In error, I answered 'yes' to save an entry on a site to be my new login ID & pswd for that site. I want to get back to my original login ID & pswd. They told me I need to call my Browser FireFox to "get rid of my pre-saved login id & pswd". How do I do that? jerrybrown411@gmail.com

I recently took a hit from potential malware while looking for a owners manual. I now have a popup that looks like the one attached. It looks to be from Mozilla, but I can't be sure. Can you help with this?

When I have sent an email, it is not seen in 'all mails' nor 'sent emails', it is attached to a thread, when I open the thread, I have to go through many 'header' emails to find it at the bottom. Why is my last email NOT in 'sent', not in 'all mail' - or if it is on the thread, not seen at the TOP, displayed, ready to reply. Sending me nuts. Please advise how I can customize - to see the emails sent and received in REAL time. Currently my sent mail has so few in the folder. How can I stop this. I want All Mail and Sent mail, at the time I sent them. Not buried, Not as threads. I have tried removing threads, and it think it wants to delete them, I don't want that.

yea i don't need help but i cannot believe you guys made an firefox installer so small so its only "390 KB" and a floppy disk only has 1.44 MB meaning it can fit into a storage thing from 40 years ago man that's crazy

(also I'm using you're firefox browser on my crappy 8 years old windows 10 laptop, and ngl its great even tho it sometimes uses a lot of cpu and ram usage it loads fast and the first time i got you're browser it ran great and this old laptop finally can run videos on 720p instead of on chrome barely running 240p)

A couple of weeks ago the scroll wheel on my Logitech mouse stopped working with Firefox. It works fine on all other applications on my computer but will not work on any web page or any Firefox menu. I am not using XMBC. I updated to Firefox 119.0.1 this morning and it didn't make any difference.

I'm trying to run Java in the browser on Linux, but it's not working. I've gone all the way back to Ubuntu 7.10 where the default Java is included with the operating system by default, and it is NOT detected in the latest version of the web browser that it can run, which is 17.

So I have 2 screens. I put Youtube tutorials in my rightmost screen and have unreal engine open in my leftmost screen. I use my keyboard keys to pause the videos so I can type stuff or make changes as I follow along tutorials. Each and every time I hit pause/play this popup appears in the top-left of my leftmost screen showing a picture of the video that I have open (why this redundancy....I have it full screen already on screen), it shows a huge title of the vid (again with the redundancy I don't need another title of a vid that I am watching to keep appearing), it shows a rewind/play/fast forward which is really really poorly thought out.........we have those keys on our keyboard this just is more stuff blocking our view. All of these things block out the top left stuff in my window (file/edit/asset/window/tools/help)...its so large it blocks out all tabs open in this window...its so large it even blocks out part of my viewport and other areas in that vicinity. Now all of these things it blocks out are important and I need to use them. When I pause vid I am immediately needing to use things in this space. Then you turn it off using the solution: media.hardwaremediakeys.enabled = false and your buttons also stop working. So now you cannot pause/play without mousing off screen to YouTube and manually restarting.

So my first and most important question is how to HIDE not disable the use of the buttons associated with this.

My second question that I really want to put in all caps with expletives and maybe copy and paste the question like 5000000 times so that the amount of frustration this causes on a constant basis with every workflow that I need to use vids as part of it...is WHYYYYY?!?!?!

Ait now that last bit was for flair but I'm not even really joking with that one.

the Ask to Save Website Passwords Option keeps Deselecting itself, it will not stay selected

Because of that, the Auto fill Username & Password fields do not populate.

I have already Uninstalled Firefox, removed all files from my system, deleted all Firefox App Data from my system, Reinstalled Firefox from Scratch, reconfigured all, but can not get this working correctly

How do I get Firefox to stop suggesting my email address, city, state or other information on lines for logins or applications? I have turned off all the autofill selections in security and privacy and it still offers suggestions. I don't want any suggestions AT ALL.

I get a blank screen when I try to access my e-mail. Is there a reason you do not want me to access my e-mail? Don't tell me you will e-mail me the answer. I will not get it because you will not let me access my e-mail. This situation has been going on for a few weeks and it is getting irksome. When I call your support people hank up on me.

I have reinstalled fresh firefox for like the 5th time now. It continues to not load web site pages completely. One other example, I log in to yahoo mail the page loads. I then click on the mail icon to go to the mail and NOTHING happens.

This is getting old. It only happens with firefox and not MS Edge.

Hello- I am having a very strange thing when using Firefox. I type and certain letters pop that I have not typed. It is different letters that are affected. it has been the E a number 2 shows instead s a m shows instead. There have been others but I did not make note, My solution is to close firefox and reopen. I have updated to newest version. Do you know why this is happening and a better solution. Also when I go to Chrome the letters do not transpose. HElp Stephana

I use a public computer that resets itself every night. I want to login to my firefox account so I can receive all my settings, extensions, etc., when I login to sync.

However, when I login to sync, my default search provider remains as Google (the computer's default) and does not change to DuckDuckGo (the settings I previously had synced).

How do I set up sync so that when I login, it pulls all settings, etc., from the cloud, instead of keeping some that were configured locally?
