Since version 148.0b2 (64-bit), it's once again not possible to enter search terms in the search box of a new tab; instead, the browser searches in the address bar. I've had all the settings I found in the forums configured correctly for over five years, and they haven't changed. - browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.improvesearch.handoffToAwesomebar = False. Despite this, the search still occurs in the address bar. Now I'm back to the awful search in the address bar. How can I fix this? Please fix this bug as soon as possible.

Jetzt geht es aber wieder mit der Schrecklichen suchen in der Adresszeile los. Wie kann ich dies ändern? Bitte diesen Fehler (Bug) schnellst möglich beheben.

I'm making a barcode app. When I'm trying to print it the preview just shows a black rectangle on my barcode. My barcode is an svg The code basically adds that svg to an empty print window.

Developer edition seems to be blocking Today's Deals when browsing amazon.com. Regular firefox does not do this. Suggestion on what to do to fix it.

I uninstalled Firefox on my computer and reinstalled it, but when I logged in, the account couldn’t sync, it was as if the sync couldn’t retrieve any data from the server. Nothing happened at all.

On my Android phone, the data is still there, but when I tap “Synchronize now,” nothing happens either. I’ve tried signing out and signing back in multiple times, but still nothing works.

I also tried switching to a different computer and a different internet connection, but it still didn’t work.

What should I do now?

I'm on Developer Edition of Firefox. In previous versions of Firefox (Probably 132), I could share the window just fine, but since an update to either Teams or Firefox, it just results in a blank screen for viewers.

New addons on Firefox become blank on restarting the browser.

They return when I manually disable and enable them once.

How to fix this? Doesn't happen to older addons.

Whether a person clicks the fullscreen indicator or types F on the keyboard, the cursor will remain on screen as the video is playing until it is again moved. This also affects video played through the browser on steampowered.com. This issue appeared as of 143 and is still going strong in 144. This seems to be macOS specific as I am not noticing this behaviour on the Windows client. Could be a conflict with Tahoe.. I don't really know at this point.

There used to be a website where you could fire off a 'Firefox made me happy/sad' which is where I would've preferred to send this. So, have other people encountered this issue? And if so, are there any lasting solutions beyond wiggling the mouse?

This is the 4th time I've reported this problem. Here's the warning I get every day only after I have already been loading Newsmax pages with no problems:

There are no other sites in which I have this problem with FF x64 DE. In Edge, I see the newsmax pages load while the FF x64 DE https//newsmax.com xontinues to genberate the above message and fails to load the screen.

Please fix.

I keep receiving a popup seeming to be from McAfee security regarding a virus on my computer. It isn't from that security firm. The ad locks my system till I shut off and restart my computer. This is very annoying and occurs on all installed browsers. Is there anything I can do about this annoying thing?

I am having difficulty using Google Sheets within Firefox Developer Edition 144.0b4 (64-bit) on Linux Mint 22.2 Cinnamon. When I load any of my Google Sheets, I am unable to scroll. This includes when using a blank sheet.

I also have Firefox 143.0.1, which seems to still be functioning correctly.

Is there any addon or feature within addons management icon (from toolbar) to Disable Extensions and Apps in one-click like Chrome has via this addon?

I GOT TIRED OF FREQUENT FIREFOX CRASHES (C0000005) IN BOTH THE 64-BIT AND 32-BIT DESKTOP VERSIONS. I HAVE BEEN USING THE 64-BIT VERSION IN WINDOWS 11 (I HAVE A HIGH-END SAGER LAPTOP WITH 32GB RAM. I INSTALLED THE FREQUENT FIREFOX UPDATES BUT THE PROBLEN PERSISTED EVER SINCE VERSIONS 42X WERE RELEASED. I TRIED THE 32-BIT VERSION BUT THE PROBLEM PERSISTED. FINALLED, I TRIED THE DEVELOPER VERSION: NO MORE CRASHES! I READ THE RESPONSES FROM YOUR CLUELESS STAFF TO OTHER CUSTOMERS WITH THE SAME TROUBLE. THIS IS NOT A WINDOWS ERROR; THIS IS A FIREFOX APPLICATION ERROR. MAYBE SOME OF YOUR FIREFOX DEVELOPER CODERS SHOULD ASSIST THE 32-BIT AND 64-BIT DEVELOPERS. i accidentally refreshed my firefox and ii got my profile back .. but i accidentally deleted it .. after contacting a local wizard and going on a quest i found my profile sitting in a dark corner of my drive.. it seemed to all be okay but i saw my awesome theme was gone !! after checking to see if i still had my awesome extensions they were ALSO GONE !! everything else is here though like my passwords and stuff.. where are my extensions and awesome seal theme !! im scared and alone !!!! help me mozilla helpers !!

If you entered the right address, you can:

   Try again later
   Check your network connection
   Check that Firefox Developer Edition has permission to access the web (you might be connected but behind a firewall)

i am using a local dnsserver and firefox is connected to it. is this the reason? if so how can i disable this? other firefox features are working beautifully.

Hello. Why nexusmods.com and loverslab.com are blocked (Secure Connection Failed) on my FireFox Dev Edition 150.0b6 (auto updates)? It bothers me to use it as a default browser. Both nexusmods.com and loverslab.com are ping well and work fine on any other browsers.
