Been trying to reslove a issue i've noticed since updating to the latest firefox version that was released this week. Never had a problem before. Chrome and Edge load and play stream normally. Updated all the normal things like drivers for audio and video card, reinstalled Firefox with a new profile, no add ons etc, turned hardware acceleration on and off, still get the same issue.

System is overpowered so its not down to it running slow or being old and also intenet connection is fine and I'm cabled in before anyone asks the "Have you turned it on and off questions :)"

Going to try and downgrade to the version before and see it fixes the issue and hope its resloved in the next hotfix.

It should be noted that this problem is related to streams and not normal videos, however someone on this forum posted problems with lagging videos, so maybe related.

I as annoyed by Save As WebP, because image was png and every time i need to write extension .png

getting 404 error only on one site. I have been using this site with FF for 3yrs no problems. Tried safe mode. Tried adding PB_stuff at the end of address. Site still works with Chrome and Windows browsers

I have ver 92 on a Win7 PC. I cannot add web site short cuts to home page. None of the suggestions out on web help.

on the blank "tiles" on home page, there is the 3 dots, but no option to edit. somehow I got one of these tiles filled out/in, but I cannot repeat it. I believe I dragged from bookmarks, does not now.

Is it possible to have folders with a lot of bookmarks displayed in multiple columns, instead of the scroll arrow?

Side question, is it possible to reduce bookmark list item thickness? I like the redesign, but the bookmarks are super thick, would much prefer the old, thin ones.

I cannot open or download any attachments (.pdf, .doc, .jpg, etc.) attached to my AOL emails. This just started today. I didn't update Firefox today. I did not change any settings. What is happening???

Recently (late Sept. 2021) on nearly every new website I go to, Firefox message says it prevented page from loading, and I have to click on allow. How can I stop this? It is very annoying.

Firefox sign in button does nothing when clicked. Same happens for the drop down menu and in the settings window. I have all extensions disabled, still nothing happens when I click the sign in button. Perhaps it is a problem with multiple profiles because sign in works when I open Firefox to my alternate profile. I would like to sign in to Firefox through my default profile. Thanks in advance to anyone who may be able to help.

Whenever I open Firefox's settings there are some weird underlines on some letters on some things. I would like to know what their purpose is and why they exist. Nothing more, nothing less. I am on Pop!_OS 21.04, Gnome version 3.38.5, windowing system is X11, Firefox version 92.0, Mozilla Firefox for Ubuntu Canonical - 1.0.

Before I close the Firefox browser i go to Settings>Clear Data> Cookies & Site Data>Cached Web Content. I clear all and the Cached Web Content is lowered to 45kb. History is deleted. There is nothing in Manage Data or Manage Exceptions. The computer is turned off. A day later the computer is turned on and Cached Web Content is 2Mb.

Windows Defender anti-virus malware scan and full scan have been run. The computer is up to date, Win 10 Home, version 21H1, OS build 19043.1237.

Any idea what is causing Cached Web Content to grow from 45kb to 2 Mb when the computer is turned off?

Hello, I use dark mode extensions extensively :) and I really dislike light mode pages. However, Mozilla pages refuse to be changed due to the fact that they are "protected" by default.

I don't really care for this protection. Can it be disabled?

Normally, when I click on a link that connects to a file, I'll get an option window allowing "Save" or "Open with". A few days ago, FF is defaulting to "Save" The same operation in Chrome still returns the option window.

Is there a setting I need to change?

after the latest update to FF 92.0 the bookmarks which are organized in folders enlarged its line space between. Unfortunately very less bookmarks can be seen at once. How can I set the spaces between those bookmarks?

Using version 92.0 After initial log in, F.Fox is very slow to move to other web sites, sometimes just locks uip. Never had problem before version 92.0 Does not happen on Chrome/Edge But I like F.Fox Solution?

Hi Netflix wont play sound works in Edge. I have 2 screens set up and moved firefox back to my main screen and sound stopped. Tried everything no go. ie logged out restated etc win 10. thanks.

Until fixed guess I will watch Netflix in edge!

ps no error messages and yet Netflix sound is on etc...

I have attempted to follow the import steps, select the three lines (top right corner) > Passwords > Click on the three dots (right hand corner) > Import from another Browser > Safari. However, it only shows the Bookmark data to import. I would appreciate any input on how to import the login and password data from Safari to Firefox, please.

• Bulleted list item-Running the latest version of Firefox 92.0.1.(64 Bit)
• Bulleted list item - Running Version 15 of Safari.

As the subject shown, there are some wrong things happened on UI appearance, and hard to describe. Does anyone know to fix the problem to let pages display properly as the Chrome shown?

When I installed an addons, I don't see it in the overflow menu or anywhere in the toolbar. When I entered the Customize Toolbar page, I only saw my other addons, but my new addon is nowhere in sight, making it useless. I have seen lots of solution to this, but they doesn't work for me. I'm running the latest update of Firefox and my Firefox is not set to Automatic Private Browsing. Please help!
