After the latest update (Monday) my Lastpass extension icon disappeared from the extension toolbar. It was still listed in the Add-ons and themes page. How do I get it visible again? I've tried to right click the Lasspass icon but "pin it" does not appear. I've deleted the extension, rebooted and reinstalled with no difference.

Hello, recently I've been having issues where if misclick anywhere on the title bar (even in the small space between bookmarks) firefox will minimize/restore when I didn't want it too. How do I disable this in about:config?

I can't find a way to disable tabs scrolling. This is highly confusing, I have to always look for my tabs and do extra clicks and scrolling. This is very distracting. Also those two buttons - "<" & ">" - they occupy extra space. The left one is especially annoying because I expect a "+ new tab" button to be there. I don' want to test/use this new experimental feature, how can I turn this off? Thank you.

I have added many add-ons, some of them are visible in the screenshot. But i can't pin them to the toolbar. And therefore not able to use them. For some reason only three of them are visible when i click the plugin button in the toolbar and only one of them namely 'ublock origin' is pinned by default. I have tried many things but still not able to pin any plugin

Currently, when I try and open downloaded .txt files and .log files (that is, when I click on them directly from the download pop-up that appears at the top-right of the browser), Firefox inexplicably opens Aegisub on my machine as the app to use. This is in contrast to when I open it directly from within my file browser, where it opens the Kate text editor, as suggested by the default app option in the permissions of the filetype.

How do I change the apps Firefox uses to open downloaded files? I've tried going into my settings and looking at applications, but .txt and .log don't appear, so I'm not quite sure what to do.

I'm on Kubuntu 22.04.3 LTS, using the Firefox deb package.

The attached photo shows the startup page that appeared today, yesterday that page had 12 of my most frequent websites loaded in place of the ones you see now. This page keeps changing on me and it's infuriating to have to remake it every few months.

So does anyone know of or can recommend a translator Addon that works like what is implemented in Chrome that can translate on-the-fly? If not exactly but can do close to what Chrome can do?

I've tried going into Full Screen mode three different ways:

• Clicking the green MacOS button in the upper left of the window
• In the Firefox menu in the upper right, to the right of the Zoom choice I click the full screen icon
• Pressing Command+Shift+F

But whatever way I do it, I still see the tab bar, address bar, and bookmarks toolbar rather than a true full screen. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

When you go into 'Manage Bookmarks' and click on 'Import/Backup Bookmarks' is there a way to clear out the list of files listed when you hover over 'Restore ->' which brings up the list of recent bookmark files that you have restored?

mouse pointer is nice size in general but becomes VERY small when I go into websites. this happens when i use either floorp or firefox but is fine when i use chrome( would rat5her not use google). i just don't see where I can fix this in Firefox settings

in the firefox browser is there any way to see the casting the browser screen to chromecast on tv. similar to 'cast to media device' in edge browser or chrome browser.

Whenever I use the picture in picture feature, it always opens up in a bigger tab instead of the floating PiP. I am unable to adjust the sizing whatsoever. Is there a way to get around that?

Ever since the latest update, the picture-in-picture function stopped working properly. If I activate it, the video will automatically go to full screen, and I need to press the full screen button multiple times to move it down to a small box. I am using Firefox on a Mac laptop.

I currently have a 'bad/rouge' session of Windows 7 Firefox (don't really know how that happened) open (7 'Windows', each with one empty Tab plus 1 'Window', with only 1 populated tab (Yahoo Mail)! I need to close Firefox in order to restart my laptop (strange things have been happening, including not being able to access the internet)!! On restarting, I want to be able to open Firefox with the previous session I had with my 8 'Windows', each with dozens and dozens of Tabs! Please help, I sorely need those many 'Windows' and Tabs!!!

Firefox 126 has changed the tabbar tab background handling and I cannot find a way to get my graphical tab background back for the selected tab. The left image shows FF 125.3; the left 126.0, which installed itself yesterday. In the userchrome for the old Firefox I have:

This gave me the differentiated selected and unselected tabs but does not work for the selected tab in the new Firefox. Any ideas how I have to specify this now?

[I am making this post using the older version of Firefox. If I get some suggestions I'll reinstall the newer version (actually turn auto update back on) and try them out. Thanks.]
