Hi, firstly, I am not very technical so I will describe my issue as simply as I can. When I open my Application Menu (3 horizontal bars on the top right hand side of my screen, underneath the X) and click on the Bookmarks heading, there is a heading showing as Recent Bookmarks. This then lists bookmarks that I have used. As I do not want this list. How do I stop/get rid of this "Recent Bookmarks" heading &/or list. Thank you to anyone who can help (without a lot of jargon/computer speak).

I recently pinned Firefox to my Taskbar. When I right click to choose a task to perform (e.g. Open New Private Window), Alson with the list of task choices, there is a long list with the heading "Frequent" of sites that I have visited. So far, the on;y way i can get rid of the items in Frequent is to right click and "Remove from this list" which is time consuming and annoying. How do I get rid of/stop this list from showing

I have 2 workstations and I use firefox as my primary web browser for both workstations. My office computer gets secure connection failed which is my main computer but I'm able to logon with my laptop computer without any issues. The site is internal which access our monitoring software for wireless. I'm able to access the site via other browsers, Chrome & Edge on my office computer without any issues. Not sure what else I can do to make this work on my office computer since this is the main computer I use. The following is what I get:

I work in IT and unfortunately I am working on too many brand new and obscure devices, they have expired and self-signed certs and I can't just keep trusting them, even though thats not working. I need to be able to completely turn off all protections for SSL certs if I can.

Prior to today, on my Edwards Jones site, I could click on market commentary or check on latest CD rates and see results. But today, you have apparently changed the way 'embedded sites work and it traps an error. Right clicking on the link does not work ... So this obviously your latest new and improved feature to protect my security does not work as intended . . . what are you going to do to fix it? I've just reinstalled Windows and Firefox browser so how can I get back my Synchronized bookmarks??Are they all lost?Because I sing in and trying ot synch but nothing changes.Thank you.

When I log into Tesco, it will not load and says, your browser(firefox) has failed security checks. I am using Norton 360 and run a full scan with no indications. All other apps and icons load using Firefox. Tesco refuses to. I have removed it and re-loaded it several time. I worked well untill yesterday when I did some routine windows updates.

Hello! Since 9th of july web version of telegram app doesn`t work. Please, help to solve this issue. Mobile version of telegram works fine, as a web version in another browsers, except Mozilla. In attached file you can see how telegram displayed in Mozilla.

Windows 11 computer. Since 2 days Firefox and Thunderbird have stopped working. I get a blank browser and a Thunderbird without my emails. All other browsers still work and Firefox also works on my smartphone. I have followed the suggestions on the Support website, but nothing helps. What now?

Firefox won't display background video on my website http://iconx.tech/home-1-8/ while other browsers do it seamlessly. Kindly fix this issue, or I regrettably needs to point out to my audience that webpage has been reported to break on Firefox and advise them to use Chrome or other browser.

My Win 11 computer blue screened on me. So, I reinstalled the OS, with saving my data option. Now, after reinstalling Firefox, I can not get all my bookmarks. I have Firefox, with my bookmarks, installed on another computer. How do I sync to grab those bookmarks?

Hi. In recent weeks, I have been having daily issues with pictures in messenger not showing when they are sent to me, though I can see the ones I send out.

I have done the usual running in troubleshooting mode etc, but it makes no difference.

I have added a screenshot of the issue below.

I use Firefox beta and the issue does not happen on other browsers such as edge.

I posted the other day under "Firefox NO LONGER adheres to "Ask if you want to Save" option.." - HOWEVER - I NOW see what the problem is - BUT I STILL can't fix it:

I have New Lenovo laptop - Windows 11 – AND - Firefox version 128.0 - and EVEN THOUGH I have ALL the items necessary checked under SETTINGS - APPLICATIONS to ALWAYS ASK - NOWHERE in this version of Firefox on my Win 11 laptop does it show ANY of the Microsoft products in the APPLICATIONS field - so I can't change how I want Firefox to respond when accessing Microsoft applications - AT ALL!

SO THAT means - EVERY TIME I click on a .doc or any Microsoft Office program - it automatically opens - and it is saved in a download folder.

You must understand – with what I do - I open AT LEAST 20- 30 docx a day - I DO NOT want to SAVE them - but I have no recourse - AND there is NO WAY to add – (that I know of) - the Microsoft applications to the FIREFOX Applications section under Settings.

AND if you send me to the Help section – to look at: Always Open Similar Files" option – AS YOU CAN SEE by the screengrab – There ARE no similar files for me to do that with - SO I can’t fix it that way either.

ALSO – I have another Laptop – Windows 10 – and of course Firefox latest version – 128.0 - and as you can see with the screengrab – It has options for AT LEAST TWO of the Microsoft Applications – so I don’t have that problem – BUT – to attach a screengrab from my Win 10 laptop application settings in Firefox to this msg – I went to my Win 10 laptop – made a grab – and sent it to myself to open on my Win 11 laptop – which is where I am composing this message and which has the problem – BUT BECAUSE there is ALSO no setting to ASK what to do when you open Picture files – It SAVED to downloads as well – NO OPTION to say that you JUST wanted to open it!

This is maddening and it really doesn’t work for me – and I assume others who may have this problem. Please PLEASE advise what I should do – Is there another build I can download or...?

I have had issues where I am trying to open a new page or refresh a page and it stays at the bottom of the page. Example the Firefox help pages where I scroll to bottom click on the next page number, and it goes to that page but stays at bottom. Or if on Hibid and want to look at a listing, look at the listing and then want to go back to the previous page, it opens the listing at the bottom of the page, not the top. Sometimes it will open the new page where ever it wants

After following a link from a Google search to Facebook, my language on the Facebook login page was permanently changed to Polish. This only applies to this page and the language settings in Firefox are still correct. How do I change back?
