Can you suggest firefox browser settings that might be getting in my way? PNC bank suggested turning off my malwarebytes protection in order to use their site! Not an answer that makes sense to me.

I will also try to contact malwarebytes for their suggestions.

my mozilla vpn isn't working. Been using it fine for a year or so. Got a new debit card. I think that was the start of the problem. Said it couldn't find my account, however I can log onto firefox fine in the web browser. the vpn app redirects me to a web page to pick out my plan, i click on a plan and i get the error "problem loading invoice preview". Been like that for a few days. so I am unable to add my payment information. the web page showing the error's address starts as "https://subscriptions.firefox.com/products/prod_FvnsFHIfezy3ZI?device_id" I have tried loading it in both the firefox browser and the brave browser. I believe i am windows 10.

This script (without the brackets) is being added to my WordPress site Text Editor. I substituted the long string of numbers with the words ... a very long guid ...

I have contacted all developers of plugins for WordPress and now I realize it only happens when I edit my site in Firefox. It does not happen in Chrome or Safari, these 2 browsers do not produce this script. It also occurred to me that moz is short for Mozilla (not Moz the SEO expert).

If I only click into a text editor while editing my site the script is added to the text editor!! I have disabled most of my Firefox addons and it still happens. Please advise. What is this?

I go to youtube, open a video and the audio plays just fine, except there is no visual. The video says its playing and I can hear it normally but I can't see anything. Subtitles show up, but the place where the video is supposed to be is just blank, the same as the background of the page. Weirdly if I click the settings button on youtube, the one next to the sign in or account button, the video will display as long as that menu is up. If I close the menu the video goes away.

I have refreshed firefox, deleted and reinstalled firefox, removed all my extensions, turned hardware acceleration off (and then back on when it didn't work) as was recommended in a similar post a few years ago, and restarted my computer. Youtube still won't show me a video. It works fine on chrome, just not firefox.

I uploaded a screenshot of an ad, which doesn't play but shows the outline of the video player, a screenshot of a normal video where the area the video should be in is just more indistinct background, a screenshot of the video appearing normally when I have the settings menu open, and a screenshot of the captions loading properly over an empty void.

Edit: I installed the Enhancer for Youtube extension? Which I haven't ever installed beofre? And now Youtube works? Why

2nd Edit: Its broken again. I changed literally nothing, just restarted my computer for an update but im getting blank screens again

Office Depot.com continually says site maintenance on Firefox, but on Chrome it works fine. Only about half of my pages in the https://hopenow.breezechms.com app will load (just see a blank page), but work fine in Chrome How do I get them to work so I don't have to constantly switch back and forth. In Ebay - Print invoices link opens print preview window inside page -> I can view document (invoice) then click print button to open print window -> window opens but the document is blank, just a white page, no text. If I click print, it just prints a blank page. I can download the document as PDF from print preview page and this prints ok but I can't print directly from the ebay page. This only happens in Firefox. Works ok in Edge and Chrome. I have uninstalled Firefox including profiles etc and re-installed, problem still exists. I can print shipping labels via Ebay just not invoices. No issues with printing anything from any other ebay page or other websites.

I'm running 113.0.2 (64-Bit) on Ubuntu Focal.

I just wanted to log into my bahn.de account, got prompted with a hcaptcha which I correctly answered and then got an "503 Service Unavailable" error. The problem is reproducible each time I try. It was working fine when I last tried about 2 weeks ago. I tried disabling addons and tracking protection, deleted cache + cookies + login data as well as cookie files, reset Firefox - no change. Fun fact: The login is working without issues and interestingly even without captcha showing up in Opera and Epiphany (Gnome web browser).

Any suggestions for debugging would be very much welcome. Any hint on why the hcaptcha shows up in Firefox and not in Opera and Epiphany is much appreciated, too.

Hello! Recently switched from Chrome to Firefox. I wanted to get browser push notifications from Facebook, specifically Messenger, but it won't toggle on for some reason. When I refresh the page, it's still off. I've allowed Facebook.com permission to send notifications, cleared cookies and cache, and even uninstalling Firefox extensions, but no luck. Any help?

(may have the wrong 'topic' from drop-down list) MacOS Ventura 13.4 I've tried this with Safari, Chrome and now Opera - FireFox is the only one that gets an error: "We’re sorry. Due to technical issues we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later."

This happens when on the TD bank site when I try to get to my "Statements & Documents" session. I've contacted TD and they won't provide what is going on to cause the above error to be generated, and because other browsers aren't having a problem it's now a Firefox issue.

I'm not sure how to proceed since I can't get further details from TD bank and don't see what needs to change to allow Firefox to work.

Any suggestions as to what setting or debugging I can try appreciated.

Logged into Twitch, can see and type in chat, but video and audio do not work. This happens on my Main Twitch account as well as my alternate. I do not have this issue with Google or Edge.

I just upgraded to windows 10 and have been restoring my computer to functional status. I have found that discord, tiktok and several other sites will not play videos on firefox. I have tried troubleshooting mode and private so i know it is across the board. I have also tried using addons to fix the problem to no avail.

Firefox does not display custom fonts for any website online or webpage offline. This has been going on for months from update to update and I'm unable to fathom what could be wrong. I recently uninstalled the browser completely wiping out every folder or file that was remotely connected to Firefox and Mozilla. But on a clean reinstallation the problem persists. I'm using Windows 10 and I've had no font display issues with any other browser. To be honest, I've had font display issues with Firefox for years with any number of my own custom fonts refusing to display in it online and offline. I chalked it up as some corruption in those font files Firefox and no other browser was sensitive to. But this is something way beyond that. Any clues?

Firefox doesn't display blur effect in websites. In the below images Image 1 : apple.com ( Firefox ) Image 2 : apple.com ( Chrome ) Image 3: twitter.com ( Firefox ) Image 4 : twitter.com ( Chrome) It also happens in telegram where right click menu shows blur effect

Certain websites (see attached images) aren't loading banner ads or letting my view a site's gallery properly. This is only happening on Firefox - other browsers work fine. I have tried disabling extensions, Troubleshoot Mode, resetting my preferences, and changing settings that I thought would help, but nothing seems to work.

In the attached images, I have shown what I am seeing on Firefox, compared to what I am seeing on several other browsers.
