I am so tired of this. I am continuously being blocked from webpages because Firefox says I am not able to access them. First it was Macy's website and now it is my bank website. I have just gotten a new computer this week, but it was occurring on my previous one. I am 71 years old and am not a computer whiz on these situations. I was able to access my bank account this morning but not now. Total bullcrap.I really liked Firefox, but if it continues I will switch to something else. I just received this error code. I have firefox as my default browser with Bitwarden extension. I use yahoo and sign in for browser. I also have outlook for email. Maybe a month back, when signing into yahoo, I would type in the first few letters and bitwarden login options would appear. They still do but selecting one seems to do nothing now. If I open bitwarden and try autofill from the login file, it says it cannot autofill, items must be copied and pasted. Its odd that in yahoo home page login the options appear but do not autofill as they used to maybe a month ago.

For whatever reason every time 'Firefox' browser goes down my email shuts down also. This did not happen prior to trashcan Win!!(recently installed). It's a pain in the ass having to reactivate 'Firefox' then contact my email server to reactivate my email service. Any assist is appreciated. TangoYankee in advance.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I'm recovering an older Firefox Sync Account. I can login on https://accounts.firefox.com. My password is valid. I cannot login within Firefox (activating Sync). It simply does not continue - After entering the E-Mail-Address and clicking the Button "Sign up or sign in". The browser network debug show no (obvious) communication error.

Please advise.

I noticed recently that my 'Add Shortcut' button has disappeared. I've been through other articles and they were of no help. I have 4 rows selected for shortcuts so theres no reason for it to be gone.

Firefox prevents going into hibernate mode. It only appears to blank screen until mouse is moved or lid moved. This happened on 3 year old dell and now on new lenovo. I've gotten around it by going into task manager and killing firefox before hibernating. This doesn't happen on a newly opened window. I've noticed that as you use it, in the task manager, (not sure of correct term) the amounts of firefox tasks/threads? increases but does not decrease when tabs are closed. Eventually hibernate stops until I kill the firefox program. I thought this might go away with new lenovo with twice the ram, but happens at same rate. If I forget to kill firefox, I end up with a dead battery. This doesn't happen with edge or other browsers I've tried.

I have returned to firefox after getting a new laptop, but I can only create 8 shortcuts on the home page. Initially I could only create 5, but 3 more opportunities to 'add a shortcut' randomly appeared. I have selected to have 4 rows of shortcuts and this setting remains, but still I cannot add any new shortcuts. How can I add more shortcuts please?

3 times now, my account has completely reset, forcing me to log into everything again and not working with the key that I copy and pasted and downloaded. I would like my old data back. Why does this keep happening?

Bank Login (a single bank) - This has worked fine for years but now there is a problem. I use FireFox password manager and it contains the user name and password and they are correct. When logging in the user name and password are shown and they are correct but the website says user name or password is incorrect. When I type in the user name it works. Why?

I'm on the local network. When I use Firefox to download a very small .docx file, the download gets stuck and doesn't move, taking a while to complete. But with Edge, it downloads almost instantly. Please help resolve this issue.
