Toolbar shows up in fullscreen when I keep my cursor on the top of the screen.

I am receiving pop-ups from what appears to be Mozilla Firefox saying: System is infected! Viruses detected, Turn on protection and delete viruses. The virus identified is ZEUS.2020 Trojan. Click here to scan and clean via: d3av3500fes73a78mk0.mosgdefender.com This link doesn't work. So, how can I get this issue resolved? Any help would be appreciated. I took 1/2hr to type out my book mark issues, as specific detail as possible so it would be clear why your NEW Update messed up your BOOKMARK function - a first time and was DONE. went to bottom to click Submit. Saw the ask for Images, made the screenshots, uploaded screen shots here, saw your Button for "Data share"- not sure what this is but wanted to help you/help me, so I clicked it, said something next suggesting I Data share manually - link for HOW to Data share manual, decided was too much for my time right now - clicked the top window Arrow "Back" to THIS page AND 40MIN OF INFO WAS GONE!!!!

Don't put a button and ask for info suggesting I click or I move away from a page to HELP YOU !!! then lose all the work I just did. DON'T WASTE MY TIME!!! OMG - WTF!!! this is not a "fun thing" to spend time on during a busy day or ever. now don't care to re-type it and am leaving with bad experience. well done!

"Volunteers" - why are volunteers doing Firefox support work for free?

See attached screen shots. Bottom line-GO BACK TO THE OLD BOOKMARK FUNCTION where I can add a new bookmark AND put it in folder where I want it in 1 step.

Hello, I have all of a sudden having issues using We Transfer to download files in Firefox. It stops short of the full file, but says it is downloaded. I contacted We Transfer and they asked me to use the private window option. I did that and it worked. I told We Transfer and this was there response.

Incognito mode works without extensions, so if it worked in Incognito and not in the regular mode, please try to disable all extensions/firewall/ad-blockers to see if it helps with the normal mode.

I don't know how to find these in Firefox to do this.

Please help me.

Good day all, I cannot login to both my desktop and laptop at the same time. I have changed my password several times, and even though I know it is the correct password it still tells me the password is incorrect. I can login to one at a time.

Example: I login to desktop with new changed password but when I use the same new password on my laptop, it says it's incorrect. Even after several password changes.

How can this be fixed? I travel with my laptop and need to be able to sign in.

Deleting accumulated labels for deleted bookmarks

Good day,

I organize my bookmarks progressively, categorizing them by folders and labels. The labels are stored (libraries - above all the bookmarks) within their respective folder "labels". I deleted some bookmarks a few days ago and noticed that I am unable to delete the labels which have accumulated and been automatically recorded in the "Labels" folder.

How can I delete these numerous labels that are no longer linked to any bookmarks ?
