Tell me how to "re" install my previous version of 113.02 and then fix this bug. Don't know where to get "old" versions to download and will old version just "install" right over the version installed and keep all the bookmarks, etc.?

Gmail sidebar loads Calendar no error but sidebar empty/clear/white; Calendar only (other sidebar apps eg Tasks or Contacts load fine); Firefox only (other browsers eg Chrome or Edge no problem.

My computer 'guru' reinstalled Win10 in order to correct a serious problem. ALL of my programs were gone and I was left with a raw Win10. 6/12/2023 was last date prior to the disaster. I reinstalled Firefox. Using the "firefox.exe -p" I can only find the default profile. I DO HAVE a full backup done using the Win7 Backup and Restore feature. How do I resurrect my most recent profile? I will need to find the files(s) manually from the b/u. When I did a Full Restore the bookmarks didn't appear. Where and what files am I looking for? So I have the latest version of macOS Ventura, the latest version of Firefox, and the latest version of Roblox. Whenever I try to open a Roblox game from their website (yes, I know. Roblox now has the desktop app so you don't need the website to open a game), it opens the app, but not the link, which means it doesn't open the game :( Does anybody know how to get Firefox to open the link and not just the app? (Btw no hate on firefox)

I installed what I thought was the "trust wallet" extension. It's not the real trust wallet. I had a little over $5K stolen in BTC, ETH, and SOL. Is there any way you can help me catch the individuals or somehow get back my stolen funds? Or any advice or direction will be helpful.

Firefox can sync anything except logins and passwords between different devices. I have selected "Logins and passwords" at "settings-Sync-You are syncing these items across all your connected devices", but it still dosen't work.

After updating to 114.0.1 the print orientation for pdf's has disappeared. PDF's we used to print often now come out with the wrong orientation and have to be printed with the system dialog instead.

I am using Arlo security cameras which store the video captures as MP4 files. The Arlo app has video playback feature that works in Chrome or Edge but does not work in FireFox. From what I have been abe to glean from searches, Arlo uses HEVC Codec that FireFox either isn't compatible with or is lacking the codec. Any suggestions?

My Ledger is having a problem linking to MetaMask in Firefox. This happened to me a couple months ago and I followed the steps in the MetaMask support article about this very problem. I got it to work right away at that time by going to "about:config" and setting u2f to "true." I followed those same instructions again today to no success. I also updated to the current firmware on my Ledger device. I've restarted Firefox, my Ledger, and my computer in every order I can think of and nothing has changed. I've changed u2f to "false" then restarted and then back to "true" and restarted and nothing changed. I'm out of things to try so I'm messaging in hopes of finding a solution. Thanks.

Youtube, sometimes, loads for ~5-10 seconds on average for no reason, doesn't load the video or audio at all. Extremely frustrating when I'm just browsing, it may not seem like a long amount of time but I shouldn't have these issues to begin with. Cleared cache, no addons are out of date or tamper with Youtube. Tried every fix I could find on the matter, nothing seems to have worked. Issue persists. I had similar issues with Kaspersky AV installed, so I had just uninstalled it. Prior to this newest firefox update, I have had no issues at all.

When I click a mailto link it brings up the GMail app. Instead I want the Yahoo Compose window. Several posts suggest various arcane methods. Either they do not apply or they require hacking. Has the situation improved?

How can I make mailto links go to the Compose window on mail.yahoo.com?

This is a duplicate question because it was not solved the last time, and there were no other replies.

1. Works on all other browsers, but Firefox plays only audio and a blurry video (see screenshot). 2. PC is equipped with a beefy i9-13700 and RTX 4080; even with that CPU, disabling hardware acceleration eats up almost 25-30% CPU and it is not practical to watch videos that way. 3. Is this bug really not that common? Is it just me and that's why there's no traction for fixing this bug? 4. How do I elevate this request so someone takes action, in case we find no solution in this thread?

somehow i found old firefox history and files and when i tried re-add a profile history got ERASED!!!!!!!! is there a way to get history back?????? (files are from 2017)

Hi I'm experiencing slowness especially in youtube thumbnails scrolling down. when video is playing if I click on settings to choose video quality etc it takes like 2 minutes to even open. This slowness not present in edge browser. I want to try older ver but I thought if someone might experiencing same or know what might be the problem

First of all, let me just say that I love Firefox and refuse to use any other browsers

In my profession, I need to use Adobe products - somehow, the new Adobe Express (beta) will not run on Firefox browser, it run with no problems on Microsoft Edge and Chrome.

Do you have any idea what might have cause this issue? I understand that Adobe Express (beta) will go live soon, and it will be terrible that I couldn't continue on Firefox browser, I wonder if you can have Firefox developers take a look and maybe figure out with Adobe?
