While on michaels.com I click on a product, it goes to the product then immediately the screen goes blank. It also happens when I do a search, multiple products show up, then the screen goes blank. I don't have that issues on other websites. What is going on and how do I solve this issue?

My LastPass extension appears as a black box with an elipse. It is red when it is active. I have logged in to LastPass, and when I go to the extensions icon and select "Open Extension" nothing happens. It's not filling in any of my login information.

Recently I have run into an issue where any site I am logged into will not save that I am logged into that site if I close the tab or window. For example, if I am logged into YouTube, exit the tab, and open the same site in another tab, I then have to log into my account again.

4 PM, November 7, 2023 EST. The "About" page of all YouTube channels suddenly disappeared, whatever the the login status. A compressed version will show up from a channel's home page when clicking on the site description from its Home page. Make things weirder, ~6:15 PM it WAS visible from the Tor browser but started acting the same. I have no ad blockers, or ANY extension installed on any apps, including Firefox/TOR browsers. Updates to both browsers were made prior to this behavior. It may be Google/YouTube's fault but it's becoming frustrating because I prefer Mozilla's browsers over Edge or Chrome.

Had to reinstall my pc over consistent error messages (thank you windows 10 for being the same pos system), and now all my bookmarks are gone, the bookmark backup folder is also empty, I have two years worth of personal and business related sites saved that will cripple me financially and mentally if I can't get them back.

Reaching out to Sync to try that, but looking for any kind of alternative fix here to recover the bookmarks.

Recently Youtube refuses to play any videos for me, saying adblockers are against their rules. I have uninstalled Adblock, and reset firefox totally. Youtube is still blocking me. It works fine on Chrome. Do I have to switch to Chrome permanently?

I recently took a hit from potential malware while looking for a owners manual. I now have a popup that looks like the one attached. It looks to be from Mozilla, but I can't be sure. Can you help with this?

Firefox is running x 8 in my task manager at the moment. Why does it keep multiplying and slowing down my computer? I am almost ready to uninstall Firefox. If I merely need to revert to an earlier version of Firefox, please let me know how to do that. Thank you. Shannon

When I have sent an email, it is not seen in 'all mails' nor 'sent emails', it is attached to a thread, when I open the thread, I have to go through many 'header' emails to find it at the bottom. Why is my last email NOT in 'sent', not in 'all mail' - or if it is on the thread, not seen at the TOP, displayed, ready to reply. Sending me nuts. Please advise how I can customize - to see the emails sent and received in REAL time. Currently my sent mail has so few in the folder. How can I stop this. I want All Mail and Sent mail, at the time I sent them. Not buried, Not as threads. I have tried removing threads, and it think it wants to delete them, I don't want that.

my electronic health record is freezing using Firefox on 2 different computers in 2 different locations. Internet speed 45 mbps at 1 location and 900 mbps at another. Able to use it on chrome.

So I have 2 screens. I put Youtube tutorials in my rightmost screen and have unreal engine open in my leftmost screen. I use my keyboard keys to pause the videos so I can type stuff or make changes as I follow along tutorials. Each and every time I hit pause/play this popup appears in the top-left of my leftmost screen showing a picture of the video that I have open (why this redundancy....I have it full screen already on screen), it shows a huge title of the vid (again with the redundancy I don't need another title of a vid that I am watching to keep appearing), it shows a rewind/play/fast forward which is really really poorly thought out.........we have those keys on our keyboard this just is more stuff blocking our view. All of these things block out the top left stuff in my window (file/edit/asset/window/tools/help)...its so large it blocks out all tabs open in this window...its so large it even blocks out part of my viewport and other areas in that vicinity. Now all of these things it blocks out are important and I need to use them. When I pause vid I am immediately needing to use things in this space. Then you turn it off using the solution: media.hardwaremediakeys.enabled = false and your buttons also stop working. So now you cannot pause/play without mousing off screen to YouTube and manually restarting.

So my first and most important question is how to HIDE not disable the use of the buttons associated with this.

My second question that I really want to put in all caps with expletives and maybe copy and paste the question like 5000000 times so that the amount of frustration this causes on a constant basis with every workflow that I need to use vids as part of it...is WHYYYYY?!?!?!

Ait now that last bit was for flair but I'm not even really joking with that one.
