browsing website (reddit or amazon for example), the window scrolls to the top every time I move the mouse. doesn't happen all the time though, and only in Firefox. I've serached the internet and can't find anything related. Please help

I tried to delete my primary password online, but system would not allow me to do so. I have exhausted all avenues to seek help, but to no avail. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Tmg3842@yahoo.com

I'm having trouble with Firefox where images aren't loading on some websites, even though they display fine in other browsers. I've tried clearing the cache and restarting Firefox, but the issue persists.

Is there anything else I can try to fix this problem and get images to load properly?

When the little yellow man is placed on to the map, and a direction arrow is clicked, the view just continues to spin round. Clicking on the 'X' in the top right hand corner terminates street view. This does not happen with other browsers.

My OS is Debian 12, Firefox is the latest version 115.9.1esr (64bit).

The pinned shortcuts on my newtab page have all disappeared once again. I've gone to about:config > browser.newtabpage.pinned and my shortcuts are all listed. But only blank boxes show up on the page. It will not accept a new entry when I try to enter one. It goes back to the blank white box. Why does this keep happening? Can anyone give me a Firefox for Dummies way to fix this?? Thanks!

How can I get access to my own site again? I have been able to access joycefitch.com for years but today I can no longer access it from Firefox.

Everything is gone….bookmarks, passwords, history on my desktop computer and I have no idea why. I opened Firefox and the home page was different and then noticed nothing was the same. I dl Firefox again, no help, same result. I do have my desktop synced to my iPad and laptop but I’m concerned they will import from the desktop and get wiped out. Is there a way to sync from the laptop to the desktop? I am at a complete loss on how to fix this. I do run a backup on this computer. Would that help? Restore point?

I installed Firefox on a new Dell laptop and imported the bookmarks from FF on old laptp. On my old laptop things are OK. On the new laptop Firefox will ONLY store new bookmarks in the Recently Book... folder, no matter how many times I choose a specific folder from the Location dropdown, even if I only choose Bookmarks Menu without subfolder. Show Editor is checked. I have to manually move new bookmarks from Recently Book..... This is annoying. Can you help? I have not found a forum with this question.

Hello. I have put my language everywhere on the settings which is latvian. For possible translations i have only put english. Some pages, for example, whatsapp web is showing in russian ( i mean the app data for sure, not the messages), also some homepages i use open automatically in russian. How can i put latvian by default or if its not available for the homepage, put english automatically?

I am unable to get printing to work correctly using Firefox with Epson POS TM-T20 thermal printers we have a work.

We're currently running Firefox on Debian 12. I've tried both the ESR version that comes with the Debian repository and the latest Firefox as a flatpak.

When printing to the receipt printer, the only thing that is printed is the left-hand most part of the logo and a little part of the text and this occurs towards the right-hand side of the paper. I've changing all of the settings, resetting the settings for the print in about:config, but nothing seems to work.

I'd love to get this working so that staff could use Firefox. I'm attaching an image of what the print job looks like and a screenshot of what the print-preview shows.

I frequently attempt to open news articles or other pages requiring form fill-in but instead get a page that advises me to disable an adblocker. I have no idea what Firefox (yes, up-to-date) uses or how I could set it to allow pop-ups for a particular site. Help!

How do I open a tab without opening a new window?

We have used Firefox for access to certain sites for years. Recently, we wanted access to particular sites, but the info boxes needed would now not allow entries. Then, we went to Chrome and there was no problem entering the info. Please provide a response to resolve these issues of Firefox not allowing data entry, but Chrome allowing data entry for the same sites.

SAS booking site blocks me when I try to book flights because it thinks I'm a BOT. I was advised by SAS to use Microsoft Edge and I didn't have any problems. I've used Firefox for years and I don't want to change to Edge. Thanks Neil Tarbet

For several sites, when i check 'trust this device' it doesn't work. next time i signin it still requires 2fa from the site. i've checked and the certificates do exist as i get a message saying already exists when i try to import. this is a very user hostile function. I do not have this issue with Chrome or Microsoft Edge!!!!! i hate to begin using one of these vs Mozilla Firefox to get around this but i may have to do so. my wife and i share access to critical sites so if i need to see her info or she needs to see mine, we both have to be available in order to access the site. Mozilla Firefox 'bug' is requiring us to do so and it doesn't satisfy our requirements. any ways to solve this issue is greatly appreciated. so far no 'searched' solutions work.

When I right click the taskbar and press close Firefox, here comes the interface just as the screenshot uploaded. The blue close button doesn't response no matter how I click it and the Firefox's taskbar is flashing yellow. This bug only occurs on the first window of Firefox and only when user right click the taskbar.

It has been a long time for me wishing that some updates would be released soon to fix this issue, while noting happens. Or this bug is only for me?
