It is a clean install, no userChrome etc., all settings are default

NOt able to browse amazon, wikipedia.
I am not able to open Wikipedia, amazon, primevideo and other similar websites. it says "Did Not Connect: Potential Security Issue". Using 71.0 (64-bit) on win10.
