HI, I've been having this problem with Firefox for the last two days. It does not display context and formatting of websites like Reddit, Mozilla, and sometimes YouTube. It has said many times that websites like youtube have an untrusted connection, and shockwave flash crashes. I tried uninstalling , cleaning, and reinstalling Firefox, I tried repairing it also.. I updated java, Flash, and shockwave. Did a complete scan of my computer with my Antivirus and Malwarebytes.

None of these problems are on Chrome or Edge.

I downloaded and installed Javascript but I am unable to get it to load. When I go to my addon settings it says it vulnerable and won't allow me to enable. I had problems with Firefox crashing lately, and it may have something to do with one of the plugins. So I checked the plugins I have, and I noticed that I have Java DT 8.0.660.18 installed, yet there is a warning that the plugin may be vulnerable. I have Windows XP, (yeah I know, stupid Microsoft doesn't support XP help anymore), and so getting the latest version of this will be tricky, let alone impossible. Should I change the setting in my Firefox to "never activate"?

Today just after the latest auto update to 32.0.1, firefox keeps crashing on certain websites. For example signing into gmail.com it crashes every single time.

I tried a complete reinstall with a complete wipe of everything firefox related in program files, various appdata folders and ran a registry cleaner in the middle as well. I disabled all plugins and extensions and tried safe mode also. No luck.

Firefox does not give any crash report. I checked about:crashes and the actual crash report folder in the appdata/roaming/mozilla/firefox/crash reports. Yes, crash reporter is enabled. I only get the windows crash report, which is as follows:

Hi all,

I'm using the latest version of FF 53.0.3 (32-bit) on Windows 7, and lately, every single tab loads slow with a momentary pop-up stating "a web page is slowing down your browser". The pages do end up loading, and I see others have this problem as well. I am wondering if it's because Flash (again using the latest version) no longer works as Firefox has done away with all add-ons?? Getting extremely frustrated with Firefox. I don't get these error pop-ups in Chrome!

While playing FarmVille 2 foxfire keeps hanging - says at top "not responding". I can load game and play for a few minutes but then hangs. Sometimes it hangs right after loading. Will not come back so I have to quit foxfire. I have been having the problem in last several weeks but yesterday it got really bad. I usually only had to restart foxfire once to get it to work. I have tried refreshing foxfire. Also disabling hardware acceleration. My plugins are up to date. My computer is only 1.5 years old and I have windows 10. I can play FV2 on Google Chrome and MSN edge but both are slow and jerky. I really prefer foxfire over the other ones.

my mozilla crashes even while on safe, I did disabled the add ons, I did re installed, I tried to find it this happened after some download, and run a malware software through several times. The first time I tried with safe, it lasted longer, I noticed a couple of times, that when I tried a new page I would not get the home page (which I listed as Google ) but got yahoo, so went looking for some strange software in the control panel, I did remove several that I barely used, but did not find anthing suspicious. During Log In to PayPal, after entering the CMS-sent text code (using PayPal's 2-factor login procedure), Firefox stalls while loading the next page, and continues trying to load, indefinitely. The page suggests "Try Again", if load attempt stalls, so I click "Try again", and then get the "Re-direct Error Message" that's shown in the attached screen capture.. I have re-tried the same scenario, several times, both yesterday and today, with the same results. Trying the same scenario in Google Chrome does not result in an error, and I've not had this error in any prior version of Firefox under Windows 10 Pro.

After updating the latest version of firefox which is 42.0 I have some problems related to java while using java based applets.

While the java applet begins, Browser show warning related to the java crash. For example " Java (TM) platform SE8U65 ,s busy or ...."

After downgrade the firefox version 42.0 to 41 and test the same scenario, the java applet is run without any problem.

So, how can I solve this java applet crash problem? Or, Is someone report this problem before? Or, do you have any solutions or patch that will be released at the following days?

I am waiting for your reply

Thanks

When I run a website that requires java in two tabs, then refresh the page back and forth between the tabs, the java plugin crashes every other refresh in one of the tabs. It only happens if i cycle and refresh between the tabs.

This has never been a problem before and started happening this week. It seems related to Firefox updating.

These are my last 5 crash reports:

Hi, I have gone through all the troubleshooting procedures you suggested to fix the problem of a script running that causes extreme slowness on my computers (I have 3 so it is not a computer issue). It only happens when I am looking at facebook posts in my email, or at least that is when it begins. My firefox is up to date, that is whenever I get an update from you it is installed. Firefox works fine so long as I am not going through my facebook posts in my email. The last time I did the troubleshooting process it cleared and messed up all my settings so I am not willing to do that again. I am looking for a real solution that will not cause a reset to all my settings but will enable me to actually look at my email without the computer creeping along. I have more than adequate internet service, I have AT&T Uverse 12 meg, so it is not my internet connection, I believe it is a problem with an incompatibility between firefox and maybe my email service (AT&T) and/or facebook. The solutions AT&T offered did not take care of the problem either, hence my letter to you. I have also eliminated any unnecessary programs at start-up so I do not think there is a conflict there. Please, what kind of solution do you have now? I did your troubleshooting process in March of this year.

Thank you for your consideration in this matter, Jenifer Stabler
