Could you tell me what kind of situation will result in all extensions can't use and how to solve it? Actually I want to use "IE View We", but it not works. I also try to lower my safety level of browser, or added some extensions which recommend by Firefox. It would be great if I can get a feedback in Chinese. Thank you.

I had a background image for the new tab page that has suddenly stopped working, it just displays a white screen. I clicked the 'reset to default' button next to 'Wallpapers' on the new tab page to try to fix the problem but nothing happens. No wallpapers show up under that section either where it used to be when it was working. I've restarted Firefox and the same thing happens. I have not enabled any third party CSS wallpaper.

Apart from that, everything else is working as it should. I'm sort of a computer-idiot so if anyone could please use layman's terms it would be very much appreciated!

Since last night upon searching Firefox crashes. It will load known url address, but searching simple and complex items I get the message: Gah. Your tab just crashed. I can see for a split second the results but then the crashed screen appears.

This just started to occur last night. I have downloaded the most current version of Firefox and then when that did not resolve the issue I removed the app from my Mac and downloaded a fresh version, however, this did not do anything to resolve the current issue.

Recently I cleared my Firefox browser history. After doing that, I can no longer sign into Amazon.com website. What am I doing wrong? Here is the message I'm getting:

Why am I having trouble loading websites using firefox as browser but no problems with Edge. Unless you straighten your act out I am defintiely leaving firefox.

Hi! I have a question about the syncing/history with FireFox. So for some context, I have two laptops, a personal laptop and a school/work laptop. I use the same FireFox account on both of them for convenience, however, I don't want the things from my personal laptop (ex. social media) to show up as recommended when I search for things in a tab on my work laptop. I already turned off the related sync settings, but I think since I synced my history before I turned them off, the websites from my main laptop are still showing up. My main question is- would I be able to clear my history on my work laptop without deleting the cookies/usage information from my main laptop (as I know this would log me out)? Or is my best bet to make a different FireFox account for my work laptop?

In recent weeks when I open my Macbook and go to https://meet.google.com, the page that loads says "404. That’s an error. The requested URL was not found on this server. That’s all we know." The issue is only on Firefox and not Chrome or Safari. When I see the error page, I look at the URL and it has the word "unsupported": https://meet.google.com/unsupported?meetingCode=landing&ref=https://meet.google.com/landing

So I dragged firefox to the trash, reinstalled and the issue persisted. I do not have a VPN. I'm using my own Wifi at home. If I switch to my desktop computer (m2 mac ultra) and go to the same Google Meet URL, I don't get a 404 error on firefox, however no one can hear my microphone any more as of 1 month ago, when I didn't have this issue in the past and I've done everything that everyone has told me to (in order to fix it) and nothing has worked.

I have a new computer and I want to reinstall my previous FIREFOX browser that has all of my bookmarks with it. I know my password and I have a recovery key. I need simple directions on how to reinstall and how do I make sure I have my bookmarks? Also, on my last FIREFOX browser,when I opened it I had FOX NEWS that appeared. I need to know how to have FOX NEWS come up when I launch FIREFOX. I would really appreciate your help.

I currently run MS10. I do not like MS software but use its OS. I do not want to use MS11 when MS10 is no longer provided with security upgrades by microsoft. Will Mozilla Firefox browser run without problems on either Linux or ChromeOSFlex? If so, which OS is recommended by this community?

After Firefox updated my browser version to 129.0, my username and password no longer work on my credit card website. I contacted tech support at the credit card banking site through a live phone call. I told them about the upgrade and also that I can use firefox on my iphone to login successfully. I don't know what version is currently on my iphone but it does work there. This problem is specifically on my Macmini . I also can login using same password and username on the Mac through Safari. Their tech support said the problem is with that version (129.0) Firefox web browser. What say You? Thanks.

All my Tabs are crashing. It began a few days ago. A pop up with the option to refresh my tab or all my Tabs pops up, but neither of them help. The browser is not usable. Please help.

Why isn't Homograph / homoglyph protection enabled by default? It's common sense. 99.9% of addresses only use simple ascii anyway.

Firefox 129.0.2 (64-bits) Windows 11 Pro 23H2 (22631.4037)

I have the Dutch and English dictionary installed and both show up in the context menu. But at random, only the Dutch dictionary is checked and the English one not. The Spellchecker then only uses the Dutch and I have to manually enable English again. This is really at random. For example on YouTube: I write a comment and English is checked. But another time on YouTube, English suddenly is not checked and have to enable it again in the context menu. So not a huge deal but still remarkable.

I'm very satisfied with the Containers. It separates my personal life from my office life.

But when the browser launches, the default page is container-less. I have to open another tab with a specific container to start browsing.

It would be best if the browser lets a user set a default Container per browser: - I'd like to set 'Work' Container as a default for my office PC - I'd like to set 'Privare' Container as a default for my personal PC
