When browsing between two screen, all my saved Firefox tabs disappeared. I have restarted my computer but they do not reload. I really need them (and have not accessed some of them in several weeks so it will be very hard to recover from history.) WHY did they go away and I do I restore them?

Whenever I search for images on Google, it completely breaks Google search completely. For example, if I search for "bananas" then on the main Results page it has some results and then some sections with drop down menus for more specific questions like "What are the benefits of bananas?" etc. But if I click on the "Images" tab, then it only loads around 6-7 rows of images before failing to load any more, clicking on the images that it does load will not open a website or the typical preview panel, and going back to the main results page from that broken images tab results in none of the drop down buttons working any more.

If I sign out of my Google account completely or even sign into a different Google account, then everything works as normal. If I sign into the same Google account and attempt the same process in a different browser (Edge) then everything works as normal. I initially thought this must be an issue with my Google account since signing out/into a different account caused the issue to disappear, but the I only have this problem specifically on the specific combination of this one particular Google account and the Firefox browser.

I have tried clearing site data, disabling/deleting extensions, and even fully uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox so far and nothing has helped.

I play online bridge (Trickster) twice a week and set up Firefox to share video and sound with my USB mic. (Windows 10 desktop, Trickster opened in Firefox). Most of the time it works fine but occasionally the other bridge players will tell me they can no longer hear me. When I click on the mic icon the message is that Firefox is using the mic. The settings still say that the mic is being shared. Sometimes a windows reset will fix the problem but not always. Can you explain what might be happening.

Good day everybody, I am new to Firefox. I have MacBookAir 11. I added the Ecosia extension since it's my main search engine. I noticed there aren't ads popping up for Ecosia. That is how Ecosia makes money for it's sustainability projects, so, as nice as it is to not see ads, I would like them to show up for my Ecosia searches. I understand you can make an Enhanced Tracking Protection exception (and I did), but where can I find a place to make exceptions for whatever AdBlock software came already integrated to Firefox? I am liking Firefox so far. Thank you everybody. Miran.

I have upgraded to a Macbook pro 2023 M2 Tahoe, and reinstalled firefox. When I open it, the search bar & my tabs all show as expected, but then disappear, can't find them. I have to close and open again to get back them back. I have googled this, tried some things (about:config - made sure "browser.fullscreen.auto hide" is set to false). I do not have a setting "always show toolbar in full screen" as suggested by google search. This shouldn't be that hard! Any thoughts? thanks!

When I first installed firefox a while ago something popped up and I wasn't paying attention to what it was before I clicked it and every since whenever I click share on any website it will not work.

It works in any other browser except for Firefox..

it can be useful if u create a system of syncing which actually works, why my passwords dont sync when i log in and also i had to put my exact same passwords 6 times before the stupid system recognized it was correct, the fuck is happening i had changed devices before and this never happened i dont know why now but im very upset

There are audio and video files for which I receive in the console that they can't be decoded. Media resource could not be decoded, error: Error Code: NS_ERROR_DOM_MEDIA_RANGE_ERR (0x806e0069)

When I try to use multiple desktops to arrange the opened windows, the window of Firefox is present in all of them, even the last one, which is usually totally empty (and when we drag a new window in it, a new empty desktop is created).

You can find attached screenshots of my three desktops, where Firefox appears (I blurred all info that could be sensitive, I hope I did not miss any !).

Is there a setting to unset this ?

NB: this is a duplicate of a post I made on askUbuntu, but it seems that this issue is more Firefox related than Ubuntu... And I did not manage to fix it with the answer provided there, so I'm trying my luck here !

Recent update from MSFT (?) anyhow, suddently Firefox has crashed and can no longer access - can no longer uninstall and reinstall. Simply does not work & I am hoping to be able to correct this so all my various bookmarks, passwords, etc are not suddenly gone

Firefox suddenly stopped autofill for one of my credit card websites. Went to settings and everything seems to be in place. after manual log in FFasked to save info and I checked 'Save', but still no go. It just added new(additional) login info to my list of passwords.

this new version is horrible. I go to Facebook and it either does not come up or it takes forever. It does it with addons on and off and i do not get half of what i post and there are just colored square no post all when i go to my page but yet it works just fine in Chrome with both extension on and off. I have cleared the cache history etc and still nothing have removed some add ons added some adblockers and it will not let me me see my notifications for at least 5 minutes and that is about how long it takes for it to work on fiirefox with and with out extensions it is a little better with out add ons If this happens with add on you recommend then why do i need them why have and offer theme them if it causes this. have tried contacting Met AI and Facebook but it only happens with Firefox why do this if it aint broke do not fix it

My cursor doesn't show an 'image preview' anymore when I hover over a tab even though I still have it checked in my settings. It always did until a few days ago, but now it doesn't & I haven't changed anything.

Using mouse to click at start of material to copy (word, words, sentence, paragraph etc.) then holding mouse clicker down and drag across desired text to copy shows no effect. No color change. No shading. If I assume invisible highlight to copy (Command "C") then paste using Command "V". No paste.

Safari and Google Chrome highlight work well.

Firefox used to allow Highlight until recent update.

Hi, I have tried all the changes to settings etc but still cannot load certain web pages, i just get a white screen, The pages I cannot load are things like: Facebook Discord Amazon Seller Central Payment screens

This is just a couple I can remember, I have tried other platforms like edge and these sites work fine. Please advise as I would rather use Firefox Thanks Tony

I recently kind of changed companies however I am in the same industry. These companies both have accounts with the same manufacturers/vendors. I am still doing contract work for the old employer so i need to keep the login credentials saved. I would like to have it when I launch the bookmark that they saved default login is the new company and not the old company. This is a 90/10 use rule if that makes sense. Thanks
