Hi all 👋 I'm using the Universal Credit website - https://www.universal-credit.service.gov.uk When I receive a message, sometimes there's a radio button to "Reply", which initially opens in the center of the page as normal, but as soon as I place the cursor in the box, it shoves it off to the side and shrinks it. This has been going on for a while, but as I found work for the last 6 months, I haven't been interacting with the site. I had to reply this morning and had the same issue, so I thought to try opening it in Chrome and had no such issue.

Before I go down the Nuclear route with the "Refresh" option, as I have enough on my plate already, does anyone understand this issue and have any idea for a fix for me, please?

Since doing an update on the Firefox browser, I am unable to access one specific website that had no issues prior. The website that is no longer available to open in Firefox is owned/managed by an organization outside of the USA. After 3 or 4 days of attempting to open this specific website, I launched a Google browser and had no trouble opening the website. I am hoping that Mozilla is not going to the culture of suppressing religious freedoms by deciding which websites can and can not be accessed on that basis.

Kroger web site will not open with fire fox but will open with google chrome. It is my survey site http: not https. I have this setting under privacy and settings. Hello, Since the version 128 (x86_64) on Windows 11, SSH links are no more opened with the user. The link tooltip at the bottom of the screen is showing the link without the user too. Ex: ssh://root@10.0.1.1 -> will open ssh://10.0.1.1 instead. Thank you in advance

Hi! When I bring up my Firefox browser it automatically shuts down and comes up again with two issues: 1. Do you want to restore pages? 2. A red striped URL with the little robot and the error message: browser is under remote control reason devtools

Recently, Chase seems to have disabled autocomplete on their login pages (www.chase.com and secure.chase.com). Saved usernames and passwords no longer auto-populate. Yet, Chrome and Edge have been unaffected. Can anyone at Mozilla address this?

Something funny started happening, but only recently. I cannot reach the Super Micro website, or any of it's sub-pages (https://www.supermicro.com) in normal mode. Though when using private mode, I can. I've already cleared cache and cookies, removed add-ons and add blockers and tinkered with the settings.

Hoping you can help me because I need this website multiple times a day for my job and I don't fancy using 2 browsers, Firefox being my favourite one.

As of today and today only Firefox refuses to show my homepage like it's supposed to, and instead it only shows some strange webpage I have never seen before saying "Account not found".

I opened my website on Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Safari, and Firefox on my iPhone with zero issue. However, I have check Firefox for desktop on two different computers, and been shown the same page.

I have already cleared my cache, history and cookies. I also uninstalled Firefox and did a fresh install, only to have the same problem.

I'm just really confused what happened as this has never happened before. I got scared someone hijacked my website, but that wouldn't make sense since it's working on everything but Firefox on my desktop. I've just never seen this "Account not found" page before and this page has nothing to do with my website, domain, or hosting. My website and domain are all on Squarespace.

I was told my bank that there has been an issue with firefox since the last upgrade. I can sign into my account, but if I try to do anything or click on anything, the site locks up and I can not do anything except for sign out. They told me that it was on your end and that you needed customers to reach out. It's becoming frustrating that I can't use firefox for this application. I can get into my account and do what needs to be done with other browsers. What can you do on your end. The bank is Mission Federal Credit Union. Thank you! I am having issues signing in to the playstation store using firefox. It works on edge (although I have the same issue in ungoogled chromium). I have tried refreshing but that didn't work. I uninstalled it and deleted all mozilla folders in appdata, then tried again without signing in to my mozilla account on a fresh install but i'm still having the issue. It might be a windows configuration issue because I don't see why this would work on edge but not on firefox. I've tried disabling all cookie and tracking protection features but I still have the same issue.

Using FF 115.12.0esr from openSuse 15.5. Get responses from various web sites that the browser needs an update, that it is no longer supported, etc. Some sites block me out. Another site just now reported the version of my FF is 102--so no wonder it has problems. How can I change the version number that web sites see to reflect the actual update level? Dies ist ein reines Firefox-Problem. EDGE oder CHROME zeigen die entsprechenden Seiten fehlerfrei an. Insofern kann auch die Rechner-/Betriebssystem-Konfiguration nicht die Ursachen sein.

Es liegt auch offenbar nicht an den Sicherheitseinstellungen von Firefox, die wurden bereits aktiviert/deaktiviert wie in allen Hilfstexten vorgeschlagen.

We have been maintaining a set of tools for Science Olympiad Code Busters (https://toebes.com/codebusters/) that generate and print tests.

When we print the tests using other browsers (Chrome, Edge) we are able to get consistent formatting and output such that the page fits on the sheet of paper and text is rendered cleanly. However, in the past year or so we have received complaints from Firefox users that it doesn't format and print well.

I was able to confirm that it indeed produces less than ideal output with Firefox and spent several hours to reduce the problem to a single self contained file that I have run through the W3c validator to ensure that there is no un-toward HTML.

If you load the file in Firefox and then print, you will notice several issues: 1) The names of participants table ends up wider than the page. 2) The Score table on the first page is off the right hand edge of the page. 3) The header for the second page (Page 1) is on a page by itself 4) The footer for the second page (Page 1) is near the top of the third page 5) The text for the timed question appears too high on the page 6) The text for the timed question is in a slightly larger font such that it wraps early. 7) Similar problems are on the last page, with the header appearing nominally in the correct place 8) The footer for the last page is on a page by itself.

Note that I have experimented with multiple options for the print scale and margins, for purposes of comparison I set the margins to .5" all around and forced the scale to 100% in all three browsers.

Is there some other option or tweaking that I am missing to get this to work properly on Firefox?

I am unable to login to a single microsoft service on firefox with my school account. It infinitely redirects to a different link and says "Sorry we're unable to sign you in" and I cannot even access the login page for microsoft office 365. I cleared all cookies and cache and even recreated my account 3 times and reinstalled fresh firefox 5 times. Nothing works.

For the past couple weeks, comments on WSJ articles and opinions have not shown up in Firefox. They show up just fine if I use Edge. I'm running Firefox 128.0.2 on a Windows 10 computer.

I run uBlock origin. I tried disabling it, but that has no effect on the problem.

Problem loading images on Home Depot website. It happens when you want detailed images of a product. This is not just one linux distribution. Its many of them. In the case of Ubuntu same problem with Snap version. Whether .deb or Snap doesn't matter.

I've got a test machine with 10 ssd's in it. I switched over to Ubuntu 24.04 that I installed/configured several months ago. Before updating I checked Firefox. It was version 125. No problems with Home Depot. Updated system. Firefox updated to 128.0. Home Depot wouldn't load images anymore. Did all the usual stuff like disabling a couple of extensions. There are only two. Adblock Plus and Weather. Other than that no changes to Firefox that would be a problem.

I've got Google Chrome installed on these machines too. Home Depot no problem. Images of product load and display fine.

I don't order much on Home Depot so using Google Chrome is not a problem for me. But it is annoying and I know I'm not the only one. Seen it posted in a few forums with no resolution. Also, I have not had any problems with Amazon or Lowes website.They are similar in that they display detailed images of each product. I'm not implying that Home Depot is the only one. Just that its the only one I have discovered. If I recall correctly 127.x may have been where it started. The general images of many products don't seem to be a problem.
