After Format my laptop, I install Firefox and forget password after Reset password all fine then enter email and password to Sync all data but, I don't see any data this data have a lot of passwords and bookmarks, How can I FIX IT????

I can log into my Firefox account on my Macbook Air with my email address and password, I can log into Firefox on my iPhone via pair, but I cannot log into Firefox on my Mac Mini using the same email address and password, the Mac Mini keeps saying my password is incorrect.

I'm running Firefox version 100 on both my Macbook Air and my Mac Mini. The sync feature works fine between my MacBook Air and my iPhone. The Firefox account works excellent between my MB Air and iPhone, but I would like to have my bookmarks, history and passwords synced to my Mac Mini as well.

The "only" way I know how to log into my Firefox account on my Mac Mini is using my email address and password. The same email address and password works fine on my MB Air and iPhone. But when I enter my email address and password on my Mac Mini, I get the "Incorrect password" message. I have carefully re-entered my password several times with no success.

I am concerned about "resetting" my password as the dialogue suggests I may lose my bookmarks, logins, and passwords. I really, really, don't want to do that. Besides, they work fine on my MacBook Air and iPhone.

I don't have a resolution to this issue. Any suggestions?

I refreshed Firefox and all my passwords disapeared even though it stated they would be saved. I followed online instructions and copied and pasted the old data into the new profile. Although I can see the old login data is there nothing shows up in the saved passwords section in settings. HELP! all my passwords are badly required as I have no other record.

I really like & trust Firefox ! Would like to know about all the privacy settings I should have & probably don't ! Doubt I have updated much as I should have recently. Would appreciate any assistance. Thanks, Firefox !

Greets to all After last update to 100.0.2 (64bit) connection to National Bank of Greece account is impossible due to an image error occurring, while entering OTP informing :

" error image " connection procedure with OTP failed. Please be sure that your browser allow you storing od cookies and try again.

This does not occur using chrome or edge ...

settings are checked ok, nothing changed recently

Per an article on yahoo news, I decided to clear data by going to: Settings->Privacy & Security->Cookies&Site Date->clear data

In hindsight, this turned out to be a mistake. Previously when using yahoo mail, it let me stay logged in for two weeks. Now I have to log in each time. There are also 2 or 3 other sites that logged me in automatically, but now have to log in every time.

How can I undo what I did?

Hello, I tried to sign in to my firefox account on a new computer and it appears the rules for password format have changed such that my existing password is too short to be used. How should I proceed to either sign in or reset my password without affecting my existing firefox browsers and lockwise app? Thank you.

Trying to create a new account with CRA for tax purposes, after 20 questions got a message that I need to adjust my setting regarding Java Script Function. Don't have a clue what that means

I recently bought a new computer and had my data transferred from the old one, but the vast majority of my passwords have disappeared. Even after copying the logins.json and key4.db files from the "Old Firefox Data" folder, I was only able to recover 8 of my 50+ passwords. I can’t even manually change my passwords one-by-one because I don’t even remember all of my accounts, let alone my passwords.

Please help me.

I have a problem on Firefox ONLY with my Shopify website login. I was having a weird problem with captcha cycling over and over and with Shopify's help I've changed all my passwords, added various authentication steps, including adding Norton and their VPN on top of the Firefox VPN. During all this I noticed a user that is NOT ME on my Shopify login page. Shopify can't figure it out and asked me to uninstall and reinstall Firefox which I did today. Mind you, everything is completely fine and normal on Chrome. After the reinstall, that user was still there! I logged them out, reset my password, checked it in Chrome and logged back in on Firefox. The user is STILL THERE!

What triggered all this was a random email about my products where the to: was blank. I replied to see which address it went to, which turned out to be a personal address that IS NOT associated to my websites. I actually have 3 on Shopify but only 1 has been weird. That got me worried. So I contacted Shopify and then this user (not me) showed up as I was doing screenshots to send to Shopify via chat.

Also all the Norton scans say everything is clean.

I have spent over a week working with Shopify in various capacities and now they have asked for an insane amount of information to ensure I am who I say I am. In fact I got a second round today! I've supplied both sets of information.

Is there anyone on the Firefox side that could help me troubleshoot this....live...not in chat hopefully! Could it be a Firefox issue?

When I use another browser (Edge) there seems to be no problem. Any help would be appreciated.

After a recent Firefox upgrade to 100/101 my browser at work and at home no longer saves my login credentials/cache for Gmail, Facebook etc.. This forces me to login to Gmail with password and username every time which I'm not a fan of. I have security set at standard in Firefox and I didn't change any of my settings that I recall. I'm using Windows 10 PCs and I'm also using Firefox Sync.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to resolve this?

Hi dear managers, In Firefox 101.0 i want to clear Saved Passwords from History Menu > Clear Recent History! But in new version of FF it is not there. Is there a way to clear Saved Passwords from that menu instead of Saved Logins... In Settings of FF separately?

I have used for many years Java in Firefox to stream live a stock market app. In order to continue using that app I have to use now Microsoft Edge. I would prefer to continue using Firefox. Is there a solution?

Hey there, I have recently completely formatted my pc as it was kind of slow.I then reinstall Mozilla fore fox login as turn on sync and had to login to steam but as i was logging in i forgot password so i checked my passwords as it was saved in Mozilla fire fox previously but i didn't see any saved passwords not only form steam i didn't see a single password of different websites saved on it is there any way to get those passwords back (i had already made an account and saved passwords on it but after re-installation I login to my fire fox account and still see no passwords). A quick help will be very much appreciated
