I am just wondering can you help me with my problem. I am currently doing a ICDL Essentials course with E-College and I am having a problem with ICDL connect as part of the course. It's something about a PSI In-application plugin if you know what I mean by that ??? it won't accept this plugin for some reason, can you help me with this problem please thanks.

Previously I've been able to select search suggestions using the keyboard when typing into a search bar. As of a few days ago this no longer works on some sites like YouTube, but does work on others like Google. The issue is not to do with num lock or scroll lock, and my browser is up to date (124.0.1 Ubuntu Snap version).

bold text I have tried all options that are available. I cannot find my BOOKMARKS. This happened two days ago and I have tried, I have the bookmarks on a HTML file bit it says the file is empty.

Macbook Air, Sonoma 14.1.2, second monitor connected via hdmi. This oval purple icon showing a person in front of a screen suddenly appeared in and behind upper left hand corner of window, and is now in all my windows. (see attached image)

Recently, when first logging into Facebook, the entries in my feed will just sit there and refresh for a while before finally settling in and stopping. Then when I start scrolling, I can only go so far and it starts doing it again. Rather peculiar action. Something to do with auto refresh? I don't encounter the issue when using Safari or Opera. Appreciate anything on this issue.

I have accessed (Google) Youtube - History, over Firefox/DuckDuckGo for a number of years now without difficulty. Recently Google introduced a Two-step security check and, when selected, a question was sent to the handset (which I use as a tether for two laptops) which always quickly appeared and quickly responded to my finger's touch. In the last couple of weeks the question is still asked but nothing comes through to the handset, or the standby handset. For a test I then went through Google Chrome and that opens the Youtube History without any questions etc. It seems to hint that Google are using the Two-step etc to keep out access over other Browsers. I am based in the UK. All suggestions will be welcome. Kind regards, Tim Simpson

I am an 84-year-old newbie! I have enabled 2 FA. But... when I click on Firefox in the taskbar F/fox opens and I can access all the bookmarks in the bookmark bar without any more security.

When does the 2FA come into this?

Mod - please delete. I couldn't find a way to delete my question so I edited it. I had an issue but I think it's due to my Firefox being Enterprise managed. I tested the same thing on my personal laptop with Firefox and no issue.

As the title says: How to make firefox open ANY AND ALL Torrent or Magnet, FROM ANY SITE, without asking for confirmation ?

Greetings. I recently upgraded to Windows 11 and started using Firefox again. In order to be more secure and private I am reviewing all of my settings everywhere. I am concerned that the security certificates that are currently in my Firefox are safe, secure and current. I know the internet is worldwide and bad actors can from any country but when I see them from certain countries that does concern me. Is there a way to verify the certificates are good? Is there an harm in deleting certificates? Is there any suggestions of what countries, websites to stay away from concerning certificates? If the validity is expired should I delete it? I do not like to make assumptions. I try to make informed decisions. Thank you, bkh8611@gmail.com

Would a FireFox programmer please explain to me why you took away the scroll bar at the bottom of the browser? All companies are taking away too many options and ALLLL software doesn't work as well as before.............

Thunderbird also needs the scroll bar at the bottom of the e-mail and the sizing of columns fixed.

I have moved to another password manager, and would like to completely remove my saved logins from my Firefox account and stop using the auto-fill, auto-suggest feature. However, no matter how many times I delete my passwords and Sync, they keep appearing in my Android Firefox app. I have cleared the app Storage and Cache, I have reinstalled it from scratch, but no matter what I do they reappear. My (also Synced) PC on which I deleted the passwords has not shown it again since I deleted them there.

I just want to completely delete all my logins in my Firefox account, permanently and across all my devices. How can I do this?

Recently all the pocket recommendations have been for topics in India. As I'm not in India, it is strange. Is there a way to reset the location for the recommendations?

When FF loaded for first time after update had message about being able to fill in PDF documents. Even said give it a try on a option block. Then it displayed a form with blanks to enter name etc. However I wasn't able to enter name or data in the fields they sent me for trying it out. I could do other things with PDF FF displayed, draw, add text box, but not enter data on the form they sent to try it out. Wish I had saved the PDF they sent to show the new feature.

I Have used Firefox as my main browser for a long time. I've also played the games on pch.com (Publishers Clearing House) for years. About ten days ago, I started having problems connecting. The error messages have changed a little each time, but still no access. I've also tried Chrome and Edge, and still no access. Today, I tried to access on my phone and got a 'site is not secure' message. Any idea what's causing this or what the problem may be? Have you heard about changes to the pch.com website? I can access the site if I turn off my ISP connection and use a data connection. My ISP is Optimum. Looking for any guidance. Thanks.

I need to run speech recognition in Firefox (OS solutions are not suitable in my case), but I can't get it to work. I've tried following these instructions in Nightly, Dev and regular version, but they all end with a network error. I also asked my friends to check and they had the same thing happen. Do I need to follow the steps to run offline or is the problem much deeper?
