If it is something to do with Firefox or if it is a problem on Instagram's end. I can still use instagram and view images etc, but a lot of the ease of using it has disappeared.

Updated Firefox on my MBP (running Catalina) to v.102.01 today, 22.07.17, about 1700 PTD. After restart, upon reopening Firefox, I find I cannot find the 5 open pages I was in just minutes prior. Gone with them, about a hundred - maybe more - tabs. Some personal, some family/home/life/finances, some work, some work related research. WHISKEY TANGO FOXTROT ! ! !

I usually (and have recently) put off updating Firefox (MBP "desktop" or/and Android phone) 'till it just won't go any more. Every time, I'm upset, for mainly trivial reasons, i.e.: extensions I've used for years no longer work & there's never anything quite the same, or, especially on Android OS, I hate the look & feel of changes. IT'S NOT JUST AVOIDING/DISLIKING CHANGE, SOMETIMES UPDATES ARE BAD! ANDROID, JAN. 2018, MAYBE? WHENEVER, I COMPLAINED, COULDN'T GIVE LESS THAN A ONE-STAR REVIEW, POSTED IT AND FOUND I WAS NOT ALONE. BY A LONG SHOT!

re: TABS. Six or seven years ago v. 40-something wouldn't work any more. I begrudgingly updated to, hmmm, v.70-something and found a tab manager I really used, really liked, was no longer functional. Earlier today, just prior to updating, I went through extensions & dumped four or five I'd disabled & not chunked or gone back to for a while. Just below the disabled group were Mozilla extension recommendations - among them, a tab manager. I added this and one other, glanced at info pages & restarted to activate the Firefox update. And -- Presto! No tabs to manage. Oh well.

If adding this extension before checking it more thoroughly or doing any kind of set up is the cause of my hundred tabs loss, well, that ain't the way it should be. I can't give the name & I don't want to look it up. It's long gone. Besides thinking how I might recover some of my lost tabs research, I had some time to try it out. Inane garbage. Put your tabs in carts. P'shaw. Chrome has a scrolling tab function for all open pages hiding at the upper right corner. Click the down arrow, scroll through all open tabs, see one, pick one & presto, I'm on the web page even if it's on a different base page! It works well - for me, and, it is not an extension, it's built in. Guess I'll head that way . . . over to Chrome. Bunch of wonky higher math, commie history, motorcycle & aircraft YouTube vidz awaiting my attention. There's nothing to open & pick up with something I was working on recently on my default browser.

Wondering what kinds of responses, suggestions I may receive. Truthfully, I'm not expecting a positive outcome. Perhaps I'll be surprised. Hi HI. JS
