Hi, first the last update tried a few times over some days to install. Never got confirmation that it has been installed successfully. When I go to "About Firefox" I'm getting the information that I'm using the latest version.

Now I have problems, mainly when using facebook (especially when I try to play games through facebook) that Firefox uses enormous amounts of CPU and Memory. This does not happen all the time but at least in 70% of tries. I attached 2 screenshots

If this happens I'm not able to close Firefox the normal way but have to kill the process in the task manager.

Any quick help would be appreciated. I would also like to know if I'm the only one experiencing this or if it's a common problem.

Windows 10. Weird glitch.

If I use Wondershare UniConverter's downloader function to download a video, as soon as the download starts, all Firefox open windows close. This is a recent thing, the last couple of weeks or so. I have reinstalled Firefox and UniConverter. The first time I tried it after reinstalling UniConverter, all was well. But the same issue has shown up again. I have tried rebooting my PC to no effect.

Any bright ideas welcome!

There seems to be something specific to the Phlearn site and Firefox which prevents videos from auto advancing. They either recommence the just completed video or revert to an earlier one.

It takes forever for my home page (MSN) to load when I first start Firefox. Can that process be speeded up? I suspect there's a way to get my home page to load faster. Can someone help? Thank you, Firefox.
