When I save a bookmark I want to choose what folder to save it in, but Firefox doesn't allow me to. How can I set the bookmarks to show the dialog box that lets me decide.

I’m not able to log into my Bold App to review recurring customer subscription orders using Shopify.

It says that I can't open it because my browser does not allow third party cookies.

How do I change my settings so that I can view third party cookies on Firefox?

using Firefox 102.0.1 (64-bit) on a 2010 Mac High Sierra 10.13.6. Clicking on boxes in web forms do not show choice made, both in my medical mychart app, as well as the USPS web app. What gives? moving from pc to mac. all is going great. download and install firefox. sign in and sync. all good. start cleaning up old passwords (no more microsoft email i never used, etc.). then i see a yellow triangle on my icon in the address bar. click. says i'm not logged in. hm. so i log back in.

and all my passwords are gone except for the brand new firefox password i just created. that's it.

thank goodness i had the pc open and was able to immediately make html and csv copies of bookmarks & passwords from it, but firefox had the yellow triangle again. wasn't going to log in that time and lose everything.

my question is this: there is ZERO information on how to import the .csv file into firefox. i can't figure it out. please don't put the same link i've followed five times already before seeing what it looks like now. it's worthless.

so. how do i get my 132 passwords back?

I was watching a show on one of my streaming websites and it it in a shorter box instead of a full screen. im not sure if i accidentally clickec on something because it is happening on more then one streaming site

I couldn't open my Firefox browser on my Windows 10 so I uninstalled the app and downloaded a new Firefox browser. How do I get all my bookmarks from my old Firefox browser to the new one?

Much (but not all) of the time, when I click on a link that opens in a new tab, that tab never loads the content. It sits there with the little dot on the left oscillating back and forth.

BUT if I close Firefox and reopen it, it comes back with all the tabs I had when I closed it -- and the problem tab loads and displays the content without trouble.

What can I do to not have to close and reopen Firefox so often?

I'm on Firefox 102.0.1. The Facebook tab is updating on the fly as I'm reading, forcing me to 'reel back' several pages if I want to continue where I was. What gives? It's been doing this for about a month.

After the last Firefox update, i am trying to open youtube.com in my Firefox browser but it's not letting me to do it. Every time i open it shows an error and says that the error is from YOUTUBE and FIREFOX or I can do nothing about it. But the funny part is its working on other browsers like chrome.

Could you please tell me how to stop a.trust-core.xyz pop ups They keep popping up telling me my computer is infected and offer anything from a couple to numerous pop ups all the the same a.trust-core.xyz but pointing to to other security providers like Norton etc. My Malwarebytes professional and Windows scans show nothing. email@yahoo will not respond properly in Firefox and works perfectly in Opera browser. Also very SLOW to load many sites. Only the last few days. Is this a hack of some sort? More than yahoo issues as well. Just sayin'

Firefox has stopped working correctly. I have to go to help and trouble shooting and REFRESH FIREFOX in order for it work. When I open it I get the image below. No matter if I click on the favorite bar links or just the default open page which is www.youtube.com. Doesn't matter. I'm using windows 11 and the other browsers I'm using work fine. Opera, Chrome and Edge. Only Firefox is having this issue. If it doesn't get corrected soon I'm done with Firefox.

Firefox becomes unresponsive; task freeze and tabs cannot be closed. Only way to resolve is end Firefox task from task manager. Windows 11 64 bit, 64 bit Firefox. Task manager shows high cpu usage prior to ending Firefox. Task manager shows many iterations of Firefox being active. CPU usage is in excess of 2.4Gb out of 16Gb installed on the system. Extensions include adblock plus, stick password, rakuten, Facebook container: two plugins enabled by default in Firefox widevine decryption manager, openh264.

My bookmarks list contains at least five bookmarks toolbars, five recent tags, multiple and five Other Bookmarks folders. The folders in the various Other Bookmarks folders are not all identical, and the contents of folders with the same name may differ somewhat. In different Other Bookmarks folders, there may be additional bookmarks that were never assigned to a folder. These apparently are not always carried forward to the newest version.

I assume that this mess has something to do with automatically-saved bookmark lists. I would like to clean it up expediently without losing data.

Clean-up questions: What is the most expedient way of making sure I have a single list containing all my folders, including those from previous lists? When folders are carried forward, I assume they they contain the same bookmarks. Is this a correct assumption? Or are some of these also deleted? If I delete a folder with a particular name from an earlier list, will that folder be deleted from all the other lists?

Right-clicking on a folder does not provide a Rename option. Is there some other way to do this? (I searched for How do I rename a bookmark folder? 18 pages of 'hits'. After 11 screens of useless information about bookmark problems, I gave up).

Prevention questions: I would like to avoid having the same thing happen in the future. What is it that determines whether a folder or a file is left behind?

I have a problem when I go to Amazon to look at a book. Sometimes, a veil comes over the page, and I can't click on anything. And after this starts, I can go back to a book that worked fine, and now it gets veiled up. If I get to other Amazon pages, this doesn't happen. Restarting the computer, at times, doesn't help.

Current Firefox updated, Windows 10 Up to date. Current Norton 360. Desktop Computer.

Any Ideas?

bold texti had to reinstall windows and had trouble remembering my password and had no idea that resetting the password would refresh or wipe clean all my saved tabs and passwords. This is aster-nine to think you browser gave no warning that this would happen.. I need my links, my tabs, password. No I had no other sync's, don't think I ever set a key. This is straight up stupid. I need to recover my account!!bold text

I am very disturbed to find out when attempting to log onto the account/ bill payment page of the water utility Pennsylvania American Water - I got a message page that they now only allow access using Google Chrome - nothing else. This presumably all the other American Water Company utilities throughout the USA.

I dont want to install Google Chrome - even my phone is largely de-googled and used Firefox for Android.

Can someone at a high level in Firefox development perhaps contact American Water about this?
