Hello everyone,

I hope this message finds you well. I am having an issue with Mozilla Firefox on my Chromebook. Lately, I have noticed that the browser has been crashing frequently and taking a long time to load pages. I have tried clearing the cache and cookies, but that hasn't seemed to help.

Has anyone else experienced this issue with Firefox on a Chromebook? If so, what steps did you take to resolve the problem? Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Details of my setup: Chromebook Laptop - IdeaPad Flex 3i Chromebook (15” Intel) Operating system: Chrome OS Mozilla Firefox version: Firefox, v109. 0.1

Hey, I thought I had Firefox but my page looks different and I entered the new password code and nothing kicks me back into a circle. Unsure just what to do. Tried to reload the browser and no joy.

I thought I had firefox, however it seems not to be there as a browser and tried to down load and update your site said updated. I filled in a new password and you sent me a number to put in and I received no response?

Msn is my home page. It will not load when I open Firefox. It just stopped 2 days ago. My internet is working and my home settings for Firefox are set to msn.com

I need to recover the version of firefox I just deleted. There were two listings of firefox in my programs list and I deleted the older one thinking firefox must have done an update today but I deleted all my passwords, bookmarks and everything about the version I was using. How do I get it back?

I'm trying to play Bejeweled Blitz on Facebook and it keeps telling me to update adobe flash player which is no longer supported. How do you guys fix this problem?

Hey guys! I work for a chiropractic office that requires a chiropractic software and it can only be downloaded through the firefox ESR web browser. I've done this many times on our older mac but we just purchased a much newer one for the office. Every time I try to download it on the new one there is just an invisible box that comes up once I open it. No way for me to use it. I've done this 6 or 7 times and it's the same outcome every time. I contacted Apple to see if it was on their end but they said to mention to Firefox support that I have the M1 chip on this computer and to ask for a link from you guys that supports that chip. The chiropractic software is very particular on what browser I can download on. Thanks for the help, guys!

I recently got a Windows 11 PC. Firefox behaves differently than on my old Windows 7. This raises some questions. I hope you can help...

When I start Firefox, the little house icon is present. This permits me to rapidly go “home.” However, when I browse to a website, it disappears. How do I keep it available at the top left of the screen when I browse to a website.

How do I add tabs?

I do not want to use the address bar to search. How do I stop this?

The start icon in Windows 11 defaults to Edge. How can I modify this to default to Firefox?

I added UblockOrigin, but I do not see it at the top right. How can I get access to the program?

FYI, I plan to dual boot Linux Mint, and I will use it far more than Windows 11.

I am being prompted to update Firefox on my Mac but when downloaded, it says that it is broken and should be put in the trash. I don't know how to fix the problem and the articles are not clear to me.

Suddenly today i am not able to download things from my browser from 2 different websites. i even tried to disable my antivirus and firewall protection. it just showed "failed"

I believe I have the necessary system requirements to download and run the browser. Can someone call me (happy to give you my number) or text or chat with me to fix it?
